Came to this restaurant after a long day of hiking at Bryce Canyon after looking at how cool of an experience it was the night before cooking your on steak. To only be sat down at 8pm, 2 hours before close. 3 hours after open to find out they're out of STEAK, the entire menu is steak... I find it ridiculous when your whole menu is steak you run out of steak.. Wasn't a lot of choices at Bryce Canyon for dinner so took a shot at this place on way to Duck Creek village. They were short staffed with only a waitress and chef/ cook. Waitress was super friendly and literally running her butt off. Limited choices due to Covid supply issues but I decided to try 16 ounce Ribeye. Overall this place is great. We had the ribs and steak. The ribs were great, though SOAKED in sauce. The garlic butter rolls are to die for and the side salads are really lovely. The steak was cooked perfectly temp wise and tasted great but was so salty I just couldn't finish it. The service... they were very understaffed and busy so it wasn't the friendliest. The temperature in the restaurant was extremely cold. Overall I definitely recommend for a spot to eat after exploring Bryce! read more

Great place in the middle of nowhere. Drinks were pretty good but pricey for Utah. Could use more alcohol. Food was great, but blackbean burgers are dry regardless. Amazing little gem! We came here twice while staying in Hatch and were very happy each time. It was super busy the first night, the staff was busting their butts to serve everyone. Our steak was awesome and can back again. Other pros include good drinks, 21+ so no kids, pool tables and country music. Good social distancing and staff wears masks. read more

Andrew is amazing! We were passing through and needed dinner in a bad way. He had just closed up, but let us in anyway. The steaks were great. The "Grill Your Own" was an awesome experience. First time I had a steak that was cooked exactly how I like it. If you do you wrong your the only one to blame. Their wings were great too. Cooked perfect and plenty of sauce. We just went on a family vacation and stayed in Hatch. There are not many choices for dinner. We didn't want to make our own steaks so we drove 20 minutes to Panguich and ended up waiting an hour to get seated. We then went the following night to this establishment for drinks. The bar was filled with people enjoying meals that looked fresh and delicious. I wish we had in fact eaten here. We were a party of 10 that played pool until closing time. The staff was super friendly and it was pretty busy considering there is only about 150 residents in Hatch. If you're visiting this place was the best we found within a 30 mile radius! read more

This was my second time to Bryce Canyon and my first time to a "cook it yourself" steakhouse. After a day of hiking we enjoyed a surprisingly delicious bottle of castle rock Cabernet with our ribeyes. It was the perfect meal after a great day of trekking. I came here with a friend on a Thursday night after a long day at Bryce Canyon. Jordan was our server and he was super friendly! We really appreciated his hospitality. Other customers were grilling their own steaks which looked fun, but my friend and I shared wings and fries. We got way more than the dozen of wings we ordered which was very generous. Best dinner experience during our stay at Bryce Canyon area. The place is really welcoming and the decor and ambiance are a reflection of the area. The baked potato is crispy and yummy. And the cocktails are very good too, and there is a nice beer selection. My 2 friends and I went in on a Sunday night around 7:30. It wasn't very busy in there, but it looked like only two people were working. We got seated within 5 minutes, but our waitress was obviously very flustered, running around, taking care of all the tables and the bar top. We all ordered drinks but the waitress forgot my two friends cocktails so those took a while to come out. I ordered a salad which was delicious! Super fresh and a great portion size! My two friends both ordered the steak and had it cooked for them. One steak was delicious, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The other one was over cooked and had like no seasoning it. Then we waited at least 20 minutes after we were done eating to get our bill. I actually had to get up and go to the bar to try and get our check and our waitress didn't even give me my check even though she saw me standing there for many minutes, the other boy working got our check for us. read more
