I visited the W Sports Bar in September 2025 to watch the U.S. Open Women's Tennis final match. It…read morewas a packed afternoon but I managed to find a seat. My friend Mike later joined me to hangout. Vibrant and lively sports bar showing women's and men's sport games on several TV's. I gave a 3-star rating because I was disappointed that upon my arrival, the only TV in the main area playing the women's tennis final match at the U.S. Open did not have the volume playing. The volume was on full blast over a speaker for a men's football match. Showing men's sports was fine with me but as a women's sports bar, they could have at least tried to get sound for the women's tennis final match. I asked a waiter about putting the tennis match volume on the main speaker so that we can hear the match but she said that the other TV's are the only ones that play sound. FOOD -- There is lots to choose from appetizers, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and flatbreads. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread which tasted delicious. It was small and cost $15 which is a bit high. TV's -- There are about 8 TV's stationed throughout the bar. I sat at a small table at the entrance and watched the Women's U.S. Open tennis match from the 1 TV that was showing the match. I was excited to watch the match but there was no sound. The only sound playing was for a football game going on. This was surprising because the bar is a women's sports bar so one would expect women's sports to be highlighted on the sound system. LOCATION -- On Detroit Ave. next to the Welleon apartments. SERVICE -- Good and standard. I was greeted upon walking into the bar and then a waiter came to my table to hand me a menu. If you don't drink alcohol like myself, you can still have fun here by watching sports and ordering some food. I may be back if I know that I can watch a women's sports game here and actually hear the game. Hopefully they have fixed their TV sound issue. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 22/250 total reviews in 2026 - 863 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 13 April 2026

It's a cute little place right near the lake with white brick walls, a casual atmosphere, and phenomenal service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat right away. Our waitress truly went above and beyond for us, making our visit feel extra special!! Everything is so fresh here--they even make their own pretzels and sandwich bread from scratch! We shared a Soft Pretzel served with house-made brown butter cream cheese which was absolutely delicious. For mains, I got the Cheese Steak Dip and my husband got the Surf & Turf. Highly recommend checking them out!

Sandwich was good, but a little heavy on the lettuce. We also got the chicken skins with ranch, which of course are the best part of fried chicken. This dish was raped about by Michael Symon and Guy Fieri. We also got some french fries dusted and hot spices which we need more ranch dressing for. Very good, but we need to go later on dusting next time. We also got a brown sugar rice crispy treat which we got one to split and then we ended up getting a second one because it was so good. Cheers, the good company

But yesterday my wife and I decided to get involved with the festivities in Gorden Square/Battery Park. So on a brisk but sunny day we drove down to Battery Park in Cleveland and visited "All Saints Public House" for a tall glass of Guinness and a dish of Cabbage and Noodles topped with a Bratwurst. The Battery Park area is a wonderful part of town and a fun place to visit. "All Saints" is a great ethnic bar/restaurant. It's dark, moody, warm, full of awesome people, and just a great place to be. The lady and gentleman that waited on us were really great and made us feel right at home. We sat and talked and watched "Gone with the Wind", drank a wonderfully satisfying Guinness (on tap), and ate some of the best Cabbage and Noodles I've ever had, with an excellent Bratwurst on top. Turns out, Dyngus Day is a load of fun... and I'm still not sure what it is?

Ended up parking in front of Terrestrial Brewery, had a drink, then took the 4 min walk down the street. I was mesmerized by the aesthetic as soon as we walked in; giving cozy, industrial, macabre century home vibes . The menu felt polish babcia inspired. I had the chicken paprikash and added a side of pierogi, yum! Looking forward to patio season so we can visit again with our pups.
