As soon as you enter the business you are immediately greeted with a unique vibe. There are decorations all over the walls which makes sure you are never bored during the hair cut. Kay always washes my hair well and then walks me over to the chair. She cuts my bangs perfectly and trims my hair so that it's not too long but she gets rid of all the dead ends. I've recommended her to at least 4 of my male friends who also only see her to get their hair cut! On a previous visit, she even messed up my son's haircut, and it took a lot of convincing to get him to return. Unfortunately, the way we are treated has not improved. Each time we come in, the manager ignores us. Even when we are checked in on time, we are made to wait 20-25 minutes past our scheduled appointment. For example, today our appointment was at 12:00, but at 12:30 we were still waiting while walk-in customers were taken ahead of us. They need to understand that when you make an appointment it's because you have other things going on as well. I came during my lunch hour and have to leave without getting my son a haircut. This is extremely unprofessional and discourteous. A manager should set the tone for customer service, but instead she makes clients feel unwelcome and disrespected. Unless there is a change in management and service, this will be our last visit here.
