Had burgers for lunch today as boyfriend requested for his birthday. First visit to The Melt at any location. He ordered the BBQ Bacon and I had the Original Melt. We ordered inside with stellar employee, Lee, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. We also ordered Parmesan garlic fries and a chocolate shake to share. We sat outside in the covered patio being it was a lovely day outside. Delicious burgers, tasty fries, yummy shake and wonderful service. The restaurant is very clean, there's a TV on the patio to watch. They have dessert options such as shakes, brownie, cookie. In fact, Lee treated us to a birthday cookie w/ice cream sundae. Good add to downtown. I like ordering human-free. Reasonably priced comfort food. My kid likes the kids meal options - glad there are so many! There are outlets so I did see some people camping out like a coffee shop. That's a little tough given how popular it is, plus my toddler really wants to play with cords so it reduces the kid-friendliness. I assume for many that's a feature not a bug. read more
