Will not ever go here again. Kim messed up mine and my daughter's hair. Thinned it out so much that there is zero volume left in our hair. And my daughter clearly told her the length she wanted. But this Kim, who talks way too much, just randomly chopped a huge chunk of her hair without even doing it in steps. And do not get fooled by the prices online. She will cleverly make you pay double the amount mentioned on the website, giving you some bs reason. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One thing she is very good at though. I've been going to Lisa for my hairdo needs, also taking my kids here until we moved out of the Bay Area. I usually just let Lisa and her crew decide how to do my hair and my kids' hair. Always comes out great. I also went to Lisa for color highlights and lowlights. She's always super accommodating. At one time, she had to stay after hours to spend the time patiently to bleach my hair and do my highlights, instead of shortening the process as some other places I tried in the past. Lisa demonstrates her passion and diligence for her profession and always puts her customers first. I'd go back to Lisa in a heartbeat to have my hair done when I visit the Bay Area again. I've been going to Perfect Cut for several years and used to see Tracy. Over the past year or so they've changed owners, substantially raised prices and appear to be having a lot of turnover.
