We came on a busy Saturday and we were seated right away. Host was very nice as well as our server. Our drink order was taken and just fyi I hate restaurant coffee lol. The coffee was soooo good. My girls got hot chocolate and it was amazing as well with real melted chocolate. It was very family oriented and a good overall spot to grab some home style breakfast! Only complaints were the crepe has a liquidy strawberry water/sauce and it makes the crepe mushy by the time you get halfway through the crepe it is not edible. Great place to eat! Usually have a wait on the weekend but they have a great menu. We eat here about once a month. Order the Dutch baby right away! Favorite Place to come for breakfast! We have tried pretty much everything in the menu but my favorite dish is always the Florentine Benedicts . Those have been on and off the menu for a while but when they still make them when asked. Their pancakes are absolutely the best. Specially when adding strawberries and their home made whipped cream.Oh yum! My husband enjoys their omelettes. They are so fluffy and always come loaded with ham and cheese! Our family loves having brunch at this good old spot. The infamous Dutch babies are a must, just allot a bit more time since they take longer to prepare. We also like the farmhouse breakfast for a classic brekkie order, and love their house cut bacon. I am updating my review and removing a star because I was disappointed in the food this time around :/ In the past the meals have been so large I couldn't begin to finish so today I got the pecan waffle and sausage. Unfortunately the pecan waffle is not what it used to be. It used to be a large waffles the shape of a Texas with with pecans in the batter now it is a small waffle with about a tablespoon of pecans on top of the waffle so I was disappointed in the presentation and the size of the waffle. The taste was however was still very good I was disappointed to pay over eight dollars for a small waffle with a few pecans sprinkled on the top. The sausage patty for 350 was tasty but again seemed a little pricey. Not sure if they're trying to make up money for less capacity but it seemed like too much to pay for a small waffle and a little piece of sausage... I paid 16.00 and left hungry just sayin I've always been very satisfied in the past so this is the first time I've been disappointed in this locations serving size versus price the coffee is still good the service is good but the size versus price is definitely not a value read more

The restaurant is clean with ample parking and great natural light. Went for late breakfast on a Sunday and surprisingly there was no wait. We were greeted and seated quickly. There was a sign at the entrance that said they had pumpkin pancakes so I knew I had to try them. I ordered the bacon, egg, pancake plate and subbed the regular pancakes for the pumpkin. By far The Worst restaurant I've ever been to. I'm assuming that they're only open for breakfast and lunch since they close at 2. We got there at 12:15 and stood at the front to be seated. We waited and waited but no one came over to greet us or even acknowledge us. So we asked a server if we could seat ourselves and she gestured to a table. No actual words, just a gesture. When I sat down I realized I was sitting in syrup, so we switched tables. We sat at that table and waited and waited again. We should have just left at that point because it was very apparent that this place was not at all interested in serving customers. It's difficult to find a place that serves gfree pancakes, so we had decided to give this place a try. No one ever came over to give us menus or even a drink of water. Absolutely no acknowledgment that we were even there. We ended up having to get our own menus from the counter up front. We'd finally had enough and got up to leave. On the way out there were at least 5 servers at the register just standing there chatting. One of them said to us "Thanks for coming. Have a nice day" What??? Did no one realize that we'd never been served? Did they think we actually ate a meal and were leaving without paying? We told them the reasons why we were leaving and received not even one reply. They all just staring at us blankly like they had no idea what we were talking about. Even when we told them we were going to IHOP we didn't get a response. We will NEVER return to this place and we'll be sure to let everyone know that this place has the worst service imaginable. read more

My eyes went right towards the Eggs Benedict, and boy was I not disappointed. These are the second-best Benedict I've ever had. Plus, the side of avocado was excellent. But FYI the apple pancakes is made out of pie crust it's not an actual pancake. It's in the shape of a pancake but doesn't taste like one. I came across this place as I needed to find a brunch restaurant closest to Flower Mound/Southlake area and this location had a decent yelp review rating. Based on most reviews I think most patrons were complaining about service and still stated that the food was good. As soon as we entered we were greeted right away and seated. My friend ordered their Dutch Pancake. Just a heads up it takes a little bit to make it and they will also let you know before you order. (Wait time is about 20 min). As they have to be baked and cannot be pre made and reheated (otherwise it will lose its fluffiness). But so worth ordering as it's so fluffy and flavorful. My friend enjoyed it very much and I had the privilege or trying a bite. I ordered their vegetarian omelette and it comes with a stack of pancakes. I have never seen such a big omelette (I can't believe those are only 4 eggs). It was the same size as of my large plate. The eggs were very fluffy and the vegetables were seasoned with a little more pepper than I would like but it was still okay. But my pancakes were a little off. I don't know if they switched salt with sugar but they were extremely salty unless the added salted butter on top of it already and were just generous than usual. Overall 4 star for the great service and my friend's perfect Dutch pancake! read more
