There's also a large selection of pizza, sandwiches and appetizers for those who want something else. I'd recommend getting to Ray's around 45 minutes before Bills kickoff on game day. The waitress was nice and took our orders. One of my friends and I ordered the same thing but his chicken tenders looked bigger, better, and generally completely different. My chicken tenders were sad and a tad pathetic. So the consistency was completely off. And it was a tad expensive for the tenders. Overall, prior to this visit, I haven't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in probably ten years and it will probably be another ten years before I make the mistake of going back.

Now for the issues: two different people brought out our food. They each stood on each end of the table yelling what they had for us to claim at the same time, and one of them was yelling the wrong sauces so everyone was confused but they acted like it was our fault. We got that straightened out and all that was left was two chicken sandwhiches for my mom and 12yr old. The gentleman asked my 12 yr old if he got wedges. My son wasn't sure what he said so he just said he got a chicken sandwhich. The server sounded annoyed and said "pickles or no pickles", with annoyance. I spoke up and told him they need to stop yelling over eachother and be organized and this wouldn't be an issue. Of course, he blamed everyone else and left our table then went to the manager and anyone else he could find to tell them how "mean". I was to him. The manager then avoided coming to our table. Great leadership. When we left, the manager was near the front door and booked it to the back so we didn't talk to him (yes, i watched him spot us then scurry back there). Either way, poorly handled. If there is an issue, the manager should be going to those people and checking in, after all, you make the living you make to take care of things like this but customer service has gone hill everywhere. We didn't ask for free food or discounts. We don't need that. But this location needs to step up especially since they have such low reviews on yelp. I'm clearly not the only one that thinks this.
