    I absolutely love living here... I'm on my morning stroll right now with my baby and my dog, chatting with neighbors, and greeting everyone who is cleaning the area thinking to myself "what a dream"! The Park Apts are beautiful, no doubt. With the lovely greenery, the meticulous architecture, the gym, pools, and all the other amenities... our friends and family visit us and tell us it feels like a resort! All of the big moments in our lives have happened here. We moved here right before we got married, we had a baby when we were living here, we celebrated his first birthday here, and it is just so great to live in a place that offers club houses to rent out for hosting events like baby showers, birthday parties, engagement, parties, and any event really! Parking is easy for visitors, which is a huge plus, and the resident services team always takes care of our needs. Maintenance services and security have also come through for us whenever we needed them and for our family I truly believe this is the best place :)

    This place is a dump. Dog piss in the staircase and in the hallways. Elevators are always down, and fire alarms often go off in the middle of the night.

    I rented here last and loved the place and the area. The staff is always helpful. Unfortunately i had to move back to San Diego for work, and we miss the friends i made here in this community and the gym.

    Fresh coat of paint and all repairs done quickly!! Thank you maintenance team.

    Early in the morning on a Saturday, I woke up to flooding in my bathroom due to a busted pipe. I called the emergency maintenance line, and a team member was immediately at my door to assess the situation and clean up the water. The next morning, a member from the leasing office called me, very apologetic about the incident, and discussed plans to make reparations. They offered assistance and worked out a plan that fit my schedule. Soon after, a team came to assess the repairs and was courteous throughout the entire process. The maintenance team was phenomenal! I appreciate Brian's coordination and his entire team's help in fixing the issue in under a week. Despite the accidental damage across all four floors, they were great at getting the repairs done quickly. They even used little blue booties to ensure my apartment stayed clean when entering and were very kind. They sectioned off the damaged areas and rugs to minimize disruption. I am incredibly grateful for living at an Irvine Company apartment over 5+years, knowing they have the ability and resources to manage such situations effectively and quickly. Thank you to the entire team at The Park Apartments for your outstanding service!

    Hi! I've been living here for awhile but realized there are gyms and fitness rooms nearby! I haven't taken a look because I was never given a key for access..do I need one to use these gyms?

    The round key you have is good for all the Park Facilities i.e gyms, mail room, computer room, gates, etc.

    Overall, the property is excellent. A few things stand out right away, starting with the gym. It is…read moreexceptional and feels like a space people genuinely enjoy being in, even beyond working out. The rooftop pools are beautiful, though they can get busy with kids on weekends. It would be great to see one designated as adults only. The dog park looks like a great feature for those with social dogs. Ours is a bit older and not quite as enthusiastic about the younger crowd, but it is still a nice amenity to have. That said, the best part of this complex is the leadership, especially Johnny, the General Manager. Well-run properties always have strong leadership behind them, and that is very evident here. When we moved in, Johnny personally made sure everything was taken care of, from small adjustments to the overall move-in experience. Greystar is fortunate to have someone like him leading the property. If you are considering living here, I would absolutely recommend it. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience.

As a newer community, they're still working out some kinks, but we're excited to see the property continue to evolve. One thing we didn't fully anticipate is that the area isn't quite as walkable or bike-friendly as we had hoped yet, so we're really looking forward to the retail development being expedited so residents can have closer access to fun hangouts, shopping, and food options. We'd also love to see more community-building and social events to help residents connect and meet each other. It could even be great to have some kind of message board or community feature in the resident portal for informal meetups, recommendations, or local events. Overall, it's been a great experience and we're excited to see the community continue to grow.

    I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

I initially lived in one of the outer apartments right next to the garages/dumpsters, but moved to an upstairs unit that was in the middle of the complex, Unit J1. Highly recommend both upstairs and middle complex because of the foot traffic and garages opening and closing. The walls are thin, that's just apartment living. Luckily I got one neighbor who was never home and my downstairs neighbor didn't mind my clogging practice. Really convenient having both in unit washer and dryers and multiple laundromats around. I never had an issue if I wanted to wash my duvet, the were never full. They also have a filtered water bottle filling station in the laundromat over by J1. Not sure if they have them in the others in the complex. (you're welcome). Sometimes I drive by just to reminisce on old times. The only small issue I had was with my deposit. When I moved out they tried to charge me for a cleaning fee, but I left my place spotless. Management companies in CA can charge a cleaning fee, but only to restore the unit to the same level of cleanliness it was in at the start of your tenancy. They cant cover "ordinary wear and tear". I ended up getting it refunded no problem, but just something to watch for.
