We visited the Iberian Pig during our first weekend trip to Atlanta. We had completely forgotten it was Mother's Day and walked into a packed restaurant. Fortunately, we were able to find seats at the bar and were quickly greeted by a very friendly bartender. After ordering drinks, we asked for lunch recommendations and decided on the Patatas Bravas, Pulpo, B.W.D., and Ravioles de Pato. The drinks were refreshing, and every recommended dish was outstanding. The Patatas Bravas were crispy and perfectly seasoned, served with a delicious aioli. The bacon wrapped dates were incredibly good and easily one of our favorite bites of the meal. The Pulpo was cooked perfectly tender. Somehow, we managed to save room for dessert and ordered the Blackberry Basque Cheesecake, which was absolutely heavenly. Rich, creamy, but not overly indulgent, and paired beautifully with the tart sweetness of the blackberries. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

We had a fantastic dinner at The Iberian Pig. There were three of us and we were lucky enough to find a reservation the day before. When we arrived the restaurant was packed, so we definitely felt fortunate to have snagged a last-minute table. This is a high-end Spanish tapas-style restaurant and the service really elevated the experience. Our waiter and the sommelier were both extremely attentive and made excellent recommendations, including a bottle of wine that paired perfectly with our meal. We started with a charcuterie board with two cheeses and a chili salami. It came with bread, pickles, sun-dried tomatoes, a couple mustards, and an amazing truffle honey. It was the perfect way to start the meal. Our waiter helped pace the rest of the evening by guiding the order of the plates. We were told to order about two to three plates per person, which ended up being the perfect amount of food. If we had to rank our favorites, they would be: 1. Pork Cheek Tacos 2. Bistec 3. Cordero 4. Broccolini 5. Gambas al Ajillo 6. Peppadew Peppers 7. Piquillos Rellenos Honestly, everything was so good that it was hard to rank them. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it special. They brought out a complimentary dish of wrapped dates and gelatos for dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Between the incredible food, attentive service, and warm atmosphere, this was a wonderful place to celebrate a milestone. Highly recommend.

Birthday dinner at The Iberian Pig was everything! The potatoes, pork cheek tacos, mac & cheese, bacon-wrapped dates, and Brussels sprouts were all so flavorful and perfectly done. And the gelato flight? TO DIE FOR, especially the olive oil gelato 10/10, I'll definitely be back!!

If you're a fan of bacon wrapped dates, pork cheek tacos and olive oil gelato, this is the spot to come to. I've been here a few times and always come back for those three food items. The bacon wrapped dates are like no other. The first time I had em, it took some convincing from the server to order them. And he wasn't wrong. The olive oil gelato just melts in your mouth. And the first thing you wanna do when you're seated is put your order in bc they often run out. Other restaurants have tried to duplicate it but Iberian Pig is still #1. The pork cheek tacos are the perfect size. And pack tons of flavor. Some other items that are phenom are the tenderloin, shrimp, and empanadas. The almonds are a cute snack to munch on while you wait for the stars. And During happy hour, they have a sangria that's worth trying. A little sweet but decent. Service is great. Parking is good too. They have a parking garage behind the restaurant and they validate.

Stopped in with a group of friends to do our monthly catch up on life. We heard about this place and wanted to check it out. I am happy that we did! The service was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to help us decide which items to get based off palate. I had the Wagyu burger, the empanadas, and the broccolini. The Star of the show was definitely the broccolini. It was one of the best broccolini I've had in a long time. Overall, our table got the mac & cheese, shrimp the paella and a few more dishes. We just shared and ate them so fast that these were the ones I was able to take pictures of. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back. ***NOTE** Parking was a breeze you can valet park for $5 or you can Self Park for free just have the restaurant validate your ticket

