It is amazing such a simple breakfast could taste so good. The difference is I think, is that the food was made with love. I had the regular omelette with bacon and sausage and cheese, bagel and home fries. So filling, a good amount of food for a good price. The best though was the home fries. I am not a home fries kinda chick, but damn they were good. I ate those first. The omelette was excellent, but those home fries. The bagel just topped it off. If you want a great breakfast, go here. I had a Greek omelet and it was very good. I recommend this place to anyone who has a court trial/session and would want to enjoy a wonderful breakfast meal. This is a small spot that definitely delivers! The menu has all the normal breakfast/brunch options, but their execution is on point. Stopped in after searching for a breakfast spot while waiting for the parade. The food was absolutely delicious! If I could have fit another omelette in my tummy, I'd of ordered two! They also offer fresh squeezed orange juice! I couldn't get enough! I immediately told some friends we had to meet there for breakfast some time. It's small, so large groups may not fit, but a small group 4-6 casually without moving around tables will fit nicely and enjoy themselves. Enjoyed this place a lot. Went there with my bambinos and I was happy that it's kids friendly. The service is good, the food is good and their coffee is good. I was especially happy to find out they have fresh orange juice. The only thing I could say is the eggs were very oily and that they didn't have kids omelette. The omelette cafe was a perfect dive breakfast joint! I loved how quaint it was! When we got there we had to wait a bit for a table, but that's okay, it was a Sunday morning! The food was delicious and fresh! I got a bacon and cheese omelette and my husband got the western omelette. Both our dishes came with home fries and a bagel! It was a ton of food! I also enjoyed the fact that the eggs were fresh and they did not use egg beaters to make their omelettes. I know that sounds silly, but I literally hate egg beaters! The one thing that could've been better is having another waiter/waitress. They were so busy, I just felt bad! My hubby and i didnt really mind it, but i could tell others did. OMG! I just had the best breakfast I've had in a while at a restaurant. My wife wanted to go to the omelette Café, she had a coupon so I agreed to go with her. It was the greatest decision I've ever made, after marrying her of course. I ordered the Mexican omelette and she ordered the western omelette. Since I'm entitled to half of everything I ate some of hers too and they were both amazing! I don't know which one I will order next time I go. The toast was soft but crunchy and very flavorful, the bagel was great, and those breakfast potatoes--- mmm, mmmm, mmmmm! Oh and I must not forget their fresh squeezed orange juice... The Union Station omelette is amazing both to the palette and the eye. Coffee is top-notch and abundant. And the staff go the extra mile to make you feel like family. I had really high hopes for this place and was in need for breakfast. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed. I typically only eat egg whites and I had to give a low score because they do not do egg whites at all. So if you love egg whites this is not the place for you. But because I was hungry I made an order for the new Orleans omelet. This was very plain, the sausage wasn't spicy at all. The French toast were a big disappointment. My husband and I stopped for breakfast after an appointment with our attorney--she recommended trying this place and we did. It is small and the waitress was spot on. She greeted us and had our coffee within 5 minutes of our entering. We tried the special which was steak and eggs with avocado.
