Location is attached to the Hilton. Elegant setting, attentive and pleasant waitstaff, delicious brunch options. Gluten free options available.

Free dinner rolls (one had olives) with butter...
    Rose I.

Hmmm... Well... My friends and I met for dinner here (not my choice). It is the restaurant inside the Hilton hotel. Parking for the restaurant is right outside the hotel front and is for free. The interior decor of the restaurant is really well done; but that's about it. I was really confused by the menu, primarily because the restaurant is seemingly Mediterranean given it's name but the only thing on the menu that was in the region was the hummus. Everything else just seemed like pretty casual American fare to me. They provided free rolls with butter so that was cool (except one of the rolls had olives in it -- never had that before). I decided to try the pumpkin soup and margherita flatbread. Well, the soup looked ok but with the first sip it was just not good. The soup had some confusing flavors - it lacked salt but whoever prepared it tried to compensate by making it extra spicy. I expected the flavors to be more pumpkin-y, rich and sweet, definitely not spicy. I couldn't handle it and put it to the side. The waitress asked if I liked it and I said no and she said she would take it off the bill. I thought that was good customer service. However, when my bill arrived, it was still on there and my friends said not to worry about it (primarily because they were embarrassed) so I just let it go (it was $3.45, so not a big hit). The flatbread was thin but had some good flavors. I think it was $8 or $9. Anyway, most of the patrons here were also hotel guests and a lot of older single men were sitting alone staring at us in a creepy way. It was weird. I will probably not come back here because life is too short to have a bad meal. I gave one star for the decor, one star for the flatbread, and I was going to give another star for comping my soup but then I had to take it back because she still charged me. I hate to give only two stars but I couldn't find enough reason to give 3. Ok peace!

Great food in a very nice setting if you can get past it being a hotel restaurant. A friend told us about this place, he was impressed with it but we weren't crazy about the idea of it being in the Hilton. It is, however, a neat place with a cool, modern vibe. The restaurant has its own entrance in front of the hotel so that helps a bit. The food and presentation was very impressive, aside from a rather awkward plastic skillet that is used for the green chile pesto chicken. I had the scallop dish after a course of mushroom risotto. The risotto was borderline too rich but very flavorful. The scallops were excellent and well prepared. Clearly there is a chef in the kitchen. My wife was very pleased with the pesto chicken entree. The wine list leaves a bit to be desired, its a one pager with a particularly thin cabernet selection. The wait staff is very green but friendly and eager to please. Overall this place works on many levels, it could easily be a successful stand-alone restaurant.

Wonderful service at the bar. The Chicken Schwarma sandwich with fries was amazing! The chicken is perfectly flavored and the naan grilled just right. Fries are crispy yet soft - the perfect combination. For a hotel restaurant this place is awesome!

Music was loud enough to where I could hear my husband across the table but not anyone else around me. We could still hear the comforting sound of the fountain and fans that blew a cooling mist too! We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and it came out in literally 60 seconds. Bread didn't taste like pretzels, but it was tasty and the sauces yummy. Like, I could order the bites and some beers and be perfectly content. But I was here for the fish n chips and I was so happy! I'd have preferred a full filet of fish, but the batter was so crispy and salty (I love salt!). Fries were okay and basic but not bad with malt vinegar (I can literally drink that stuff!). Husband got the elite brisket flatbread. It was huge and honestly we'll probably just split this next time we come. It was delicious and back of the throat spicy, but the toppings were outstanding and brisket was tender!! Service was soooo quick and easy and the waitress has the decency to look away as you tip. I was so impressed with this experience! I'm an introvert and hate trying to new things, but this may be my favorite spot now! We were there 7/11/26 at 12 pm. Our fantastic server was young and blonde and very polite and professional! 7/5 stars!!

We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

We fully understood that we were early and were told that we had been checked in and that our table would be ready closer to our reservation time. We had absolutely no issue with that. While waiting, we found an area near the bar and ordered appetizers and drinks, spending close to $300 before we were ever seated for dinner. At approximately 8:20 p.m., after our reservation time had passed and we had received no update, we approached the host stand to make sure they knew we were still waiting. We were told that they were waiting for seats to become available and that we would be seated soon. At 8:30 p.m., we were still waiting. When we approached the host stand again, the response was noticeably less courteous. We were told that they could not ask people to leave their tables and that we would be seated when they could accommodate us. At some point during this exchange, we were also told that once we were eventually seated, they would provide us with complimentary appetizers. I want to be very clear: this was never about receiving free food or having something taken off our bill. We had already spent close to $300 on drinks and appetizers while waiting. I neither wanted nor needed complimentary appetizers. What I wanted was for our reservation to be honored within a reasonable amount of time--or, at the very least, for someone to communicate honestly with us, acknowledge the problem, and treat our family with respect. Offering free appetizers did nothing to address the actual issue. By approximately 8:35 p.m.--20 minutes after our reservation time and nearly 50 minutes after we initially checked in--it was apparent that there was no urgency to seat us and, more importantly, no meaningful communication about when we could expect to be seated. At that point, General Manager Landry became involved. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer any reasonable solution, his attitude made an already frustrating situation substantially worse. When I reminded him that we had an 8:15 reservation and asked when we could realistically expect to be seated, he again told us that we would be seated when they could seat us. I explained that our party included a pregnant mother-to-be who had not eaten and was beginning to feel unwell, as well as a young child. There was no apparent concern or effort to accommodate the situation. When I pressed him for a more specific timeframe, Landry responded that "it's just a reservation." That statement was astonishing to me. A reservation is a commitment made between a restaurant and its customer. I certainly understand that restaurants run behind and that unexpected circumstances occur. What I do not understand is a General Manager dismissing a customer's reservation as though it carries no significance whatsoever. I asked Landry what Sixty Vines' policy would be if I had arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation. Instead of addressing the obvious point behind the question, he accused me of being "aggressive" and informed me that, if he wanted to, he could simply ask our party to leave. That response was completely inappropriate. Rather than acknowledging that his restaurant had failed to honor our reservation, apologizing for the delay, or attempting to find a solution, the General Manager chose to threaten to remove a family that had been patiently waiting and had already spent nearly $300 at the restaurant. A few minutes later, Landry walked past our group and visibly shook his head at us. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and entirely unbecoming of someone entrusted with managing a restaurant and representing the Sixty Vines brand. Ironically, the person who demonstrated the most professionalism and empathy that evening was the young server who had been taking care of us near the bar. She observed what was happening, approached us on her own, apologized for the situation, and asked whether there was anything she could do to help. Her response stood in stark contrast to that of the General Manager. By this point, we had closed our tab. The pregnant member of our party had become so unwell while we waited that she actually vomited. We informed Landry of what had happened, and again there appeared to be little concern. His primary focus remained his assertion that we had "yelled" at him. To be clear, customers who have waited well beyond their reservation time, received virtually no meaningful communication, and then been told by the General Manager that "it's just a reservation" are understandably going to become frustrated. A capable General Manager should know how to manage that frustration professionally rather than escalating the situation and threatening to remove the customers. Ultimately, we left without ever having the birthday dinner.