This is my fourth year coming to Atlanta for a conference. Each year that I come I make sure to stop at the Iberian Pig for dinner. The food is always amazing and the service is typically fantastic. For three years I've visited the Decatur location, but tonight we visited the Buckhead location. I will admit I forgot we usually go to Decatur. This location is much bigger than Decatur. It's a nice decor inside. We were quickly greeted and seated. Our server, Eve, was phenomenal and really made the visit pleasurable. I forgot to take photos of the food because I was too busy eating it. We ordered so much food that I can't begin to remember it all. I always get the Iberian Old Fashioned as my drink choice, it's great. My absolute favorite dish here is the macaroni and cheese! My coworkers were blown away by it and we actually ended up ordering more. The potatoes are great, the salad was delicious. We had the flatbread which was very good and we added jamon to it. The duck ravioli is always solid, the empanadas are good but were my least favorite. The beef tacos are solid. All in all it was a memorable experience and we all left happy and full. Will definitely come here again next time in Atlanta.

Updating my review here as we have been coming more frequently. We have thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. Chris, the manager, is a true professional and a superior host. He always comes by and says hello and pours a little welcome Bubbles. Staff here have been consistently strongly attentive and friendly. The menu continues to evolve with the season, but the pork cheek tacos are always a classic. And I feel bad saying this because this is tapas, but the burger is amazing! Whatever they do with some kind of stuffed pepper, which is a changing item on the menu, definitely give it a go. Whether it's ground beef or shredded beef, it is super savory and delicious. The octopus is also fantastic. they have lots of great mixed drinks, obviously the bacon old-fashioned is a mainstay, but we really enjoy getting carafe of sangria to share. As a bonus we ran into Fred at the restaurant, which is great to see! Despite the many restaurants the Castelluci group has now, clearly Fred is still hands on involved, which is part of why he has built such great teams at these restaurants.

We LOVE Iberian Pig. It's a vibrant spot in the heart of Buckhead, featuring Spanish small plates. The cheese / charcuterie section is delicious and the cocktails are always mixed well. Highly recommended the pork cheek tacos, the B.W.D, and Papas Bravas. Don't sleep on The Iberian Pig!

So I had really high hopes about this place from the reviews and honestly can say it's overhyped. We ordered a few different things and can honestly say the charcuterie is just not worth it. Also got cocktails and my tequila marg did not have any tequila in it. I drank it like water and I normally take a while to drink my alcoholic beverages. Very pricey as well and the food just wasn't it for me. It was very underwhelming

Celebrated my bf's birthday here and it did not disappoint. The ambiance was moody, yet lively since there were so many people inside. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the service was a little slow. We got seated around 8, and they took our order around 8:40. We started off with the sangrias which were nice and refreshing. Then ordered the paella, pulpo, and the Iberco Mac & cheese. Loved everything, but the paella was more savory. I was expecting a tomato-based fluffy paella but this one was more salty and smoky. It was still very good though but I would cut back on the salt next time. Also, the churros here are sooo good!! I wish we had more room for the pistachio cheesecake, but will definitely come back for that!

Hubby and I came here for Valentine's Day. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Every employee that we came across was extremely kind to us. Our waiter was very good and attentive as well. I really appreciated how the managers were helping out too. There was a woman in a blazer and another woman with a white coat/black dress that were running meals to tables, and ensuring everyone had water at all times. That really helped the waiters out as well. Now let's go to the food. My husband got the tacos. I got the flatbread, and we shared the potatoes. Every morsel that I had from this place was absolutely outstanding! We also ordered two drinks which were equally tasty too. This place did not disappoint at all, especially for a busy holiday. We will definitely be back.

"Keep the tapas coming!" is what we said all night long at the Iberian Pig! A group of friends and I were looking for the perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner when we stumbled upon the Iberian Pig! We decided tapas was a great idea, we could choose a bunch of dishes and share everything! And that we did! There were only so many times my phone could eat first, so I did not catch a picture of every dish however, every plate was picture worthy. Presentation was stunning, flavors were exploding in your mouth, and the ambiance was the perfect balance of sexy and casual. Our server, Brenda, was wonderful. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations and accommodated to our needs all evening long! Some of my favorite dishes of the night were the lamb chops, the duck ravioli, and the bistec. The prices were very affordable which is appreciated because you are going to want to order another round on just about everything. Located in a great area, I recommend joining them for a late night dinner before heading around the corner for some drinks and dancing at the bars/clubs. Thank you Iberian Pig for a memorable evening!

