It was nice out and wanted to hit a patio. Decided to go to west end cause theres a lot of options and chose the loop. Very chill patio area, had a nice cocktail and some garlic fries. Server was very helpful and service was prompt. Will definitely go back.

Had the P.S. I Love You to drink, one of my favorites! Had the #2 flatbread to eat. Overall was good, think there was a little too much cheese (never thought I'd say that) but the pesto had good flavor. Our server was wonderful!

This is definitely a sports bar! Wall to wall TV of sports! Good place to watch the Vikings game! Good food and good service. You just have to be patient when they're full. I got the loop burger and it was great! This is worth a try and definitely a great place to hangout with friends!

Went for the first time early Saturday evening. Service was great. Food was really good. I also had a very nice tropical drink. The only part I didn't like was that I forgot my doggy bag!!!

The Loop was a last minute, "driving around to find something new surprise!" The patio was a bit wet from the morning weather, so we chose to eat inside. The ambiance was very open and looks like a great place to come with groups of friends Lots of screens with their own branded video channel fun to hear so many 80s and 70s throwbacks mixed in! Definitely need to try the brick oven flatbread next time! Delicious food, great staff. Reminds me a bit of Scottsdale AZ restaurants. I had the Blackened chicken and avocado melt. Flavors were great! I up graded to the garlic fries, because...duh, garlic! Enjoy!

Very cute date night spot! We opted to sit outside and enjoy the nice summer night. We opted for a flatbread, salad and French onion soup. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Super impressed with this place! I've driven by a bunch but never had the chance to go.. however, when I found out they were an official Loons watch place, I made it a point to go for the Allstars game (as one of the Loons made the team!!) I made reservations through open table with a note that we were coming to watch the game. When we arrived it was pretty quiet, so they let us pick the TV we wanted to watch the game on and they sat us accordingly. Our server was amazing and super knowledgeable about the bar menu.. she saved me from ordering something that had an ingredient that I was allergic to in it. The buffalo egg roll things were SO GOOD.. the flatbread kind of forgettable.. but we will be back to try more for another away game!

This place is one of my favorite casual places in the West End! Kid friendly, decent food selection and a great happy hour if you happen to come during that time of day! I came here with both adults and kids the other day and we had a nice time. I wasn't too hungry and just had calamari, it had just the right amount of spice and seasoning and I appreciate that the calamari came with both aioli and a red sauce.

My friends and I love coming here when we are in the mood to dance on a weekend! They draw a big crowd and it's a fun alternative to the bars downtown. The drinks are good and the layout is fun with tables but also a big dance floor. The bartenders are fast and take care of the big crowd impressively fast!

I found this establishment by simply asking some locals on the street while walking to the grocery store from my hotel. They told me the food and service as well as the atmosphere was a complete package. I sat at the bar and asked the bartender to tell me what is the go to items. Took his suggestion and went with the double smash burger with garlic fries and a side of ranch. Wow is all I have to say. The meat quality and portions with the price were great. I paired it with a local hazy ipa. However, I was still hungry and opted for the mini donuts. Holy smokes those things were good. They came with 10 mini sized and I ate all of them. This is a must visit spot for sure

tried the blackened chicken & avocado melt for takeout during a work dinner. let me just say the garlic fries.. POTENT. i couldn't keep the lid open without getting choked out with garlic fumes. despite the fumes the fries weren't my favorite. i love a sourdough bread so i wasnt mad at the sandwich. they put two chicken breasts which is generous & the avocado was fresh & green. it was just decent.

I had an awesome time brunching at The Loop this past Saturday. After canceling our original plans, we did a quick search and my buddy suggested that we eat here bcuz he's heard great things about it and works nearby. I love the great amount of indoor and outdoor seating that's available. We chose to sit outside and bask in the fresh outdoor summer breeze. The appetizer wings were really tasty and made well. I got the Loop Burger with fries and it definitely hit the spot. Really nice burger and the fries had a dash of parmesan!! The blackened chicken avocado melt was solid. Could've used a sauce of some type but I would say I'm indifferent about it and would look at other sandwich options next time. Free parking in the ramps nearby and service was really good. I love when I can ask the waiter/waitress what they recommend and they've actually tried items from the menu.

