We were seated outside, which was fine since we had a dog with us. We ordered the breakfast panini, egg white wrap, and smoked brisket melt, all of which tasted scrumptious. Our waitress was so sweet and when I mentioned that they forgot to add meat in my panini, she handled the situation with grace and immediately put in a new sandwich order, no questions asked. The staff's professionalism at handling these situations keeps me coming back, and of course the quality of the food is a plus :) There is also ample free parking in nearby lots and the restaurant itself is spacious (both inside and out). I've been coming to this place for a couple years now, I've moved out of state 5 years now but I always manage to come in when im visiting. My experience today was bad I ordered nuts and bolts and when I got my Food the sausage and egg were drenched in oil, I kindly asked for a remake and they manage to put the same food back on the grill and bring me out the same food, my egg was over hard at that point and sausage was hard to eat as it was cooked a second time. The manager on duty who we did not get a name but has tattoos in the back on her legs was extremely rude, she never came out to talk to us to try to make things right, yes they took the plate off the check but still was charged for the pancakes which essentially the pancakes end up being like I paid for the meal. I ate the pancakes only because I kept waiting for my eggs and sausage . I'm extremely disappointed and let down by the way this situation was handled, the manager is horrible and shouldn't be in the restaurant business if she's going to have bad attitude and not come out and talk to customer when something is done wrong. read more

Looking back over the years, things have been on the decline. I have 92 checkins at The Peach Cafe and the last few dozen or so have been very mediocre. Chef Chris, you're letting us down. I stopped coming unless there is something special on their weekend menu, but even now it's fairly disappointing. The fried chicken used to be absolutely delicious. Now it's a thinly pounded piece of breaded chick-meat. Here is the travesty... and the reason I no longer order their bottomless mimosas: it's mostly orange juice. Seriously? For a $3.00 bottle of bubbles, you could easily fix the ratio. I'm not alone in this complaint since the table next to us also sent back their bottomless for a $21 bottle of bubbles. It's embarrassing. I kept trying to give them a chance thinking it was an off day, but at this point it's intentional neglect. The downside of this place was after 20 minutes, they texted us to let us know that our table was ready and that we had 7 minutes to get back. It was also hot and had a nice bite to it. Be aware, it can get a bit messy with the sauce dripping down your hand but it was definitely worth it. Moving on to the Monte Cristo. This dish was okay. I feel like I had higher expectations after eating the BGD. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious but I didn't find anything special about it. It tasted just like a normal croissant with stacked ham. Friday, September 8, my parents came in from out of state and decided to take me out to eat here. Pertaining to the parking, from what I saw there is no parking lot? just front street parking; which is limited. It was very hot outside, and nowhere to really stand outside without being directly in the sun. They have 4 seats outside to sit on while customers wait. The establishment itself is very small. Also, there is outdoor seating. We opted to sit in due to it being so hot. Wait time was kind of long, but understandable because it's a small business with limited seating. I ordered the Powdered Stareverry French Toast. Surprisingly, it was good. Unfortunately, I was told they did not have a strawberry syrup like Ihop. So they only put a few strawberries on top with no syrup. So I asked for regular syrup. For the sides, I ordered egg whites and bacon. The bacon was not too crispy, tender just the way I like it. And one thing I noticed about their bacon was, there was barely, if any fat on it, which I liked a lot. Time etiquette in the manner the food was brought was fairly quick, so 5 stars for that. Super cute restaurant in Monrovia! I think Monrovia is the cutest little town and this restaurant is peak cute there! Spoiler alert there isn't really anything peach related here which I'm not gonna lie was a little disappointing haha There is always going to be a wait to eat here...we came on like a Wednesday and still had to wait 25 minutes for a table. On the weekend it's super busy but the restaurant is fairly small so it makes sense. Also the food is REALLY TASTY so it's worth the wait. Came here for brunch with a friend to catchup. There is plenty of free parking in 2 backlots adjacent to the restaurant on Colorado. During covid they do have limited seating outside so the wait for weekend was 1.5 hours for our party of 2. We ended up walking around for some coffee down the street and got called about an 45min later saying our table was ready. The menu is pretty classic brunch items with some daily weekend specials that change often according to the waiter. They do have a coffee, lattes, juice and mimosa's too but we already got coffee togo. For entree's we had: Waffles + Powdered sugar + strawberries: Hickory Maple" studded with smoked bacon and maple syrup. You have the option of ordering half or full orders. Half order is plenty for one person but full order is great for sharing. It's your classic waffle served with powered sugar, sliced strawberries and maple syrup. Huevos Rancheros: Black beans, salsa verde, corn, tostada, 2 eggs, cheddar and avocado. Super classic again and prepared as such too. Great flavor fresh flavor from the salsa verde and cooked to perfection. The service was great with the server being very friendly and service with a smile. Overall a nice