She later stopped by, didn't introduce herself and didn't ask if we'd ever been there before, but did ask if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered Potato Pancakes. She also asked if we wanted bread service, so we said yes. We did notice from other conversations at the very close tables near ours, that many of the customers are regulars and have their favorite waitstaff. The manager had stopped by a table to regrettably inform a couple that their favorite waiter was out for 2 weeks. So, that did give us hope that if they have regulars, it must be good. The Potato Pancakes were delicious! (I didn't even stop to snap a picture because we were very hungry!) My husband ordered the "Bier" + Cheese Burger ($16.95), and I ordered the Pork Shank "Schwweinehaxe" ($34). The waitress said she had to check the availability of the Pork Shank, so I told her that if it wasn't available, to put in Chicken Wienerschnitzel. Then she didn't come back to let us know what the kitchen said. My husband flagged her down to find out if the pork shank was available, and she said she'd forgotten to come back, but that it was. He also told her that it was my birthday, so she brought out a cute birthday tea light for the table. The food was absolutely delicious, and for the price point, you can easily see why people are regulars there! The pork shank was enormous! (We ate off of it 2 more times after we took it home. The restaurant gave us extra gravy at no charge, too.) The rosemary mashed potatoes were very good! The presentation was lovely! My husband really enjoyed his burger. Then for dessert, our waitress brought out a slice of tiramisu with a wedge of chocolate cake over it, berries, whipped cream, and a little birthday candle in it. Turned out really wonderful! I also got a side of spatzle because I really enjoy it and it did not disappoint. To end the evening, we got the bananas foster, which came with a table side show to make the dish right in front of you. It was a very nice finish to an incredible meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a nicer dinner and to try German cuisine, which is not very common in the Atlanta area.

What made the situation even more upsetting was that the server did not seem concerned or show much care about the seriousness of what had happened. Food allergies are not simply a preference or something that should be taken lightly--they can be a serious health and safety issue. What is especially disappointing is that I frequently visit another Pappadeaux location and have always had a much better experience. That location follows proper procedures when I inform the staff about my allergy, which shows that accommodating and protecting guests with food allergies can be done. I hope management takes this situation seriously and provides additional training regarding food allergies, communication with the kitchen, and how staff should respond when a guest has an allergic reaction. I enjoy this restaurant chain, but this experience was unacceptable and made me feel that my safety and concerns were not taken seriously.

We went to Melting Pot tonight to celebrate my birthday with a $50 certificate via email from my in laws to redeem. We had the best young waitress that had been there only 3 days and when we first arrived my husband showed her the email certificate and at check out he showed it to her so she could write down the codes. She went to ring us up and came back with a manager that wanted email gift certificate either printed or emailed to her. Her name is Jennifer Hollis and she is one the most arrogant, rude managers I've ever met!!! When she insisted my husband email it to her of course his service was bad and her couldn't pull it up after showing the server it twice. There was too much that went on to go into more detail other then to say that Jennifer Hollis ruined my birthday dinner and evening by making us pay cash cause she wouldn't let the server use the codes off his email. We went home to get my phone with these certificate that was in my email and he went back to the melting pot so we could then again redeem the email and get a refund of the cash we had to pay. DO NOT park a Cadillac Escalade outside of this restaurant. Ours was stolen on Friday night. First time anything was stolen there, and they were specifically targeting Escalades. No glass in the parking lot, and OnStar was disabled right away, so they were professionals. Don't worry about bringing other cars, but don't park an Escalade out there. Other than that, the restaurant was lovely!! Staff was fantastic, and took great care of us, staying open for us to finish our meal after the we finished up with the police. Sad. Food on the bar was sad also and soggy or whilted. Not fresh. You pay $7.75 for water here. No other water available. Server disappeared so it took 30 minutes just to print our check. This brand new location already needs so be fumigated to get the smell out of the carpet. Overall a bad experience on a special day.

The chicken was small and dry. Asparagus stringy and limp. If you're hungry don't order at Carrabbas. They are stingy with their portions. Something is wrong with this picture. They are watching the amount of food they are serving to cut costs. It leaves one to wonder, are they going out of business? This was their takeout service. Maybe they do better inside with their portions. I figure they do better inside because the server has to see the customers face when they put the food in front of them. We will not be using Carrabbas again.

The margarita was ok, nothing to brag about. The prime rib was delicious but there was a lot of fat. The sweet potato and green beans tasted great, no complaints! The bartenders were great! Those two ladies managed the bar with perfection! Overall it was a good experience but I wish the prime rib didn't have as much fat as it did.

I got a small portion of snow crab legs - comes with butter, a side of lobster mashed potatoes, and a side of garlic pasta. Two cheddar bay biscuits came with the order. I used to love eating in for Red Lobster just for the Cheddar Bay biscuits, but we've been making them for years at home now. They are definitely better fresh either way, whether at home or right to the table at the restaurant. The two that came with the order were not as buttery as I'm used to but decent. That will probably be the first and last time I order crab legs for takeout that are not part of a seafood boil. They were not bad but I feel they would've been more seasoned and tender in a boil. This was the first time I ever ordered crab legs for takeout so lesson learned. The garlic pasta was definitely underwhelming. It was giving jarred sauce, even though I'm sure it probably was not. I still use jar sauce at home, on occasion, so I'm not knocking it, but I was expecting a little more flavor than I got. I wouldn't get it as a side again - just a little bland for my taste. The lobster mash was good for a side, seasoned just right and with a decent amount of lobster meat. I would get that as a side again. Overall, it wasn't a bad meal. I would order from this location again or dine-in for sure. I would like to try other items and probably stop in for some lobster.

The lobsters looked like they might be close to death. Disgusting abuse of animals and not a good advertisement for Red Lobster.

She took our drink orders and was friendly and engaging throughout our meal and she provided very good service. We ordered the Angel Hair Dalvina, and I had the Chicken Parmigiana. Of course, the Garic rolls and House salad come with the entrees we ordered and that is a good value for us. The salad was very fresh, cold and very tasty and the Garlic rolls were hot and crispy outer shell and soft on the inside with great garlic flavor. She really enjoyed her meal. When mine arrive the chicken parm looked a little on the small side but after eating it, I was indeed full. This was a very nice evening and we will be back.

So this year, I finally decided to try it for MY birthday! The place is pretty big and spacious, we were seated upon arrival. Our server was okay, nothing special and food was okay too (mozzarella sticks were the best part though!). I got $16 off my meal but adding chicken and substituting spinach instead of broccoli felt like it brought it back up. We finished our entrees and was given a check (maybe they don't give you the dessert?). Anyways, I really wanted to like this place but it just didn't cut it for me, it just felt like another establishment. Maybe it was a bad day?

Now I understand why their dessert selections were mini indulgences instead of a full dessert entree. For this visit the table ordered crab and shrimp, stuffed mushrooms as well as their avocado toast for appetizers. Each appetizer was so very tasty but I was very impressed by the stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious. The other people in my party, ordered fish dishes, and I ordered the steak and lobster. We all throughly enjoyed our entrees. Everyone ordered one mini indulgence: oatmeal cookie cream, turtle cheesecake and the key lime pie. Those mini indulgences are so good I wish it was a full entree dessert. We will definitely put this restaurant on our date night rotation.
