Ivan and Michael are such a wonderful duo! They have been cleaning our apartment for the last 6 months, and they always show up on time, and they do a really thorough job in just a few hours. Ivan and Michael are the best! They are very thorough and attentive to details. Not only do they make sure every little corner in the house is perfectly cleaned (from shades of the ceiling light to the shower drain), they also are very respectful and thoughtful when putting away and organizing the clutters. quality insane. these guys do not know what a half-ass job is. it's the worst when you spend money on cleaners to do something you could have done (had you only the time to do it). I was super impressed by Ivan and his partner. They went above and beyond, they did a job that i couldn't find anyone to take. They did so without hesitation and on short notice, and they even showed up early on a Sunday!. Our 14 year old, 100 pound German Shepherd lost control of his bowel movements, he couldn't go on walks because of his bad hips, but other than that he was fine. So we broke our lease and moved to an apartment with the biggest balcony we could find, so we could give him a comfortable home in his last few months. We put down some astroturf and plastic to try and keep it clean, and it became this huge mess. Poop and pee everywhere, soaked into the concrete. We ended up having to put him down last week, and it was devastating for my lady. It made her super sad having to see his old home out there, and i had to hop on a plane the day after it happened. Ivan was able to take this job with one day notice, a job that 4 others turned down. The only other company that offered to take it, said it would be 1500 dollars to clean a balcony which was ridiculous. They were very reasonably priced, the job they did was immaculate and they were super friendly. They came in and disposed of the heavy and gross used grasspads we had out there, and got all the stains of the concrete, something i was trying to do on the other end of that balcony for months without any luck. I am sitting in my apartment, elated with Ivan and Michael's work!! It feels so fresh and clean in here!! I love it!! I found them through Yelp and I couldn't be happier!! They both worked tirelessly and my kitchen is cleaner than I've EVER seen it. It actually looks like I just moved in!! Even the appliances look brand new!! They cleaned everything!! My bathrooms, bedrooms, and even vacuumed the headboard, windowsills, and the canvas art on my walls!! Their vacuum had a million attachments to easily get every inch of the house. Wow!! They did not even mind my 2 yappy pups and worked around them beautifully which kept the pups calm and helped me relax, too. Also noteworthy if you have pets: They use really good, earth friendly cleaning products which do not have any harsh chemical fumes. I'm crazy picky about smells so I was very appreciative of this!! Ivan has been such a lifesaver since I moved into my first house. At first, I wanted to find somebody that could do a thorough move-in clean after so many people had carried furniture in and out. But I soon realized how incredible it was to have someone clean so thoroughly on a regular basis. Ivan is such a warm, incredibly nice person and I have so enjoyed getting to know him over the last 8 months. With most ordinary cleaning services you only really get someone coming in and doing just the most basic cleaning and wiping down of surfaces that are easy to get to, but not with Ivan. He will search every nook and cranny and make sure that every room sparkles and smells incredible. He usually stays the whole day, making sure the entire house has been scrubbed down. He is great about checking in throughout the day to let you know what rooms he is focusing his attention on and also to ask if there are any areas that need a deeper clean. My house has been in tiptop shape since the day I moved in and it is entirely due to Ivan's incredible hard work and commitment. You can really tell he cares about his work and in keeping your living space as lovely as possible. A few months after Ivan started coming to my house, I had a roommate that had concerns about a smell in her room (it was an older house after all) and Ivan went out of his way to give her living space an extra thorough clean and used his very own concoction of eucalyptus cleaning oils to give the room a new fresh scent. He is also great with animals and pets - I have a dog who gets a bit nervous with newcomers and he is always so sweet and gentle with her. I highly recommend Ivan for any job that needs care and attention. Whether it is only a move-out deep clean or a regular bi-monthly cleaning, you will not regret it! When we first moved in, Ivan went through and cleaned every dusty old shelf, from the kitchen to the bathroom. They are absolutely the best. So incredibly diligent and thorough. The house looks amazing. They are so nice and thoughtful. They even look after my little turtle and plants. They are really good with pets. Also, get supplies for the house if needed, pickup dry cleaning, and helped me set up for a dinner party at the house. They always go the extra mile.
