We ordered food on the phone while in Hyannis. We are tourists. After I placed the order & they take my credit card info, I'm informed that I've called the Orleans store so they expect that it would take me 25-30 minutes to get there. Plus it's raining. I asked if the order could be sent to the other store. "No." Or could I cancel it? "No. We start cooking the minute the order comes in." There was no negotiating. So we drove there ,arrive starving by now. We are given our cold Fried Fish Sandwich and a Cheese Burger. Nothing extra. So over $30 later, and we then find out we have no Microwave in our hotel room.... So really cold food. So, wouldn't it have been kinder or more customer friendly, to have offered to remake the order, when we arrived, knowing we had to drive so far to pick it up ? They Certainly don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. (And no Tarter sauce given with Fried Fish sandwich.) My boyfriend said the cheeseburger was mediocre. read more

Burgers are delicious, lots of fries in the order, strawberry shake is amazing (so is the lemonade)! I ate the food so fast there was no time for pictures.... Next time! I really want to like this place.. seems like a great menu and the setting it is modern and well layed out. However, they do some strange things with the food. The batter for the fried chicken sandwich I ordered as well as the french fries were totally covered in large flecks of black pepper which they use way to much of as a seasoning! --seasoning with pepper is probably best left to the customer to add on their own. They have their own sauce for the sandwiches which is strongly seasoned with horseradish - again, rather odd and not everyone's taste choice. The only iced tea they have is carbonated in a can - yuk. Better bring the prilosec along - you're gonna need it! read more

Good food! I got the veggie burger, enjoyed it. Was crispy, flavorful, and held up really well for takeout (I hate when food gets soggy by the time you eat it when you get home but this did really well). It didn't make me feel really heavy, oily, overly full/stuffed. I felt great after having it. Also had their fries, which were also pretty standard but good. the onion rings were a bit too oily for my liking, but they were tasty. Really liked how their (wasabi mayo? spicy mayo? spicy ranch?? Kinda tasted like wasabi tho) paired with the onion rings and the burger. Service was really fast considering I had ordered for like 8 people and it was ready in 15 minutes ish? They took the orders swiftly, reviewed it before I picked it up, and were very allergen friendly and transparent about it (they told us they won't toast the gluten free bun because it would probably touch crumbs of the regular bun if they did). Also super well priced! For 7-8 people, we only spent 75 $ here, which is a win, especially after post covid pricing! Good service, good food, good prices, would come here again! read more

We had 2 basic hotdogs, 2 orders of onion rings and 2 lemonades. The bill was $36. The hotdogs were nothing special. Just a hotdog on a bun. Mustard and relish in packets . They are trying to make their own onion rings. the breading falls off and zero crisp. super greasy as well. The lemonade was labeled on the menu as "homemade ". it was bottled and not made on-site. with all the great restaurants on the Cape, do yourself a favor and skip this one read more

Stopped here on my way off Cape for a Burger. Really excellent, midday in May was not too busy and service was quick and polite. They were very accommodating of my onion allergy, and the prices were competitive. Good variety of seating, and the layout allowed you to find a quiet spot. Got the haddock fish sandwich. Take out. We went on a Sunday at 6pm, a time when lots of other places were closed. Ordering was fast via the website, which is streamlined. Everything customizable while ordering. Food ready in less than 10 minutes, and was fresh and very tasty. Fish was fried, but not greasy. Bread fresh. Fish portion was large. Almost too large to fit the bun. Price reasonable, especially in the land of $25 fish sandwiches. I think we paid $12 / sandwich. What?! No mushroom & Swiss burger? We had the avocado burger. It's a smashed burger that's been salt and peppered and has big avocado slices that make your sandwich slippy, but it tastes pretty good. The onion rings are crunchy but needed salt if you weren't going to dip them in the horseradish sauce. They were ok. We ordered the lemonade and a mocha and a coffee shake. Nah on the lemonade. I think most people would like the shakes. We thought they were too sugar and not enough flavor. Some people like shakes like that. The chicken tenders were very good. The place is clean, the restrooms were clean enough. The cashier was friendly and informative yet not particularly chatty. The food came out very quickly. We wanted burgers and shakes, so the knack fit the bill but we wouldn't go back again cause for $69 there are so many other burger places to choose from. read more

The burger patty is delicious and juicy, but they don't know how to manage and build their own burger. Their downfall is a tiny bun that becomes flat, soggy, and falls apart. Imagine eating a burger without any bun. That's the messy experience. Larger buns needed! Toasted buns needed! Stiffer bread needed? Focaccia?-- seriously the patties are that juicy. Lettuce barrier on both sides needed! 3.5 stars. It's frustratingly delicious and nearly perfect but for the darn soggy bun issue. I recommend trying it for yourself and bringing your own bun (BYOB).
