I started coming here out of convenience over 10 years ago because I literally lived across the street. However, I moved further away 7 years ago but I still come here to get my hair done. I'm mixed race (Black and Middle Eastern) and no one seems to understand my hair. All the mixed girls out there know what I'm talking about . I get my haircut here all of the time and Rosa is just great. She is so nice to everyone and is always smiling even though she is on her feet all day. She is a super cutter, very fast and all business. Snip, snip and you are out the door. She also does a wonderful highlight job if you want one of those and her prices are fair. Great place for a haircut. Nice mom and pop vibe. I've been coming here for 10 years. Now, in all honesty, I don't do extravagant things with my hair, but you'd be surprised how many bad haircuts I've had. Rosa does a fantastic job and is very gentle. So I have never had my hair cut here...BUT I have had my eyebrows and lip de-furred. They use the "string thing" that middle eastern people use for hair removal. It is fast, painless, and it doesn't give you wrinkles like wax does. They use tweezers also and make movie star arches. I love these women and they only charge $12 for eyebrows!! I think with you lip it is just a few dollars more. These women are super sweet too! read more

A friend highly recommended this place-- she's been going there for years for her eyebrows and haircuts. I went on a weekday afternoon, and considering it's in the corner of a strip mall, it was pretty busy. The thing that really caught my attention was the price they charge for eyebrows-- a mere $12. You sit in a chair and either Rosa or her sister plucks and trims your brows. However, she did a mediocre job with the plucking and it took about 2 minutes for the whole process to be over. I could have gotten a cleaner shape with waxing or threading elsewhere. Although it was pretty cheap (I usually pay $20 for eyebrow waxes), the job wasn't executed particularly well. Others in the salon seemed to be regulars, though, and seemed pretty satisfied with their services. Personally, I wouldn't go back. read more

This place is a joke. They have no respect for their customers nor do they value time. Rosa told me to be at my appointment by 3:15! As I'm always early I got thereby 3! So I sat there as she was finishing up. As she finished someone came in for a quick cut so she took him as well. I thought it'll be only a few minutes so I waited. At 3:40 it was finally my time. We discussed my highlights and she went to mix it and come back. In the meantime a lady with wet hair came in, assuming she was one their clients and she just wanted a blow dry as she had just washed her hair! Rosa told me very rudely to "get up, get up" so she could attend to that lady and asked me to wait again! Keep in mind it was after 4 already! I just took off and she came after me, but I ignored her and went to get into my car! How rude, how disrespectful, how do you run a business like this? I don't recommend this place to anyone! Anyone who pays good money for service needs to get it. This place is a joke. Stay away! read more

I've been a regular client of this family-run hair salon for years, and even though I don't live that close to the salon, I still make the drive for my haircuts and coloring. I know that I can always trust Rosa and her sister Nasik to do an excellent job even with my hard to manage hair. They're caring, honest and professional. I've also had threading and eyebrow shaping done at this salon ... Rosa is quick and precise with the threading! You won't be disappointed. read more

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I wanted a simple trim to get rid of the dead ends. She wanted to cut an inch off so I said okay. Three inches and four minutes later she was done. I went home and straightened my hair to find it COMPLETELY uneven. The left side is over a half inch longer than the right side. Worst hair cut I have ever seen. Do NOT go there if you want to have a somewhat decent looking haircut! read more
