Why would you do all that work and you don't have the equipment to do an alignment so they're just greedy and don't really care about the customer safety and I don't know what happened. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, if you value your hard-earned money, have self-respect for yourself and family, and value your life because driving without a way to signal is dangerous and illegal. I had SO many complications with the initial installation they made, and not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but their mistake caused me to be fined. The issues pursued on and off for MONTHS before I finally took my car to a more reputable mechanic. He said it was a "very crappy installment" and removed and replaced all the parts H&H worked on. I have had zero issues since. I also now go to Caton Auto in Laurel for recalibrations, which are MUCH cheaper there and the staff is incredibly helpful. This shop is closest to me, but I drive all the way to College Park now because I can actually trust the service there. Fortunately, I will never have to go to this shop again.

The second time, I needed a tire replaced. The staff person there told me I would need to order a matching tire even though I told him I didn't care about matching tires. When I asked him how long it would take, his answer was "it depends". He just shrugged and said "it depends on how much work we have on that day". That is not what an appointment means.
