Ive visited this location a few times and have had a good experience each time. I mainly order for pick up online so I can simple walk in, the staff say hey and hand me my smoothie, and I walk out. Anything pineapple/mango related is right up my alley so I always lean towards the mango delight. It's really refreshing and tasty! I'd for sure buy again. read more

Not the best location. Such long lines and one associate preparing everything, cleaning the restroom and doing the cash register. Where is management to oversee customer satisfaction? Super Clean! This location is in a brand new plaza and they are OPEN!!!! Stephen was very experienced with juicing and took the time to explain things that I had no idea about with Nektar. They made some changes to the menu and he was patient and helpful on creating the most delicious drink and shot for me. He has excellent customer service with every customer who came in after us while we were eating and drinking! *Heads up, this location also has a Rocky Mountain Factory inside too ;) read more

Awful location. Only 2 team members working on the weekend. Check in at 11am. Waited over 30 minutes for my bowl. A couple that ordered a drink after me and got their smoothie. 3 people were also waiting and were shocked that they got their order. After a 30 minute wait we were told their blenders were down. I asked for a refund and the cashier had no idea how to and couldn't get a hold of a freaking manager to assist. I demanded a solution after what I just experienced. After that fiasco they finally gave me a free drink gift card. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and untrained their staff was and what I experienced. This store needs to do better. read more

Slow service and poor attention to quality and a bad experience overall. Waited 10 minutes for an inedible protein smoothie and I was the only customer there. My strawberry chia in my pb&j protein smoothie was so dried out and stuck together it wouldn't even go through the straw and it did not have any peanut butter in it. ‍ I arrived around 5:35 and was told that they shut the juicer off at 5:30 so they wouldn't honor the special offer for a free ginger shot that I had received in my Nekter app. When I returned to get my smoothie remade or a refund they were closed at 6 pm. So I drove to another Nekter location nearby to get it remade or a refund and was told they would not do that for me. As a long time customer I am dissatisfied with the service and quality at this location. I would not recommend this location unless you enjoy slow service and poor quality products .**Update** I e-mailed customer service on Dec 14th because they responded to my review, still no response to my e-mail as of 12-19-24. Im not sure why I wasted my time reading some of the bad reviews but it really saddens me when someone says I have been a customer for years but not after today. So that means you had dozens of good experiences and one bad experience and now you are going to give a one star review? Well Ive been to this location over a 100 times and honestly Ive never had a bad experience. The consistency is actually quite impressive. Yes it is pricey, but most healthy food options in the area are. I appreciate being able to order ahead and pick up vs having to wait. No complaints here. read more

This place is a little hidden at the Aquarium, but great service and Knowledgeable staff. About the classic detox three days I had already bought in three days Of the classic a few days earlier at the store on Shae. When I went back to the store on Shea they told me that I had to order it online, That they didn't sell the classic detox there . Even though I had just bought three of them three days prior at that store. So I decided to come to another store. I love this place so much I go in for their juice but today I went in to try a bowl and they asked me if I come often. I told them yes that they are my favorite and I am there all the time. They gave me the smoothie bowl on the house! I was not expecting the generosity but it was so appreciated! Coming here was the highlight of my day at the aquarium (poor little sea creatures)!! They have fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls. Love smoothies and juices filled with fresh fruits and fresh veggies ( just wish they were organic ). I am happy to see more of these type of establishments popping up !! Love Nekter but had a horrible experience at this location. I placed an online order bc I was very limited on time. Got there when my order was suppose to be ready. There was no up front to help me. I waited for 5 minutes before anyone came to help me. My order had not even been started. They didn't even apologize until they gave me my order and was clearly pissed by this point. Employees had AirPods in and weren't even slightly concerned with what was going on up front. My shake was horrible and tasted nothing like it usually does. Ordered a bowl and they notified me that it'll be done by 1:02. It's 1:18 and my order hasn't even been started. This is the second time this has happened to me. I only get a 10 min break from work and it's wasted on them not getting my order right. Finally got my order and it was wrong! Still waiting. They ended up giving me the correct bowl along with the wrong one. I'm back at this location after my last unfortunate encounter and it's still the same thing. I put an online order for my order to be ready at 8:03. It's 8:08 and it's not ready! Nothing is ever ready when you expect it to be. This is the 3rd time. So done with this place. read more
