I love this place, we've been here for New Year's twice and every single time we enjoy ourselves, it's a good value for money and doesn't draw the gigantic New Year's crowd, but you definitely don't have to wait until New Year's to try it :)

Choice for my granddaughter's birthday. She was excited and enjoyed the chocolate the most. Our server was attentive. The manager stopped by our table. And we received our Yelp gift of chocolate covered strawberries-just enough for us.

I have always loved fondue at the melting pot, but this location has been a little disappointing the past few times for the entree and salads. They don't seem to be as good quality ingredients as you would expect for the price. Since you're cooking the meat yourself you want good quality and good flavor. I do still love the Wisconsin cheddar cheese fondue, original chocolate fondue and the flaming turtle fondue. The chocolate strawberries are delicious also. Highly recommend them. I would only get the cheese and chocolate going forward since they are still very good.

All the while I thought this place only did cheese and chocolate fondue....I didn't know they had a grill option as well for various proteins! #mindblown Being that I live in Georgia, there are plenty of Korean Bbq's that you can grill up your meal on your own at your table for much less. What sets Melting Pot aside is not only the presentation, but the initial cheese dipping session as well as the sweet chocolate session! So many cheese and chocolate types to choose from it's best to just ask your server if you're not sure! Or go with what you feel! Judging from what we ordered I don't think you can go wrong. I'm sure all the flavors taste delishhhhh!! I think for this review I'll let the pics speak for themselves! However. Side note. If you do the grill option, guard yourself and your guests from random oil splatters from the grill. It gets less poppy after the grill has been going for a while! Our server Ariel was awesome and very attentive to us during our food adventure! Bon Appetit!!

I have never had a bad experience at this melting pot location. The cheese selection is amazing i highly recommend the spinach artichoke its my favorite you cant get it anywhere else! The service here is always 5 stars! Its always clean and the food is served properly ! Whenever i get the chance for a date night this is my go to ! The fondue experience is worth every penny!

I really wanted to love this & have a great experience. I've been to melting pot before but not this location. The Kennesaw location is hit or miss too but I didn't spend nearly this much there When they do the $25 specials, those are fine to attend. Valentine's dinner here was a certain bust. We had an 830 reservation & arrived at 832. Lobby was crowded with couples, and the lobby is not big. We made the 4th couple in. Another came in after us. Around 840, host finally comes over because she's been cleaning tables because I guess they had one guy to clean all the tables in the restaurant which was clearly not enough. Manager joins the host but was lost and host leaves without checking anyone in to go do whatever so the manager starts checking people in but can't figure out the right order so we're all like well they were here before me and so. So basically nobody came up front for 20 mins to notice who tf was in there. We get seated around 845 when couples for 845 reservations were coming in and so confused why they couldn't get seated Also wine bottles shown up front dusty AF so hope that's not what people order from! We get to our table & our server is beyond overwhelmed so someone else comes by to take our drinks. Server finally gets to us & is having a rough night because I guess the restaurant is overbooked, understaffed and management decided not to prep for literally the known amount of tables from their reservations. She takes our orders & every course takes forever. I think we left around 1030 or 11pm in the end. Someone came by before our first course to let us know our server had to cut up all our stuff because kitchen never prepped that day. Literally, no fine dining establishment works like this except this place. Normally, staff is calm & collected & you don't see the craziness going on behind the scenes which I don't expect to for $226 meal Food was mediocre Cuts of meat were stringy (beef) or full of cartilage (chicken) or gritty (lobster).. nothing wrong with shrimp or pasta Salad had watery dressing & barely of it with some barely ripe Roma tomatoes Cheese was good except the carrots were tiny and watery The dessert tray was the only unblemished course. It was beautiful & tons of variety & chocolate was delicious. They ran out of some sauces because they didn't prepare enough turns out and I guess decided not to make more because they only had a full restaurant even though it was an hour to closing but they did have reservations for 10pm too even though seemed like they didn't want to. Even ours when we hadn't paid yet or finished our dessert course, busser finally came through and wanted to clean up but picked up literally everything and had to think about setting back down our drinks Just annoyed because it's an expensive restaurant with the management/staff you'd find at a $20/plate chain like Applebee's, olive garden, Chiles, etc. Teenagers employed & whole team is chaotic & unprepared Won't come back here for a full meal most likely, certainly no holiday. Might come back for just a chocolate course but maybe try a different location. Music of the night was interesting. Lots of edm, including tame Impala ‍ We parked in the lot across a small street in the same parking lot

What a great experience for our daughters 18th birthday request. Our server Avery was awesome, was attentive and helped answer all questions. The food selection is excellent with good variety for anyone. The ambiance is as expected not a quiet romantic place but that's not why you would come here.

