Looking at the entrance, you really wouldn't expect the facility to be as big as it is. It is a whole world inside! Especially with the hot summer days upon us, this is a fantastic indoor option for families to beat the heat. Immersive Play: The different themes, characters, and interactive activities make this an absolute paradise for kids. Everything is perfectly child-sized, and there are great photo ops available throughout the entire facility. Comfort for Parents: There are plenty of seats for adults to sit and relax while the kids play. Cleanliness: I loved that the surfaces and equipment look like they can be easily wiped down and disinfected. Staff Visibility: The one strange thing was that I didn't see any workers out on the play floor. For safety reasons, it feels like they really need more eyes on the floor to monitor things. Party Pricing: They host birthday parties here, but at around $25 per person, it feels quite expensive in my opinion. Overall, it's a lovely, engaging facility that the kids will absolutely love. We had a great time exploring!

Half of the installations do not work, electronics are not working, broken pieces, very run down and not maintained. For $24 for a child 8 & under, and $12 for 9+ - there is NO value. When you book a timeslot, it's for two hours of playtime, but I can tell you that people are overstaying their window. Then you're basically gaslit into buying a picture with Peppa Pig by the staff with their high pressure sales techniques and they exploit the children's feelings against your better judgment, which makes you pay their astronomical fee for a sub quality photo That's not even clear. Restrooms are filthy - there aren't enough wipes on the planet to be able to counteract the deplorable conditions that we experienced. It's very understaffed they only have two employees working the front desk and the line is out the door, not once did I see an employee inside the play area. My son definitely did not have a good time as he did the last time, and I know it's the parents responsibility to control their children and manage them, but that's part of the problem also.

I only had two sets left, mind you, and my sweater was on machine, I was getting ready to sit in it and use it, and the employee starts unracking my weights. I said "excuse me, I am using this and he said well we are moving it"! Never ever would this happen at 24 hour fitness or any other commercial big or small private gym. They know how to put their patrons first at those other places. IF he actually was taught to put members first, he would've let me finish the extra three minutes it would have taken me to complete my sets... never going back here. Or they could've put a sign to not use machine, like all other gyms in the world do. I have been a personal trainer all my life and never have I witnessed anything like what happened to me here today. If you're serious about your workouts and your time in the gym, don't bother with this incompetent staff that doesn't know how to put paying members first. What I experienced today is like eating at a restaurant and while you're in the middle of taking a bite of your half eaten burger, the waiter comes to your table and grabs your plate with your fries from underneath you. Who does that? LOL. But that is not the worst of it.. after the manager talks to me, the rude employee that kicked me off my machine (older man) comes over to where I am and rolls his eyes and tells me "get over it"!!! I've never been spoken to so poorly by a grown man. Shame on him for speaking to a lady that way. Zero respect, zero common sense, zero gym etiquette or know how. These people are running a joke of an establishment and their employees know nothing about serious training or why people actually go to the gym and yet they work at a gym. Canceled my family's membership and never going back to this dump.

The weather outside is a gorgeous, sunny, breezy 65 degrees. You don't mind spending $13 per person to balance on tightropes 5 stories up in the air. Now is the perfect time to conquer Howler's Peak. Our group of 3 went out around 2pm on a fall weekday when most kids are in school, so we had no wait at all. The staff quickly helped us get harnessed up, then we were attached to the safety track snaking throughout the course and set free to roam at will. From the ground, it doesn't seem too tough. You can see that many of the paths look like sturdy wooden-looking ladders on their sides, with plenty of stable foot landings and hand-holds for your crossing. However, once you climb up the stairs to each level, you realize that many paths you must cross are only rope, or with large breaks between tiny foot holds, and few or no handholds. The wind feels stronger up there, balancing takes more effort, and everything seems to sway a bit. Even though you know that there is no way the safety harness can let you fall, it is quite a feat to overcome your brain's message to your body, "Hey, dummy, you're about to plummet to your death!" After going around the 2nd and 3rd stories, including 2 thrilling zip line paths, my 8 year old had had enough. He was ready to get his feet back down on the ground, but I knew it was my duty to continue on. I had to show him (and myself) that even though I was nervous, I was not going to quit until I reached the top. From 30 feet to 40 feet to 50 feet I climbed, as a crisscrossed my way around the course. My goal was the top southwest corner of the structure, where I'd jump down to the ground. I've never been interested in bungee jumping elsewhere, as I question the safety & maintenance of the equipment & training of the staff at most of those tourist trap, beach town places. However, the staff & equipment at this attraction made me feel that risk was minimal. Once I made it to the prep station, my harness was transferred to the pulley system and throrough safety check was done. At that point, I just had to make my legs walk off the end of the platform. Wheeeeeeeeee! I'm probably not going to start base jumping any time soon, but man, that was fun. I'll definitely be coming back to do this again the next time I'm visiting Great Wolf. By the way, even if you aren't a guest of the hotel, you can experience Howler's Peak for $25. Closed-toe shoes are required, and I recommend that long hair be secured and sunglasses worn if it's daytime. For little kids under 48 inches, there is a smaller version of the course on the ground, with a smaller fee and no harness required.

This park is a great park if you're looking for an easy entrance into Campion Trails or if you want to hang out while the little ones spend all their energy on the playground. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Park, Return) Atmosphere - Rio Vista Park is located in Irving's La Villita neighborhood. It's an official Irving Park so it's open to the public. It's a quiet park that sits in between houses in the neighborhood. On pretty days you'll see a pickup game or two of basketball or a family gather at the covered patio on weekends. On the weekends, several cars will be parked alongside the park because it's such a great entrance to Campion Trails. 2 Star. Park - While the entrance to Campion Trails is why most people visit the park; it still has some great features. There are two half court basketball hoops, a playground for young kids, and a covered patio with outdoor grills. Rio Vistra Park also has a long green field surrounded by a sidewalk (great for walking) where football games will spawn in the fall. This is a public park, so all amenities are first come first serve. 2 Stars Will I Return? - Yes. I love Rio Vista Park. I use the entrance to Campion Trails every weekend to ride my bike, and my kids grew up playing on the playground. If you live near La Villita and are looking for a nice, quiet park, come check out Rio Vista Park. 1 Star.

It kept our little one busy for hours. We came in last Monday in the afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. We were a little bummed that one of the rides (the blaster one) was broken down. Our son did have a lot of fun on Merlin's apprentice and watched his first short movie at their 4D cinema. He especially loved building a car out of legos and raced his car on the track several times. He even enjoyed walking through miniland to see all cool the Lego creations. There is a small cafe located inside but we didn't get a chance to try it out since they were closing. There's also slides and a climbing area where our son was able to burn off a lot of energy. Prices are OK at the front but it's best if you can find a Groupon deal. Our son absolutely loved this place! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Dallas.

The rides are definitely made for very small kids so probably seven or eight years old tops. However, the adults are able to ride the one that goes in the air, and also the one that goes in a circle where you're supposed to blast things. I will say though, out of the two cars that were running the car that we had, which I believe was number 5, half of the blaster guns did not work at all and didn't register our score. Restaurant so we only grabbed a drink from this restaurant. But the prices didn't seem too crazy.Honestly, it's there more for convenience you could go outside the mall and find a plenty of other options. Movie so we did do the four d movie.Which really was more of a three d one and it was enjoyable but I would say it seemed like it was a bit long, and didn't feel like the features necessarily were consistently working. I did enjoy, however, making the toy cars and racing my family so it was something that any age could enjoy. I am glad we went.It wasn't too crazy expensive. We were there for at least a couple hours.
