All three of them liked their burgers and the bite I tried led me to concur. The patties had noticeable amounts of both seasoning and char flavor, but not an overwhelming amount of either. They all said they'd get the burger again. The fries looked hand cut, but I'd be surprised if they do that in house. Like the burger, the fries had just the right amount of seasoning on them. The fish was great. The breading was very crispy and the pieces were decent size. The potato pancakes were more like hash brown patties that had some onion flavor and I liked that. Mugshotz is definitely bar first, grill second. There were only four tables outside the bar area and the bar area was packed and loud. I didn't see anyone waiting tables for the first 20 minutes I was there, but once we were waited on and they did an ok job checking in. Food took a little longer than expected given how few tables they had, but I assume the kitchen is just as small. The menu is outdated; both the cheeseburger and up charge for fries cost a $1 more than what's on the menu.

Fries (for me) were well seasoned and plentiful. The burger was juicy and also well seasoned but the egg was a touch overcooked. The burger on it's own works very well, the addition of the egg was a nice touch but the egg wasn't seasoned and it was slightly noticeable. I would definitely order the burger again, but I may pass on the egg. The bar is fully stocked and being a fan of whiskey, felt they have a nice selection. They have a few beers on tap and it was nice to see some local craft breweries on there. In the summer they have a back deck and bar area with a stage. I will add them to my lunch rotation for when I am craving a good burger.

It was obvious that the burger was simply put together from prior cooked burgers. While the fries were nice and hot, it's obvious that the management of this restaurant is complacent. Unfortunately, they were only deep fried long enough to not be cold inside and not a second longer. There was no pull to the cheese like a great mozzarella stick has. At some point I'll go back and try the chicken. I'm a big fan of Dave's Hot Chicken a few minutes next to Costco and the Buffalo Wild Wings around around the corner, so it's got some stiff competition.

If this is extra, I wonder how little tartar sauce they would've given me had I not said anything at all. One thing about McDonald's is the food is consistent, but this place goes the extra mile at being terrible for its service. The problem is this location is tiny and cramped. The parking lot is small and on top of that under construction.
