For my meal, I ordered the Pho House Special; it's $20.95 and has rice noodles, medium rare beef, brisket, and meatballs. This bowl was huge! The flavor was good but the broth was very oily. I added more hoison, chili oil, and siracha for more flavor. We didn't have any sauces and napkins, so we had to flag down the waitress a couple of times. Also, they never refilled our waters. I noticed the prices were very high compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to. With everything factored together, I gave them 3.5 stars total.

The cheeses were blue cheese, brie, and gruyere. The board was great and had a good amount of cheese; I just wished there were more crostini to hold all the cheeses.
