This is my absolute favorite nail place! They are always so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in and take such special care to make you feel comfortable. I came in yesterday for a gel mani and spa pedi with French tips. I felt so catered to having two technicians work on me at once (which has happened multiple times I've come there) The spa pedi was great. My legs were hairy from my growing it out for a wax and they were so sweet and gracious about it, they put my embarrassment about it right to ease. They did a great job on the Pedi French tips and unlike a lot of spas, they used a very sanitary method for the spa chairs. They covered the foot soak compartment in plastic so that germs weren't being transferred between clients through the drain. And the added art designs were beautiful. My gel Mani was just as great. The technician was gentle while filing and trimming cuticles and took great care to be precise painting the different gel layers. She also paid great attention to not getting any polish on my skin which I really appreciate. I loved how they turned out but at the last minute I decided to try a 3-D design on top of my gel nails. They had a really great selection to chose from That was very affordable. Because I had gel polish the charms had to be applied w a little acrylic to stick. And foolish me, after walking out I clumsily I reached into my bag before they dried completely and the 3D flower charms came off. I went right back in and the technician was super sweet and apologetic about it (even though it wasn't even her fault!) and she agreed to let me choose any other charm of my liking to put on for me instead, free of charge! I couldn't believe it. I'd had something similar happen elsewhere and was charged. She was sooo sweet about it. I decided instead to try 3D acrylic flowers and she added beautiful rhinestones as an accent as well. All free of charge. I actually ended up loving the second designs even more than the first! This is my fav nail place and I'll continue to only come here in the future when I get my nails done. I recommend it to all my friends and they all have had great experiences too. Mediocre pedicure. Online has cheaper prices but when you go into the salon they are way more. Online says $18 for pedicure, and when you come in it's 25. The rub was just a rub, nothing I'd remember. The gal that painted my nails painted my big toe so big thick it wouldn't dry. Plus I sat here for 20 minutes waiting for a tip coat. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years and never have I been to a place that does such awful work! They barely use any acrylic and what they do use they grind down to nothing, after 3 days my nail cracked and the polish wore off. I went back to get the nail fixed the guy who fixed my nail totally reshaped it differently than my other nails. I will be finding a new nail shop to fix my nails that they totally messed up. Here it is a week later and another nail cracked. I won't be going back to get it fixed, I'd rather pay again and get them done right somewhere else!!! Update: I went back after speaking with the lady that originally did my nails, we made a 3:00 appt. Well 3 came and went and wasn't seen until 4:00. Pauline the manager tried to make things right which I appreciated, however the lady doing my nails wanted to argue that my nails broke 3 days after getting them done because my nails are old. I was excited to try this place as the reviews i had read seemed positive. However, i was disappointed. I literally got my phone out to confirm that I was in fact, at the right place which i had looked up! My nails turned out okay but i didn't feel that they did a thorough or smooth job on my mani and pedi and wasn't wow'ed by the experience. There wasn't anything too negative but it just wasnt as pleasant as a trip to the nail salon should be. I also didn't like having to switch from the pedicure chair to a regular chair at a table in the middle of my services. The filing didn't seem very smooth either which i discovered after the fact. i'm bummed because it's so close to my house that I wanted to love it but i just can't justify another visit here. read more

This place was great! I had tried to take my daughter to another nail shop a few weeks ago to get her toes done with me, when it was time for my daughter to get her nails done and she had already picked her nail polish out, we were ignored cause painting a childs nails is as much money. I explained this to the nail spa and they made sure my daughter was treated like a princess. They set her up in the massage chair, put a pillow behind her back and painted her nails. Even though it was only a few dollara for her, they went all out to make her feel loke she was getting her nails done like mine, like a big girl as another woman did my toes, which came out great! Mary and May are awesome! First time here and I really wish I lived closer because I'd be a regular. They have a huge selection of polish and gel colors, a good variety of bright colors too. I'm super picky with how I like my nails shaped and they did exactly how I like it. Their prices are really reasonable too, $22 for gel manicure and pedicures start at $15. I am so excited about this place! I don't really have time to go and get my nails done on a regular basis but when I do get my nails done, I come here! When I came in on 3-26-14, Pauline blew my mind!!!!! I got a mani and pedi and I was satisfied with the end result however Pauline came over and took a look and asked me if I was in a hurry. I told her yes, I needed to go pick up my kids from school. She asked me to come back when I had time to redo my hand polish. I paid and rushed out the door. The next day I came back, she re-did my hand polish and explained to me that she was not happy with the end result because it did not look perfect. When I saw the re-polish, I was blown away. I feel bad giving it 3 stars because Pauline was so nice and did a good job but, the place isn't very clean and doesn't seem sanitary. The floor was very dirty and it was obvious nail files and buffers were being reused (easily spread fungus). And the acetone or alcohol she used to "clean" her tools got poured back into the bottle! So unsanitary! And sanitation is something that just can't be compromised. Won't be coming back :( read more

NEVER coming here again. I've been going for the longest time every 2 weeks and always take people with me, which is business for them. EVERY single time, Pauline finds an excuse to charge extra. I got a gel manicure was not happy, got a pedicure was not happy. I let the lady who did my nails know that the gel was on my fingers and it was gonna come off easy, she looked at me like I was crazy. I told her my polish was very uneven on my toenails and just looked at me with not a word to say. The gel started peeling off at my cuticles and lasted a good 2 days. Had an appointment for a fill at 5 didn't take me till 5:30, that's fine then she constantly kept answering the phone, kept stopping and keeping track of all the other employees They try to up charge for any reason, the length, to shorten, for shape so don't be fooled by the "initial" price listed The fill was the worst fill I have gotten, she cut me (I was bleeding) I asked her to clean it and she's like it's fine and finished filing the other nails before attempting to clean the cut. Living around the corner from here and choosing to drive further because of the inconvenience of being told they would be ready for you at one time and then waiting and having them take other clients before you. I come here most often for pedicures. I only let Cindy touch my toes. She listens to exactly what I want and she doesn't cut the sides of my toenails more than necessary. I always get the deluxe pedicure which includes an extra 10 minutes of massage and with Cindy it is definitely worth the $$$. I don't wear acrylics too often but when I do, I get them done by Pauline. She does a decent job. You just have to be very specific as to how you want them to look. I like my acrylics to be thin and of moderate length and as long as I let her know how I want them to look, my nails have always come out perfect. read more

Needed a quick pedicure with a friend and went here and it was empty. She sat both of us at a pedicure chair and no one even came over to help us for 15 minutes. But once they did help us, they did a great job and you can choose from the different scrubs you want them to use on your legs/feet. Super nice there.
