Finding a hair once is bad enough, but finding another one after the food was replaced was extremely concerning and completely ruined my appetite. To make matters worse, my sister also found a hair in her food, which made us even more concerned about the restaurant's food preparation and cleanliness. Despite everything that happened, they still wanted to charge me for the toast that came with my meal. At that point, after finding hair in my food twice and having another food item found in my sister's meal, I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was more than just a minor mistake. Finding multiple foreign items in our food, even after bringing the first issue to their attention, is unacceptable especially for a 1 hour wait. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food-handling and sanitation practices. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.