Great service and food! We arrived early for a birthday party and had some happy hour cocktail and avocado roll at the bar. I had the pictured drink a raspberry gimlet......NUMMY! The avocado rolls were good but I would be a little embarrassed as they were maybe the size of my thumb, they look larger in photo. I had the mushroom fettuccini which I labeled in the phot and it was great, did not even miss that it had any protein but you could ass shrimp or chicken for like $6.00 more. My cousin ordered the lettuce wraps from the happy hour menu and they were delicious and plentiful for a happy hour portion. The Soup was lobster bisque for $14.00 and my friend never mentioned if it was good, great or bad. My boyfriend had wagyu burger and said it was one of the best every, with an everything bun. We went at 4:00 and found parking right away and we left about 7:30 and they were not very busy it was a Monday night though and I saw signs that Monday nights is 1/2 priced bottles of wine, but none of us were interested in wine last night.

The one thing I did find odd is that any toast that comes with your breakfast actually comes out in a separate basket. Mine arrived about 10 minutes before the rest of my breakfast which was the 2 eggs, sausage and potatoes. For me I would rather have it arrive on my breakfast plate because I am one of those folks that likes to dip their toast in their over-easy egg yolks. Arriving before the rest of your breakfast if you hold onto it awaiting the rest of your breakfast you are using cold toast. Everything still tasted good. But I did leave hungry. I actually sat there for a moment thinking do I need to order something else but how would that look. I am not a huge eater -- and typically have a little bit of something left on my plate when I go out for breakfast but this time not so much. First time I have ever taken myself out for breakfast and came home and had a snack.

For breakfast, I ordered the Payslie's Favorite Eggs Benedict. This meal comes piled pretty high with guac, tomato, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, and is served with a side of their delicious homemade breakfast potatoes. It was very filling and very delicious, and honestly one of the better eggs benedict dishes I've had in recent months! To finish off, we ordered some of their beignets. While they weren't quite as good as real beignets from New Orleans, they were a perfect sweet treat to end an already wonderful meal. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend!

It's been a few years since my last review of Crossroads Deli, but my rating remains high. Their…read morematzo ball soup is one of the best versions available in the Twin Cities. Today I tried their Roast Beef on Weck, which is carved roast beef on a type of roll called a Weck (a Kaiser-style roll topped with coarse salt and caraway seeds.). The restaurant was busy, and this is not a trendy place! I'd be surprised if there was anyone in the restaurant who was not of Medicare age (which also describes me; I'm not being ageist, just truthful). This is something that is available for lunch, during the week (not on weekends). Previously, I wanted to order this before. It was at the beginning of the lunch hour, so unfortunately the end pieces were cooked well-done. I asked if they would cut from the center, which is much more rare, but they wouldn't do that. This time, we came later and I could see that the roast beef was gloriously rare, which is what I like. The sandwich was quite enjoyable because it was juicy and flavorful. It comes with a side of cole slaw which is vinegar based (which I liked, but isn't traditional in the Midwest). It's difficult to find good, rare roast been in the Twin Cities, so this was another good find. My wife had the matzo ball soup, which remains high quality. The beef on weck sandwich (with coleslaw) was nearly $20, which is a bit on the expensive side. The service is spotty. It depends upon who is your waitstaff person (I knew it would be slow based on our previous experience with this person).

I immediately started to worry. Unfortunately my worries have slowly " come true" ...and with an extremely upset heart, Crossroads has changed. Scott and Stu had dedication and sheer love of cooking and baking with the BEST of ingredients and exquisite rare perfect use of spices. Their flavors in everything they touched were some of the VERY BEST I have experienced nationally and in my home state of NY where my father taught Biochemistry in the Bronx at Einstein Med School (1955-1980) and where my intense passion for Delicatessen cuisine originated. Coming almost daily to Crossroads truly made my day! I adored EVERYTHING they created. Even shipped a large lemon coconut cake to mom's beloved 90 year old boss at Scarsdale Medical Center 8 years ago! Today: Their rye bread with caraway seeds was identical to Grossinger's. Now almost zero flavor. The broasted chicken if served hot fresh out of the cooker is still excellent. Some of the original spices gone. The lemon coconut cake has zero real lemon flavor just deep yellow coloring, Their pastrami and corned beef also lost 1/3 to 1/2 of their original flavor plus the size of the sandwiches 1/3-1/2 the original size. The new main dishes are almost tasteless. Their original recipes for matzo ball soup, etc are still good - - vary 8-10 rating. They no longer use as much/ perhaps any butter in their coffee cake " breads" which used to be a 10. Many cookies and tiny pastries in the same display case are still good. Compared to many other restaurants today they are now just " an ok". Gone are the days when Crossroads Deli was " TRULY SPECTACULAR "......