She was not disappointed! We had three courses and they were all excellent. We shared various cooking styles and flavors. My favorite was grilling then putting it in the pot to finish it off with some extra flavor. The cheeses were excellent! Don't remember the two we got, but they were excellent! I'm not a big dessert person, but the desserts weren't overly sweet and I even enjoyed them. The service is quiet and attentive. They're great at answering questions and helping with any questions you might have. My highlight was easily my 8yo daughter telling me she was a grilling expert and wanted her own grill at home. The fact when I ordered the beer the guy looked at me like I had a third eye going out of my head, then the manager came and said sorry a drink and a beer we can't do so here is your bill. Never mind the fact the people at the bar had about 4 mixed drinks, but I guess it only mattered for me with my one and a beer. I understand responsibility and all but that was an excuse for their poor table management and a line building up. Very disappointed. The food was good the service was crap.

We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, but were told our table was already ready, so we were seated. (The restaurant tables are very close together, so be aware that if anyone in your party is wheelchair bound, it may be difficult for them to maneuver around.) The restaurant is kept very warm inside, and I'm usually someone who feels cold easily, but even I was rather hot. A woman brought water glasses and a water carafe to our table and said, "If you want something besides water, just let me know," and then walked off. So, in my mind, that woman was a food assistant or a food runner. Turned out, she was our waitress! She later stopped by, didn't introduce herself and didn't ask if we'd ever been there before, but did ask if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered Potato Pancakes. She also asked if we wanted bread service, so we said yes. We did notice from other conversations at the very close tables near ours, that many of the customers are regulars and have their favorite waitstaff. The manager had stopped by a table to regrettably inform a couple that their favorite waiter was out for 2 weeks. So, that did give us hope that if they have regulars, it must be good. The Potato Pancakes were delicious! (I didn't even stop to snap a picture because we were very hungry!) My husband ordered the "Bier" + Cheese Burger ($16.95), and I ordered the Pork Shank "Schwweinehaxe" ($34). The waitress said she had to check the availability of the Pork Shank, so I told her that if it wasn't available, to put in Chicken Wienerschnitzel. Then she didn't come back to let us know what the kitchen said. My husband flagged her down to find out if the pork shank was available, and she said she'd forgotten to come back, but that it was. He also told her that it was my birthday, so she brought out a cute birthday tea light for the table. The food was absolutely delicious, and for the price point, you can easily see why people are regulars there! The pork shank was enormous! (We ate off of it 2 more times after we took it home. The restaurant gave us extra gravy at no charge, too.) The rosemary mashed potatoes were very good! The presentation was lovely! My husband really enjoyed his burger. Then for dessert, our waitress brought out a slice of tiramisu with a wedge of chocolate cake over it, berries, whipped cream, and a little birthday candle in it. Turned out really wonderful! Will definitely go back to this unique spot!

The menu has lots of different German specialties. We shared the pretzel as a starter and it was very delicious, especially with the beer cheese. As a main, we shared the Bavarian feast, which was more than enough food for two people - I would say it can feed three no problem. I really liked the pork chop, bratwursts, and red cabbage. I also got a side of spatzle because I really enjoy it and it did not disappoint. To end the evening, we got the bananas foster, which came with a table side show to make the dish right in front of you. It was a very nice finish to an incredible meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a nicer dinner and to try German cuisine, which is not very common in the Atlanta area.

Coming into it, around early dinner time hour, it was fair to say a slow evening for a Saturday. This provided us a fair chance to be able to not feel rushed during this experience. Server and food runners were on point. Server knew the menu and what to suggest as popular meals and what his favorites were. He also informed us that food was made from scratch and the ribs were already sold out! Bummer as that would've been a go to choice! The restaurant it self seemed cleaned and a sleek look to it. We chose 2 fried chicken meals and steak and frite. These dishes were to brag about 100%, wish I could've met the head chef and supervisor on shift to let them how wonderful the food was and that the staff have great personality and professional! This chicken meals were beyond what could've fool me as a homemade chicken made by someone's grandma! The steak was cooked to perfection that could've melted in your mouth. Due to my son's birthday, the server offered a complimentary dessert for him to have! I recommend this place or their other locations 10/10!

The atmosphere felt like a casual new age, better, slightly more upscale and elegant version of Applebees, if that makes sense. Homey vibe but elegantly casual? Off rip I ordered a sweet tea which was phenomenal. It tasted like it has a slight peach undertone to it, and it was the right amount of sweet. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp as my appetizer and the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and brussels (I dont like coleslaw). I was told the bacon wrapped shrimp was a new menu item. For $19? They were cool. The fried chicken was really good. It was still steaming hot inside, when I took my first bite. The chicken was tender and had a good crunch to it. The brussels were okay. I typically like a more sweet glaze on my brussels but they did the job. I liked the mashed potatos, they were a little runny; the gravy made up for that though. I'm not a biscuit person but the biscuit that came with this meal was very soft, fluffy, moist, and had butter throughout. It was a bummer the only choices of hot sauce available were Tabasco and Cholula. I usually like Texas Pete, Crystal, or Louisiana hot sauce in my chicken. I WILL say, the monkey bread was SOOOOO good. So soft, warm, with apples and vanilla ice cream. If I knew it was this good I would have ordered 2 to go. Ultimately everything my was good, I had a great experience, and lots of leftovers.
