Tara cuts my hair and I do not trust anyone else to come near my hair with a scissor. She always does an incredible job and recommends great products for my hair as well. All of the other hair stylists are very nice and willing to offer advice. The girls at the register are pretty snobby and uninterested and if you aren't dressed and looking nice you'll get some looks from them. Personally doesn't bother me but I have spoken to other people that get put off by it

I sat in his chair and ask him to please give me a full head of foils and to make sure he doesn't leave much natural in between. I also asked him to clean out my ends because it's a bit brassy (being a hairdresser myself I know exactly what I want and how to tell someone what I want). He started doing the foils, after the 3rd one I had to tell him again to make sure he stacks them and doesn't leave much natural in between. After coming back from the basin he started to cut my hair, I sat there thinking maybe after he cuts my hair he'll clean out my ends but no he didn't. He started to blow wave my hair I asked him to please put some curls/ waves in my hair. He told me it was too late. No it's not! All you had to do was use a curling tong after blow waving my hair. Or at least ask me how I want my hair styled before styling it. Customer service needs attention too. Anyway I'm not happy. I like my cut but I need to go get more highlights to achieve the look I want!

When I arrived, I was informed that my appointment was supposedly at 10:00 AM--which is unequivocally incorrect. At no point did the salon confirm this appointment with me, nor did anyone contact me when I was marked as a 'no‑show' at 10:00. I was then told they could accommodate either a haircut or a color, but not both. As I had an event later that evening, this was not a viable option. The entire purpose of booking the appointment was to receive both services. Prior to posting this review, I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the owner. She responded by stating that 'Megan said she spoke with you on a Saturday and booked a 10:00 AM color/retouch and a 12:00 PM haircut.' This is simply false. Megan is my usual stylist, but she did not schedule this appointment. Another staff member answered the call, and I had to explain in detail what I needed so she could take notes for Megan. The owner then 'apologized that I missed my appointment,' which was both inaccurate and dismissive. I did not miss my appointment. The salon made an error and has taken no responsibility for it. To have the owner try to gaslight me into thinking this was my fault is going too far. I can't give my hard earned money to an establishment that would think it is ok to do that to anyone. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given my previously positive visit. I thought I found salon with a stylist that finally got my hair right. Even though the stylist was great the first time, the treatment the second time and the treatment to me by the owner is unacceptable. I guess the search is back on for another salon.

She said she had no experience with short hair. After a quite a while the Owner came over and put some gel in my hair she was finished. I would have liked her to ask if I was happy and finish blow drying my hair. When I walked over to pay I learned they do not take credit/debit I was not informed when I made the appointment. I said I was not informed but it was not a problem. Thankfully I had cash. The owner was at the desk I was surprised she did not say anything.