The ambiance is classy while not being stuffy, with business casual dress code. All of the staff were welcoming and kind to us, from the hostess to our waitress to the food runners. We shared several tapas: paella verduras, Pulpo parrilla (grilled octopus), Pan con tomate, empanadas with beef, Calamares fritos (calamari) , Espárragos (asparagus), and Patatas bravas. Everything was absolutely delicious! One of my favorite items of the night was the bread with tomato (pan con tomate)! The bread was toasted perfectly and came with garlic and grated tomato to spread on it, along with a sprinkling of greens. My typical favorite at Spanish restaurants (patatas bravas) was done very well here too, with the right crunch and tasty sauces. The perfectly tender octopus came with a side of beans that I wished to ask for the recipe for because they were seasoned so nicely! The calamari was breaded lightly which allowed the natural flavors to shine. The beef empanadas were juicy and crisp. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. The vegetable paella was also filling and wonderful! We ended our meal with the toffee butter cake which was an absolute dream. We look forward to coming back for more!

We did have to flag down our waiter to point out that they did short us. We were only given 9 out of the 12 servings. So, they prepared the missing 3 servings, and all was good from there. I wanted something with bourbon in it so this is what I came up with from looking at the menu. Pretty solid and not overpowering at all. Salt and pepper shrimp - the salt and pepper shrimp was the star of the show to me as far as the appetizers that I had. It came with five of them but I could probably have eaten 25 of those joints. They were amazing. Out of the appetizers that I had, they were the best ones and they actually came pretty large. It's not like you got little baby shrimp. These were impactful, powerful shrimp that packed a heck of a flavor. I would 200% get these again and maybe I might get three orders of them by myself lol. Soft shell crab - the crab was good but the crab itself was only okay but the sauce in the bowl of the crab actually carried it. It's not a bad thing, but at the same time by itself it was only okay but the sauce definitely added a little extra to it. Grilled Octopus - the octopus was pretty good but at the same time it was a little more chewy than I would've liked it to be. It wasn't impossibly chewy. It was actually still pretty good. The thing that made the octopus actually pop was the sauce that came with it. The sauce was like a chili-lime sauce and that actually carried the dish itself. Without that it would've just been okay but the sauce definitely helped. The sauce went well with a couple of things actually . But I'll still order doctors again. It was actually pretty decent. Bangkok Hot fries - the fries are actually good. They had a a spice to them. That was a kick in the face but also citrusy as well. So you got a little bit of heat and citrus at the same time. They came out really good. Hot fresh and that would have been really good on a burger LOL Overall, it smells pretty good if you want small plates. This is a spot to go to now. They do have regular and large size portions, but that's not this place's bag, which is okay. If you're in the business of just trying a bunch of stuff, this is a good spot to go to because they actually have a combo where you can get a few things off of the small place menu to try and share. This is a good spot if you just want to stop in somewhere to try a few Asian dishes.

I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding, especially Kelly. She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain the menu and dishes, and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert at the end of our meal. We're in town for another week, and we'll definitely be stopping by again before we leave. The food was exceptional, everything we ordered was delicious, and there wasn't a single dish that disappointed. The drinks were also fantastic and very reasonably priced, especially compared to what we're used to back home in Miami. We travel to Atlanta frequently, and this restaurant has officially earned a spot on our "must-visit" list. Highly recommended!

The covered patio is beautiful and much quieter than the rest of the restaurant. This is a fusion spot with mostly Spanish and Latin American influences. The food isn't the best you've ever had, but it's decent and the restaurant's neighborhood is cute and fun. It's a great place to hang out for the day, and Bar.bacoa is a good choice if you have 3 people or less in your party. The group size is about maximizing the value you get here. The portion sizes are small for tapas. The paella was $24 but would be hard-pressed to feed just two people. The ham and cheese empanadas were $12 and came with two empanadas. These rates aren't bad for tapas if your group is small, but any group larger than 3 is going to start losing on the value-to-price ratio. When it comes to the tacos, they're $6 each for tacos that are not new or outstanding, so I would lean on the tapas instead.
