I'm left a little confused on the service I received. I came in for afternoon reading. I first ordered a happy hour French Blanc de blanc. It came and was a really delightful glass of bubbly. Later the server brought over a serving of duck fat fries that I absolutely did not order. But he brought it over and said "it is yours" so I thought that was complimentary. I would not order it on my own will. It was good fries but I wasn't feeling fries enough to order it. I swear I didn't order it. Later I got a Bad witch cocktail and it was so on theme and very tasty. That was great. Until I got the bill. I was charged for the fries I didn't order. And when I brought it up with the server he insisted that I ordered it. I really didn't order it. His tone was a lot harsh and so I agreed to pay for it. It left a really sour taste in my mouth. It's a small serving of thick cut french fries with a bump of caviar, cubed avocado, shaved asiago cheese, applewood smoked bacon bits, truffle salt, crème fraiche and this white champagne aioli. It's just some fancy fries for $28. The caviar is just for looks because I couldn't taste anything. All of the white sauce on it was good. I wish the fries were served piping hot instead of warm. Okay, I have been to this place 3 times over a period of 3 years and it just never gets any better. I can't be this unlucky. Each time I have visited, they have been "out" of the champagne I wanted. (By the way, it happened to be the most affordable ones, if you call $88 a bottle affordable.) And each time the food items I wanted were unavailable as well. I mean come on, the menus are paper, if you're out of stuff print a new one! Or at least tell me what's out before I order. The ambience was inviting there was a separate area that was more intimate for club members to use. They also have outside seating, but it was storming that day and there was no way I was sitting outside. however, the inside general area has a bar seating as well as table seating. It's very intimate and inviting, happy hour is great for a first date, a long day at work or even a mini group getting together, I loved the options for the champagne club, which I'm heavily considering joining, but regardless, I'll be back because I truly enjoyed myself. read more

We showed up shortly before closing, the place wasn't packed at all and we were able to sit at the bar and served right away. The interior was really clean and nicely done with the bottles on display. Our server was friendly and explained the differences between the sparkling wines and champagne's. I opted for the around the world flight and my partner got the limited time Barbie flight. We both enjoyed our bubbles and my partner even inquired about their memberships. It sounds like their members go on fun adventures together, both domestically and internationally. My friends and I came in for happy hour. The champagnes were good. The reason for the 3 stars was that we came in around 440pm and ordered food from the HH menu. We ordered crab cakes, tuna, duck fries, oysters, a bottle of champagne and 3 glasses of champagne when I showed my phone with the word HH menu on it. When we got the bill, we were charged full price for the dishes (crab cake and tuna) instead of HH prices. When we brought up the issue, we were told we needed to let them know we were ordering from the HH menu since the size of the dishes were different (which would have been fine with the size). When we walked in the rude staff member addressed us by saying "it's a $500 minimum, IF you can afford it" while looking us all up and down.
