so I'm usually one of those people that refuse to get a burger that is over $5. I went here one night because I was super hungry and had been curious about all the hype. I was very impressed. Got the mushroom burger, it was very well seasoned and juicy. The fries were good too. I did not care for any of their fancy sodas though. I still wouldn't go out of my way to get a "fancy" burger, but definitely felt like I got my money's worth this time. read more

This place is so damn good!! Everytime I come in I order a cookies and cream shake and the Swiss and shroom burger with extra mushrooms and it never disappoints. It's literally mouth watering and I get it every time. Another one of my faves is the spicy mission burger and it's probably hands down my fave spicy burger in town. On top of the delicious food I'm always greeted by the sweetest people at the counter. I've become a regular at this point and Logan and Erika always make sure my food comes out on time and has all the extra things I ask for. I would definitely check this place out! I was really excited to finally try this place out. My husband, daughter, and I walked into the restaurant at around 10:50 am on a Sunday morning. There were about 2, no more than 3 parties dining in the restaurant, so it was definitely not busy at all and no one in line. As we walked up towards the counter, I noticed one female worker under the "pick up" sign trying to look busy, fumbling with plastic packages. We made eye contact but she did not acknowledge me. I brushed it off as I stared up at the menu, trying to figure out what to order. I then noticed another female worker behind the counter who exchanged a few words with the worker under the "pick up" sign. And STILL, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM STAFF! I stood there in front of the menu for a solid 2-3 minutes looking like I didn't exist. It was a that very moment I decided that this restaurant did not deserve our business. As we turned around and walked towards the exit...STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM STAFF! We spent our $65 across the street at BJs instead. We will not be returning. read more

This place used to be a consistent surprising hole in the wall 5 star burger place but started slipping through the cracks. Burgers/melts started getting soggy with grease, interior of burger patties were straight raw. Lately even the fries are in a soup of grease, all patties and melts are oozing grease. I loved this place but sadly I have to stop giving them my money. Now slightly better than a burger stand in an amusement park, but I'd rather eat elsewhere. A gooey, cheesy, saucy, greasy, and yummy indulgence. This place will have you wanting more but knowing you shouldn't, you will just have to enjoy the after taste and burps that come with the meal you just inhaled here. Or at least that was my case. I can probably never return here and not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing.. probably not good for my cholesterol or waist line but definitely don't regret stopping in for lunch. We have not eaten a meal out in 15 months. The whole pandemic, we kept talking about how we wanted to go to the melt when everything was over. Tonight we went in person. We had our masks on when we ordered and a small detail didn't come through. We got our order and told them that something was missing. Right away they brought us two new orders and an extra milkshake and then offered another that we declined because we had more milkshakes than we knew what to do with! They were so nice and everything was so good. What a happy story for people whose melt dreams came true today. Thank you! RIP OFF. Asked to sub the impossible for a WAGYU patty and charge $5, and don't ask if that's acceptable. When the impossible burger is cheaper. Super rude and not cool to do to patron. WAGYU beef is expensive, to charge $5.00 more extra. NEVER COMING BACK. Let the patron know when you're going to rip them off. It's called be fair and also communication. Today I stopped in on break from work and what an amazing experience, as usual the service was remarkable. I was met by a bright young woman with an amazing energy who brought smiles to everyone around me while they were in there. You could tell people were happy even behind their masks. I normally do take out but this time I decided to dine in. What I love about everytime I visit is the greet as you walk through the door but my 1st time experience dining in was great. I love that even though the staff was occupied with orders they found time to come out to the table area to check up on you. Edgar was at the register but the moment he had the opportunity he would come out to check up our table along with others. I will definitely be dining in more often. Ps.
