My family and I spent the day walking around Lake Perris and decided to stop by The Derby Room afterward. First and foremost, Tabitha was an AMAZING server. Despite being completely overwhelmed and handling more than seven tables on her own -- while also bussing tables -- she still managed to provide excellent service and made sure our food arrived in a timely manner. She truly did the best she could under the circumstances, and it did not go unnoticed. The reason for the 3-star rating is primarily due to the establishment being severely understaffed during our visit. In addition, the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue appeared neglected, likely from the UFC fight night event held the evening prior. I do want to give credit where it's due though -- Tabitha remained professional, attentive, and hardworking throughout the entire experience.
