What a delicious burger!!! The beef is so juicy with a slight char. The bread is super soft. Both burgers were very flavorful with fresh veggies. My partner got the Swiss and shroom and it was clear why it's a fan favorite. It's stacked with mushrooms, crispy onions, and fresh spinach. The spicy mission was my jam. It had lettuce, avocado, and fresh sliced jalepeno. We also got garlic parmesan fries. So flavorful. They gave us ranch and spicy sauce for dipping and they were good as well. Service was super friendly and quick. Love that they are open till midnight for those post movie midnight cravings. The price is more than in n out and less than shake shack. We definitely got a whole lot more than in n out. And we won't be going to shake shack anymore. Can't wait to try out other items.

Just had a yummy first time experience here! Movie and dinner with the family. So good, EXCELLENT service by Jennifer she went over and above even bring extra napkins for our 16 month and 4 year old! Food was awesome.

We decided to try this new spot here in Burbank and I am disappointed that we did, because these burgers are the BOMB and we're going to crave them! SO good! I had the Double Swiss & Shroom and loved it, but it was massive. My wife got a single Original and it was absolutely delicious! Other food we saw looked good, too. Service was friendly. Will definitely be back.

I was looking forward to trying out this new location of The Melt, as I remember how way back in the day they had a location in Burbank but closed before I could try it then. The new location is now where the Skechers used to be, and I think it's a bit bigger than where they used to be. I ordered their melty mac and cheese, and I thought it was pretty good. It definitely lived up to its name as it was very creamy and melty. I also liked the breadcrumb topping, and they have little packets of Tabasco that go well with it. My personal preference is for a sharper baked type mac and cheese, but those of you who prefer the creamy type will particularly like this I think. Portion is also huge! You can either order at the counter, or on the screens they have on the side of the store. Once I ordered, my food came out in about 10 minutes and definitely was very fresh and made to order. Also, after sitting there a while, one of their employees came up and offered a piece of cookie to me, which I thought was very nice of them. Looking forward to trying some of their other items next time.

After spending a couple hours shopping and overheating my sweet husband at the Jackalope Art Fair, we needed to find a place for a late lunch. With lots of dining options in this area we often spend some time deciding, but after seeing MELT, it was a done deal. Ordering was easy at one of the kiosks -- Double Swiss & Shroom Meltburger for him, Crispy Classic for me and Garlic Parmesan Fries to share. We also opted to try the Natural Soda fountain drink (pretty good!). There were several open tables, we chose to sit outside. The table was a bit dirty, but we took care of that with some napkins. In just a few minutes the pager buzzed, and the husband went to pick up our order. We were both amazed at how everything looked just like the menu pics! I seriously stared at the huge chicken sandwich for a few seconds before taking my first bite -- nicely fried, moist, tender and that jalapeño pickle slaw was surprisingly so good! The husband was super impressed with the size and quality of his burger. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned well. Generous portions and incredible flavors -- deliciousness! And just as we were about to finish, we were offered freshly baked chocolate chunk cookie samples -- YUM! During our visit three team members walked around to greet and check in with customers. Great service all around and wonderful first experience -- we'll be back! :)

So I can hear a lot of you saying they are only burgers but I LOVE a good burger! I have been waiting to try this place ever since the signs went up after the sketchers store closed. So I was happy to have the chance to stop in. Now before I see posts about price, this place isn't cheap. However, unlike some burger spots, I have been disappointed that the Melt is worth it. It took me a few minutes to decide because there were so many options that jumped out at me. I finally went with the double bacon melt with one addition; a fried egg! On the side I went with garlic Parmesan fries because I love potatoes, I love cheese and GARLIC!!! They were the perfect accompaniment to this meat and cheese masterpiece. On the way out after I threw out my trash and returned my tray one of their employees stopped me to ask how everything was. I always appreciate being acknowledged, I have spent most of my life working in hospitality and this is all part of great service .

I first became familiar with The Melt when they had a location at the Westlake Promenade, so when I heard they opened a new spot in Downtown Burbank, I decided to give them another try. Since I was trying to keep things a little lighter and was not in the mood for a ton of cheese (hence "The Melt") and carbs, I ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken, served with a Parmesan crisp, grilled cheese croutons and shredded Parmesan on a bed of romaine with tangy Caesar dressing on the side. To balance it out, I shared with my friend some of the Sweet Potato Fries tossed in a sweet and salty seasoning and the Cookies & Cream Shake. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, with about 5-6 tables of varying sizes inside and a couple of outdoor tables. Personally, I think this location is better suited for takeout rather than dining in, especially during busier times. As for parking, I usually avoid circling around the lots directly below the restaurant and instead park at the main mall structure nearby since there always seems to be more available parking there. Overall, the food was fine and the location is convenient for Downtown Burbank. The Melt's menu leans heavier than what I typically gravitate toward and please note that is more of a personal preference than a criticism of the restaurant itself.

May 2026 - Open 10am to midnight daily. Walking around Downtown Burbank or are you waiting to eat at Boiling Crab but there is a 2 hour wait? Why wait, pre-eat and have an amazing Angus-Wagyu beef burger at The Melt. Totally love.... We had the opportunity to celebrate the grand opening. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The fries were tasty. The chocolate chip cookie was so yummy. Had to order another one. The service was friendly and willing to assist and answer questions about the menu. The chicken sandwich was also delicious along with the original burger. The place was alive with a lot of patrons enjoying the celebration. We will definitely be back for more. Perfect place before a movie.

What a great addition to downtown Burbank! If you are craving a good burger, I definitely recommend stopping by The Melt! You can place your order either at the register or at one of the self-service kiosks. There are tables available both inside and outside if you want to dine in. I decided to try the Melt Burger, which comes with cheese, a jalapeño-pickle mix, and Melt sauce. It was flavorful and very good! I shared an order of the cheddar bacon ranch fries and they were really good too! The service was great from all the staff! We will definitely be back!

Delicious! I went there today for lunch and there was a gal outside handing out nice size samples of their burger. Went in and ordered the original Melt. It was very good. Good size 1/3 lb, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Personally, I'm not a fan of artisan buns which they use. But that's subjective. I'd prefer a regular burger bun because I'm old school. Got the sweet potato fries which were GREAT and the portion was size was excellent. Great service, friendly people. A good place to go for a real good burger. And reasonably priced. Thank you you too Jannee' (sp) who was the gal that worked with me. She told me she is a trainer for the restaurant chain. Such a kind polite and professional lady. Will absolutely return!

We tried The Melt for the first time and it was amazing! The garlic parmesan fries was the bomb we had the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy mission sandwich and it was delicious The service by the staff and specially Angel, assistant manager was amazing! He goes above and beyond! He was very courteous, attentive and just amazing. We will definitely be coming back!

Very solid. A little salty and was hoping for more gooey cheese. Cooked well choosing medium temp. Great staff. Even handed out free cookie samples. Chocolate chip would've been worth a full purchase.
