This place has a lot of cheese options which I love and a lot of hot sauce and options at the counter which makes things even better. My onion bagel was just okay kind of hard and dry, but my friend got the jalapeño cheese one that was a lot better with pepper jack that was pretty bomb. My eggs were seasoned and filling, cheese melted and bagel sandwich steaming hot which I appreciated. It is a great stop for a bfst sandwich if you don't have time to wait long or have a long drive like me. I think I love most how lovely the bathroom smells- lemongrass and it was very clean which is always a major plus. There is a lot for parking as well. I think if I returned I would def go with that delicious pepper jack and try a diff bagel. They also have smoked turkey meat so that brought the bagels up to a new level. And they have free WiFi. So a good spot to hang out and do work or apparently bring your kids too haha

I was in Reno yesterday for a Reno Aces Game (they beat Tacoma 13-8), and had time to stop at the Midtown Truckee Bagel Company. From there, it was a short drive to Greater Nevada field. +/- - Counter service was slowed down by the counter person taking phone orders. - Somewhat limited Bagel selection this late in the day. That was OK as my half dozen selection of sundried tomato, wheat, and combo bagels was a good one. - They were out of regular cream cheese, so I settled for a bit pricy smear of Herb. Positives - Easy access on and off Virginia and good available parking. - Expected casual bagel shop ambience, including display and sandwich making behind the counter. - Bagels are baked, no steamed. - Bagels were put in plastic bag (with tie) which in my opinion preserves freshness vs. a paper bag. - My toasted breakfast bagel (next day) was the right amount of heft, chewiness, and flavor. I almost could have eaten it without the cream cheese, but that smear just added to its goodness.

It's a sweetened latte made with their house-made syrup, topped with whipped cream (optional if you prefer to opt out), and a buttery corn crumble. The corn crumble adds a delicious buttery, slightly savory touch that makes the latte really unique. The customer service was also great. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! This drink was actually curated by one of the employees, which makes it even more special knowing it was thoughtfully crafted in-house! Definitely recommend stopping by and trying the Latte on the Cob if you're looking for something a little different!

Great recommendation of a well balanced coffee that is only slightly sweet. Daughters ordered the strawberry matcha latte with house made syrup and loved it. Nice location with an enjoyable outdoor patio where we were graced with a slight morning breeze. A complimentary tasting of Turkish delight was offered with each purchase of a beverage. Asked for recommendations and got the pistachio which was really good and the tart raspberry. I'd definitely order the pistachio again!! The pistachio complimented the coffee and the raspberry would be awesome with a non coffee drink.

There is however one problem child and that's the Kietzke Lane store where they mass produce bagels and schmear yet are skimpy on customer service, product quality and getting orders right. I test drove this store by going through their drive thru and in store for a month, spent more than $200 on the product and was treated like a stranger, with indifference when my orders were prepared incorrectly, was never upsold an item nor thanked for my purchases. Instead I was provided poorly made sandwiches, lightly toasted bagels with too much schmear and even ignored by the male manager who I interacted with a few times. Business is booming nonetheless...and I don't know about you but I'm a sucker for fresh food, smiles, a welcoming and clean environment and a feel at home ambiance. This location definitely missed the mark. My test run is over and it's time to find another breakfast place. Beloved is calling my name..

People say their bagels are amazing so we had to try. We ordered the following: - Breakfast Sando: The bagel was chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The egg was fluffy. Not a fan of kale, but it was surprisingly good. - Mochi Waffle: I love the chewy texture! It was a lot larger than I expected so I couldn't finished it all. The ube whipping was delicious and not too sweet. We got numbers at our table after paying and once the food is ready, they serve it to your table. This is a good place to order food and hang out/chat. There is seating outside as well.
