But Rick made her feel welcome, and respected, offering candor along with his expertise. That patience and kindness made her comfortable, and pleased with the experience. She even recommended Paradise to all of her friends for years. That kind and professional treatment of my Mom drew me back, and Paradise was the only business I even thought of visiting last week. I hope to see Rick again when I gather up some more goods to offer him, and soon, too.

I purchased a Jeffsy Core 2 just a couple of weeks ago, and while waiting for delivery, the price dropped by $1,000. Naturally, I reached out right away to ask if they would honor the new price or allow me to return and repurchase at the lower price. No one answered. Their phone line is essentially useless it only plays an automated message saying they're too busy, which makes it feel like a fake number. I emailed customer service twice, filled out their online form, and it's been over a week with zero response. Meanwhile, the price has since gone back up, which makes me think someone did see my messages and chose to ignore them. This bike was meant to be a gift for my husband, and I'm beyond disappointed not just with the situation, but with the complete lack of communication. At this point, we don't even want the bike anymore. I'm currently waiting for return instructions so I can send it back. I run an online business myself, and I would never let a customer wait more than 48 hours without a reply. If you're considering investing in a quality bike and expect actual customer service, do yourself a favor look elsewhere. I was in need of buying some mulch glue. The associate I walked past, Christian was extremely helpful and nice about it. He looked up the item using his palm device, and gave me guidance on which aisle to go and where exactly it would be. SO SO helpful. The garden center at this location was extremely clean and organized. The ground had virtually no debris or dirt. The aisles were nice and wide and easy to navigate through. And then I got to checkout via Garden Center register and Cam couldn't have been kinder and lovelier too. I walked out there so happy and can't wait to return! I can't believe I had such a nice experience there especially after having a lousy experience at the Home Depot down the street from home. It was well worth the drive through 5 freeway in 30 minutes traffic. The trip was worth it and I think they got me converted for good!

And when my order shipped, they sent tracking information right away. I always knew exactly where things were in the process. I wasn't even sure what to expect since the film ended up being about 15 years old, but the pictures turned out great. My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

I went there today to purchase products from them and had one of their employees come out front as I was approaching their business and start shouting at me stating that I had brushed against his car while walking in. he obviously was far too stupid to see that he had parked far too close to the car next to him to allow anyone over 50 pounds to access his place of business without touching hs preciouos car. Then the foul mouthed owner came out and started a filthy tirade that included ever four letter word in the dictionary as well as racial slurs and homophobic slurs. What a piece of sub-human garbage. Anyone doing business with this company must really need the products so badly they could care less who they give their money to.. The Hose Guys are a hard working group who are helpful and know their stuff. They have helped us keep our machinery in service during critical periods and have been able to identify and locate hard to find fittings. They have gone out of their way several times.
