There were three in our group and two got salads, and I got the classic blue sandwich - tender steak with blue cheese aioli (fabulous!), grilled onions, and mushrooms (which I omitted). Another in our party got the health nut full sized salad, which is grilled salmon, dried cranberries, walnuts, red onion, soy nuts and spinach tossed with non-fat pear ginger vinaigrette. It was a great blend of fresh ingredients and a nice piece of salmon. The other diner built her own 'mini' salad, which is only $2 less than a full, and still a pretty generous portion of greens and veggies. She got her dressing on the side as they do give you a pretty generous dollop if you get it on the salad. There was consistently a long line and they work hard to keep the line moving and the orders coming out pretty rapidly. This chipotle-style chain offers a salad bar with a plethora of ingredients but has also expanded its selection to sandwiches, soaps, and quinoa bowls. It's the perfect option for a healthy and quick meal. Although there are a lot of salad combinations, I would highly recommend creating your own salad. The full salad is only 3 dollars more compared to the mini and perfect for leftovers. There are so many different ingredients that you can add to your salad including veggies, grains, nuts, cheese, and more! A good tip when maximizing on ingredients is you can add as many of the greens including romaine, kale, spinach and more as you want. You can also mix the dressings which are extremely unique! The last time I went I ordered the Health nut salad since it had salmon, but I was able to customize the add ins in the salad instead of the cranberries and spinach. They also include a roll which you can request a white bread or whole wheat bread. My health nut salad was delicious, and the salmon filet was small but well cooked. Their interior is decorated very well with succulents and white furniture. The lights are extremely unique, and there is plenty of seating available.
