I understand what all the hype is about! After searching around for a dinner spot to eat, my mom and I decided on this place. I hadn't tried The Melt until tonight. I ordered The Melt burger and my mom got a Patty Melt. Both are DELICIOUS! I was honestly surprised! I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff named Jennifer. She is so sweet. She kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay. Anything we needed, she was ready to bring to us. I absolutely loved her and how sweet she is. It's a lively place surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the town center. I recommend sitting outside if you like people watching. read more

Tried The Melt today. Thank you for offering impossible burgers! The sauce and cheese is not vegan so I went without them. Still very tasty. Side salad no croutons no cheese too. Couple of suggestions, please consider offering vegan cheese and sauce for the impossible burgers! Also, please consider a couple more items in your side salad. Maybe cucumbers and carrots? The burger was still very good. Maybe offer a 2x setting in your menu for the pickle/jalapeño relish? It was great, just a little sparse. read more

Wow! This place should be called The Salt instead of The Melt. I'm still sitting here and my wife could not even finish the melt burger as it's soooo salty. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken and that too was a bit salty and only ate the inside part of the chicken to lessen the saltiness. Did I say it was salty? Lol! I went out to dinner last night at newly opened location in Burbank. I had previously been to The Melt in Oakland and had a great meal there so I was excited to try this location which is close to my home. I was not disappointed in the least bit. I got the BBQ bacon burger. It was cooked to perfection and the onion rings on the burger remained crispy which is not easy to achieve. I also got their Parmesan fries which were crispy and delicious when dipped in the melt sauce. One of the stars of the meal was the chocolate shake. It was creamy and awesome. I also need to give a big shout out to the staff at The Melt. The customer service we received was fantastic. Everyone working there was amazing and this is just as important to me as the quality of the food. We had an A plus experience and can't wait to go back. read more

I can't say enough good things about them. Even if the food had been bad (it wasn't) I would have still wanted to come back for their staff alone. On to the rest of the review... Been waiting for this place to open for awhile now. I kept seeing it anytime I would come watch a movie at the AMC. Wasn't entirely sure what kind of menu they would have, but they have now opened and I finally had a chance to try it. Because of the anticipation, I went a little overboard. Crispy chicken sandwiches are generally my go-to item so I got one of those, and since so few places offer a grilled chicken sandwich I got one of those as well. Their signature dish is their Meltburger and while I wasn't particularly in the mood for a burger I got one of those as well. I also got an order of their regular fries. The portions were generous and the food was good, but again - where they really stand out is with their people. They also have a craft soda dispenser which looked interesting but I didn't get a chance to try that or any of their shakes...I'll have to save those for next time. If you're wondering what to compare it too, I would say they are similar to the Habit. read more

OMG, we ordered this on uber eats 10 minutes before they were going to close. We wanted chicken sandys and it was the only decent place that was still open. And it was the best we've ever had. Our first time here and I must say we will be coming back. I took my boyfriend here for Fathers Day this Sunday and it was the best decision this far. I had a protein style cheese burger and the flavors were just bursting in my mouth. I also tried the strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. As a vegetarian, I noticed they had an Impossible Burger, so I decided to give it a try for lunch the next day. Well, I'm here now, and not only is the food incredible--I ordered the Impossible Burger with mushrooms and the Garlic Parmesan Fries--but the customer service is what really stood out. Firstly, the chicken sandwich is quite frankly delicious. But mostly, I was putting my order in using the automated register and took a phone call at the same time, I forgot to pay picked up a pager for my order and then sat there expecting to get fed. What I really appreciate is that the staff noticed that I was sitting there idly, realized there were no orders that had not been fulfilled and came and checked on me. I had such a great experience at The Melt Grand Opening that I had to double back. Yesterday, I had one of their burgers, and it was so good that I returned today to try something different. This time, I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and added egg and avocado--absolutely ! The restaurant was clean, the food was excellent, and the service really stood out.
