Good food...great vibes! Beautiful sunsets. Service is also always top notch. Arancini bites are amazing!

: the view is really nice and they have plenty of shade so you can enjoy the beach while dining. Cons: I got a virgin mojito and it was pretty terrible. It literally was brown, tasted like root beer and the limes were old. I was told it was agave, if so, it was the worst agave ever. The food is overpriced and not worth it. Got a wedge salad ($20) and again, not great. I'm not exactly sure how you mess a wedge salad up, but they did. While the view and location is beautiful, there are way better places to go. Also, I watched the woman next to me send her drink back too, so I was not alone.

The food and drinks were so yummy! I ordered the chips and dips as an appetizer, which was chips with queso and salsa. For my main entree I ordered coconut shrimp (pictured) and a side house salad. It was very yummy and came with 8 good sized shrimp. The salad was okay, nothing special! And I ordered a Malibu bay breeze bucket to drink, it was delicious! Definitely a yummy restaurant with good views because it's right on the beach!

    Best waitress in Bradenton!

What a great place, we loved Madison she made the experience top notch! Our table consisted of 9 girls who had been enjoying the area all day so lots of personalities to contend with! The food was quick, the drinks on point and of course sitting next to the beach

Service was ok, food very average, mixed drinks are watered down. Much better places around.

Great drinks, food and service - not to mention the one of a kind view, you're literally right on the beach.

Jumped on this before leaving the nonexistent parking lot. Horrible for food unless you like expensive cafeteria food. Go for drinks?

The house-made chips and dipping sauce were a great addition. I also loved reading the story behind the restaurant. You can tell this is a family-run place where a lot of care and passion goes into the food and the experience. Great food, great story, and a place I'd definitely come back to. Highly recommend the Cuban!

They have a few picnic tables out front and more seating inside. We got a parking spot no problem and went inside. It is an order at the counter place with a dark wood feel. This is not your typical BBQ place, their website describes their restaurant as fast casual + BBQ fusion. Many traditional BBQ items such as ribs and baked beans are not on the menu, yet they offer other items like a Cuban sandwich. I went BBQish and ordered their Double Brisket Burger, and Canadian with a large order of Poutine. I recommend checking out the menu before you go the first time just to make sure you see something you want. My brisket burger was very tender and easy to eat. I liked it even though the caramelized onion added a burnt taste. It was a lot of food. The flavor of the poutine was subtle, and was a lot of fries. High marks on their Cuban sandwich from my dinner companion. I liked the place, liked the people, liked the other customers who we chatted with. We are local but seldom make it out to the beach so nice vacation vibes rubbed off on us as well. We left full and happy.

The seafood accompaniment was adequate and filling. Also had a side house salad, which seemed fresh and also very nice. Good wine selection and I can't complain about the beer that I ordered. If you're comparing to a top ranked seafood restaurant in Miami or Tampa, look elsewhere. The prices were fair and I would probably go back there if I were in town again. The only weird part was the service. It was great for the first 45 minutes and then the waitress just literally disappeared. Mike was gone for 20 minutes until we finally had to ask another waiter for our check. They probably could've gotten me for a few more drinks if they had tried. I was going to get three stars, but I think they do deserve four stars for overall experience.

Upon asking questions regarding the menu, she did not provide answers and was frustrated when one of our party members was not sure what wellness level they would like their fish cooked to, as they had never been offered an option at previous restaurants. No smile, no how are you doing, just frustrated and in a hurry to get it over with. The food was nothing special. High price, low quality. You'd have a better experience going to longhorn steakhouse any day. One person in our party was sick to their stomach later that night. I would not return for a second experience.

However, as I was walking into the restaurant, I was immediately approached by an attendant named Eric who asked, word for word, "Would you like to take care of that tip now?" I was surprised and uncomfortable by being solicited for a tip before I had even entered the restaurant. I am usually a generous tipper, but the interaction felt pushy and inappropriate. Unfortunately, when we left, Eric was waiting in the parking lot and approached us again. He ran up to my car and repeated, "Would you like to take care of that tip?" The second interaction felt even more uncomfortable than the first. I was born and raised in Manatee County and am very familiar with the parking situations on the island and the etiquette surrounding tipping. In my opinion, if tips are expected to this extent, it would be better to charge a parking fee rather than repeatedly soliciting guests for gratuities. This experience left a negative impression and affected an otherwise enjoyable outing. I hope management addresses how parking attendants interact with customers, because experiences like this can reflect poorly on the business and discourage repeat visits.