place if you're in the Monrovia DT area and looking for a brunch place. After visiting this restaurant since its opening; today I was BLATANTLY discriminated against. I am NOT going to say this was racial discrimination; but I will say that I happen to be the only black person waiting for a table ( from my visual view) . After waiting over a half hour for a table, and being told my table IS ready; Dana the manager tells me rudely that she CANNOT and WILL NOT seat me at a table because I am a party of ONE (which that in itself was discriminatory) and she has to seat larger groups. DANA states repeatedly that this is the OWNSRS policy . When is being a party of ONE, a problem for a table. Especially, after I checked in as as a party of ONE (requesting an inside table); and patiently waited for the table; and waited past the amount of time I was told the table would be ready (waited nearly 40 minutes). Granted, I DID watch them offer a white male an IMMEDIATE table. He appeared to be a regular and the hostess didn't even add his name to the list. The hostess told the man that she didn't have anything inside, but he could take the table outside ( a table for four) immediately. He was immediately seated. I asked Dana the manager why wasn't I told this by the hostess before I started my wait. DANA repeated that it's the OWNERS policy to not seat a party of one at a larger table. Granted a party of two, who had checked in after me; were called to be seated and given the table that I believe the hostess was preparing to seat me at; before DANA rudely rushed in and stopped her. I told DANA that she was PUTTING PROFITS before customer service and I told her that it was bullshit. In ALL of the years I have been coming to this restaurant and mainly on weekends (usually a Sunday), that I had never experienced or ever been told anything like this. DANA was rude, condescending and foul. Telling me that she couldn't do anything about it, and needed to move on. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and have been seated as a single diner for years. The reasoning and handling of the matter was literally beyond rude. Maybe Dana was more concerned that I POSSIBLY observed what appeared to be serving minors alcohol (but young adults do appear to look younger and younger these days). Maybe it was that observation. When I asked het for the owners names and contact information, Dana REFUSED. After patronizing this restaurant for all of these years, I can say that I will not be back. I suggest to the owners that Dana be thoroughly retrained in her job; and if PROFIT is that important; then maybe you need to rethink your organizational structure. This is an accurate account of what transpired on my visit. This has been one of my FAVORITE restaurants for years; and it pains me to have to make this review. But it was much more PAINFUL to be treated in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Businesses and BAD MANAGERS , like DANA loose customers because of greed! We have been to Cafe On Lemon St and we been to LeRoy's twice both restaurants have amazing food and great food. We decided to go to the Peach Cafe try out the food,we have been here before but the waited was long. But this we came early but there was a short wait we notice the Peach Cafe is very popular including dog people. We were seated and the waiter told use to use our smartphone camera focus on the code to get the menu. We were looking the menu on our phones the food sound really delicious my wife order the chicken panni and her also order granola with yogurt then I decided order the rice life and also freshly bake Pecan roll. The waiter brought our food it look great including my plate. First my wife try out granola with yogurt she enjoys she eat the granola first she say it home made. Then took a bite of the chicken panni she enjoy it. My life rice tasted really good lots of flavors like the brown rice and the vegetables combine in the rice. As much as the host was nice, I am not too sure why this place is packed as the food is not great. My guess is that it's one of the few places wrapped around Myrtle that isn't a bar but an actual place to have breakfast with the option of drinks and an aesthetic setting. I got the pesto salad which was 17 dollars. It has absolutely no flavor and no hint of "pesto." I was dousing the salad with salt. I could make a better salad at home or even have found drive thru salads more desire-able. If they want to continue such an establishment, I would highly recommend they look more into their food options and possibly really sit down and try their own food. read more

I've been coming here for years (would have been 5 stars, since it's a long overdue review) and I would say I have never had a *bad* experience. I will say, that even with coming here for years, one thing I've noticed is that the main server usually ends up not checking in throughout the meal, and it's usually various employees. Our server Dana C, according the receipt, was not present after taking our drinks and food order. Various other customers had ordered after us, they had their food and drinks before us. I get it, it can be hard to keep track of everyone. Considering it was a Sunday, it was busy-ish, by this I mean there was a wait of about 45-1hr, I believe I waited maybe 35? So that was really good. But it wasn't packed in terms of all tables were taken. The other employees brought our coffee out, our food, and even one of them brought hooks for our purses. This was after several times asking for our drinks and food. Our server Dana, wasn't the most polite or warm, for our server. When asked about our food they had an attitude. From seeing several other yelp reviews, I've noticed that Dana needs some improvement in their customer service skills. Now the food and drinks are always amazing and are truly the star of the best brunch. Will this make me not come back?
