Checked in because there was an offer for a free donut with check in on Yelp. Expecting to be offered a plain, run of the mill donut, I was really surprised that the offer was for any donut they had in stock! Unfortunately we went in around noon on a Saturday so the donuts were pretty picked over, but we all still carried away a treat. I got a glazed cronut, one friend got a maple bar and the other got two LARGE sugar covered donut holes (2 counted as 1 donut for the offer for those!) We all found our donuts to be delicious, fresh, and flavorful. It would be fun to stop in again sometime and try other items. Tried a quiche(bacon & cheddar), a veggie croissant, an almond bar, & apple fritter. The savory options were OK, but wouldn't go back for them, nor order again; veggie croissant was 4/5, quiche was 3/5. Place is much better for doughnuts, pies & sweets! We recently visited the north bend bakery at issaquah salmon days. They had a full booth of baked goods and goodies. My wife and I just bought a couple small things. Omg the things were so good. We had to have more Today we set out to their home bakery In north bend (an hr drive for us). What a disappointment. The bakery was deserted. The cases had just a few items in it. We waited to ask someone if they had more items, we stood there for several min as there were people in the back part running around but no one out front helping us. Finally someone came out and asked out order. However they did not have any additional items so we left completely disappointed. I don't even know how this place could call itself a bakery when there were barely any baked goods in there case in the middle of the day. read more

We stopped here on our drive back from Snoqualmie Falls and we are so happy we found this place! Everything here looked delicious. There isn't a lot of seating, but it's a cute, quaint place and the owners are really nice. I liked everything we ordered, but their maple bacon doughnut was the best doughnut I've ever had and I would go back for that alone. read more

Was in the area and was craving some baked goods. It's a cute location but was a really disappointing experience. We got a maple bar, a macaron, and a sugar cookie and the baked treats didn't look like much originally they weren't presented nor baked prettily but we thought surely they'd taste better than they looked. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars was because the donut was pretty good. The dough itself wasn't overly sweet and it was balanced with the granulated sugar coating. It was dense yet very fluffy. What was disappointing was the 10 minute wait with only one couple ahead of me that were already being helped when I walked in. I ordered the donut, a mocha, and a ham and cheese croissant. The ham and cheese croissant was heated for me and wrapped in foil. This made the croissant not only extremely hot, but mushy and gooey from being wrapped in the foil. The ham was good. Decent portion and very juicy. The mocha... I'm wondering if they use a thermometer when steaming the milk or even their own touch to the container for judgement. My drink was so hot that even 30 mins after receiving it I still could not drink it. When I finally did get a chance to drink it, it lacked the mocha flavor. It was very bland. Really quaint, cutesy little place. I always go there for last minute yums if I'm meeting someone. They have a pretty good selection of pastries. My absolute favorites are the quiches, but especially their apple cinnamon loaves! Pop a slice of that baby in the toaster and toss a dollop of butter on it. My mother lived in North Bend as a child, and this week my mom, sister, and I stopped here on our way to Ellensburg to visit my son. My mother showed us around the town where she grew up, and we stopped at this bakery that she remembered going to as a child with her mother (who passed away 35 years ago). The nostalgia hit my mother when she walked in, and when she talked to the staff they said this bakery had been there for over 90 years. We bought some treats (AMAZING!!) and loved this cute little stop on our trip. As a former bakery manager myself, I loved peeking into the back where large mixers were working hard to crank out more delicious items. Don't miss this gem if you are in North Bend! read more

I should have followed my instinct and left when we were told they ran out of bread. It was very runny. Never had a quiche like that. The cookie was awesome though! Obviously, by looking at their awards for their desserts, that's why you come here. They're good. But I would avoid anything else. Word of advice to owners, clean the place. They were very friendly and we arrived 30 minutes before they closed so the selection was limited - which makes sense. Overall it is a nice place with a seating area inside and a couple of seats on the sidewalk. They greeted us and were very helpful as to our selection. My Almond Mocha was made correct (syrup vs milk) plus I did enjoy my Almond Twist - wish it had a little more Almond Paste in it. It was a little hard but tasty due to the glaze they put on top. More sweet than Almond. My wife purchased the Apple Fritter. She did not care for it and felt it could have used more apples. Also she ate chunks of unmixed dough so she gave it 1 star. I tried the breakfast burrito and London fog. The burrito is premade and they ask if you want heated up. We said yes. Waited about five minutes and got our food and left per Covid rules and got in the car to eat. The burrito was cold - didn't even feel like it had even been in the microwave. We stopped at Georgia's for breakfast yesterday. Here's what we ordered: Bread pudding with apple pie filling topping. Bacon and some kind of cheese quiche. Two cups of coffee. Her bread pudding. First of all I should say that she didn't hate it but she wasn't happy with it either. I tasted it though and I hated it. It was almost as dense as a rock. Seriously, think of being a kid and taking a slice of crustless Wonder Bread, and mushing it into a ball. That's roughly the density of the pudding. Eww. We both agreed however that if you sliced it and toasted it, then buttered it and poured maple syrup on it, it would probably be delicious. D+ on the pudding. My quiche. I love quiche and as a breakfast item it's hard to beat, but this quiche, while it looked delicious in the pie pan, was an utter disappointment. I can't remember the type of cheese it was supposed to have in it but that is likely because it utterly had no cheese flavor. As far as the bacon aspect; it was so sparsely present that it didn't add anything noteworthy to the quiche. Onto the texture. A watery bath. Each forkful dripped with water. Not very appetizing and because of that water the crust was wet and worthless. F on the quiche. Two tries, two complete misses. The coffee. Rich, complex, full bodied, no funky flavors Delicious. A solid A. While we were eating, the owner (?), offered us 2 Mexican Wedding Cookies on the House. We brought them with us and ate them with our picnic lunch we had later in the day... (during a hike on the Columbia on a stunning spring day), anyway, they were chock full of walnuts and exactly what you'd expact a perfect Mexican Wedding Cookie to be. A solid A+. So there you are, what was good was excellent and what was bad was really bad. I gave this 2 stars because the main course should always be the best part of the meal, but in this case, it was the worst. read more

Love this place! It's a great place to stop for breakfast. They have awesome cinnamon rolls. If you're there on the weekend, they have pecan sticky buns that are to die for. If you want something specific call ahead and place your order or get there early because they tend to sell out of the more popular items. If you're looking for pies, they have some of the best you'll find in the area. I've tried the apple, pecan, and strawberry rhubarb, all are absolutely delicious. Parking is limited as they don't have their own lot, it's street parking only. There is additional parking available behind the bakery in the alley. read more

The gentleman serving us used the same gloves to server food take money and touched the counter with. The ladies working there didn't mention it to him and I was the first to get served so as I watched more people get their food I was grossed out. I guess this place used to be in West Seattle, but I've only been to them since they've been in North Bend. The bakery stuff all looks good... I've had the donuts which are awesome and all just $1, king cake, breakfast casserole and biscuits. All are really good. It's small, not great ambiance, but the people who work there are really sweet and there are seats in the window, so you can people watch while reading the paper. They also have sandwiches, including a vegan one, and espresso, including soy milk. I think the baked goods selection varies alot, so it's nice to see what they have that day.
