I love the Cheesecake Factory. I've been going there since I was a teenager in '83. Yes, the one in Beverly Hills, CA is the best one. What I love about the Cheesecake Factory is that it has mastered the basics. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's always clean. The decor is nice and inviting and fun. The bathroom is always clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is consistently superior. The food is always fresh because they get so many people there. You don't have to worry about getting old lettuce on a salad or old fish because they have so many diners. My other favorite thing about Cheesecake Factory is that if I were to have a family reunion of 53 people there, there's something on the menu the satisfies everybody's palate. It's not very adventurous and since I've been going for over 40 years now, it doesn't excite me, but sometimes knowing that your expectations will be satisfied is a blessing. Came here for lunch during the week and it was good. Of course the menu is huge but they have lunch portions which helps. I got the avocado toast which was quite tasty and the perfect portion. I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years!! I was in town for business and I wanted to grab brunch before heading into work. Conveniently located across the street from North Park Mall in a shopping strip. The shopping strip also has a nail salon and a really nice and big Barnes & Noble store. The food was very delicious. I had the eggs, Benedict and one order of the lemon ricotta pancake not the full order just one pancake. I also had the caramel mocha coffee and it was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was, and the service was actually very, very nice. It made me a believer again to come to the Cheesecake Factory! TONY IS A TERRIBLE MANAGER i was promised my order 3 different times my family and i were here for 2 hrs with only 1 appetizer that we begged our waiter to check on. Tony told me personally that the order was in the window and that it would be 2 minutes as well as it being dressed ready to be served. Thankfully Brian came in and helped us out and gave us the real that someone had already ordered it and they ran out of the product. He gave us 4 meals and 4 desserts compensated. We visited The Cheesecake Factory near NorthPark Mall for my mom's birthday, and it was such a great experience! We had a group of eight, and surprisingly, it didn't take long at all to get seated or to get our food. I ordered the honey truffle chicken and it was absolutely amazing--definitely a new favorite. My husband got the bacon bacon cheeseburger and he loved it. We also ordered about ten different cheesecakes to share, and every single one of them was delicious. Our wait was about 10-15 mins and there was a bit of others waiting as well and this was a Saturday at about 2pm. We had a great attentive and checked in with us often. We brought my dad here this week to celebrate his 60th birthday! A fun family night with good food. Our service was pretty good. I made a reservation the same morning and they were able to accommodate our two little ones (including a high chair). My only complaint was sitting us in a corner round booth with only one opening to get in and out. With a highchair, it didn't make sense at all, especially because I requested a table with chairs for this exact reason. It made it tough for the server to assist us and the food runners to put hot plates on the table. I'd definitely recommend the host team take this into consideration next time. Had a bad experience with the Fish and Chip diner at the Cheesecake Factory , I think I had food poisoning for two days.

The good: the food. Delicious. Wide variety and the bread is yummy. AND the cheesecake is to die for. The bad: slow, slow, slow service. We had to ask a couple times for simple things. To avoid an even further wait, we paid for our dinner and ordered our cheesecake at the counter by the front door. I normally don't leave reviews, but after the experience my family and I had at Cheesecake Factory for my birthday dinner, I felt it needed to be shared. We had a reservation for 4 at 6:30 and let our waitress know from the beginning that we were there celebrating my birthday. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude throughout the entire experience. From the way she spoke to us while ordering to her overall attitude, it completely changed the atmosphere of what was supposed to be a special dinner. At first, I tried to brush it off and assumed maybe she was just having a bad day. However, during our visit, another table was also celebrating a birthday and they received a completely different experience -- cheesecake came out with birthday writing on the plate and a lit candle. When my dessert came out, it was simply dropped off with nothing special at all. At the end of the meal, I showed her the birthday reward and her response was, "I just didn't think you would want the candles and everything." That was honestly disappointing and unnecessary to say, especially after seeing the effort made for another table. Birthdays are meant to feel celebrated, and instead we left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. The bun was soggy to the point of disintegrating, the whole thing was slimy and gross and the fries and extra fries we ordered were cold and stale... they definitely didn't taste homemade or even fresh. It was grossly overpriced. It was worse quality and taste than fast food. The bread they brought out ahead of the meal was cold and stale and so hard that it was difficult to tare or chew.
