They do take cash or card which is convenient. The line is never long, really non existent most of the time. Parking is a breeze especially if you get there for open swim which begins at 12 noon. The majority of the lounge chairs are shaded and you don't have to worry about anyone taking/moving your belongings as you enjoy the water. The lazy river is extremely clean and well kept and the floaties are in abundance and FREE! Everyone is respectful in the pool! At any given time there can be newborn babies to the seniors and every age in between so being courteous is just as important as having fun! The music is great too! They play EVERYTHING including Spanish songs on Cedar Hill Tunes. There is one lazy river, one slide which is so much fun and never a long line, as well as a larger pool that is wheelchair assessable too. It was in this pool that my BF taught me to swim this Summer so the Cedar Hill Lagoon will forever be memorable to me! They also have about 7 cabanas that you can rent out for your private event. The bathrooms have great air flow and are pretty well kept with no trash on the ground an I definitely appreciated the cleanliness. They also have showers too. The lifeguards are also professional and they appear to have fun too. There is food available if you get hungry. A CH police officer does make his/her round at the pool too so it definitely makes you feel safe an at ease. I hope the Lagoon continues to be a fun, clean, memorable place for my future summers!

Hands down the best escape room!!! I took a few of my friends and family with me to complete the O'Bannion's Safe room. The Perfect Escape was awesome! The waiting room/lobby is welcoming and open. It has props/hats to take pictures with your friends while waiting which was very fun. (Our wait was mayybee 2 minutes! ha!) It also has a water dispenser which was nice. O'bannion's Safe was amazing. The props were so authentic and really made you feel like you were a part of the scene and in that era. The puzzles were tricky, but appropriate. They were very well-thought out! I really liked how there was a video at the start explaining the backstory of the room, the rules, and how to ask for help/clues. It was convenient to have the workers be able to give clues through that same screen. I still cannot get over the props/set in each of the rooms! They were just so unique and cool. I have been to a couple other escape rooms and this one blows those out of the water! The puzzles were intricate and methodical and the rooms were well-designed. Upon entering each room, I couldn't believe 'there's more'! So so fun! The staff was so nice and you can tell they care a lot about their craft and you as a customer! I can't say enough about this place. Creepy AF getting there at night, but once you are there, booyah, best room ever! We played the Safe room. This was our favorite of 20 escape rooms. It is by far better than the local competition, as the room itself was bigger than Blue ops mission's whole building. This means you are not crammed into tiny rooms, and have space to explore. It was great. The puzzles were not the strongest of all the places we have played, but the decor was great, the story and puzzles made sense, and the staff was fabulous. The place is clean, modern feeling, and you can tell that they love what they do. We CAN'T WAIT to play their other room. read more

If you think you have found your favorite escape room, you need to come to "The Perfect Escape". The details in the rooms are immaculate. When my family and I did the Pharaoh themed roomed, we were absolutely amazed. The detail in the rooms are like no other. We went to The Perfect Escape to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 1 teenager. We had an AMAZING time. We ha no idea the challenges we would encounter, but we soon learned each other's strengths and played on them. We barely made it out in under an hour but we scraped by - by working together and not giving in to frustration. The most entertaining escape room I've done. Immersive theming and ambience, showcasing the love and pride of the owners. With all escape rooms, it's tough to balance the difficulty of the puzzles without the players getting completely stuck. This is often balanced with a hint system, and I think The Perfect Escape has found the right hint recipe for keeping the players moving forward when they're on the right track. Highly recommended. Bring 5 or 6 friends, though, you'll need the help! read more

I've been to a few escape rooms that DFW had to offer, but this one is in their own league. At first it felt the same as all the other rooms, but the puzzles became progressively more challenging and exciting even. The rooms were thoroughly planned and the level of detail is astounding. It's amazing that a new and independent company could set the bar so high for others that have been running rooms for years. I can't wait until they have more rooms to offer. The location boasts "42" mini escape rooms, most are 2-4 connected rooms with a task to get to the next room. With one task to get through and no real objective or clues, it can be frustrating figuring it out. The rooms are broken or worn out. 4 initial rooms could not be entered, holding back access to 2-3 more rooms each. Anything that required touching showed its age with wear. Some rooms required crawling with worn out floors that hurt to crawl on. The place is connected to a trampoline park, we had random young kids running around Labyrinth area unsupervised. The potential.... We were able to get through 2 areas completely! The obstacle course to get through a volcano was fun! The Asylum area was great as well. But so many rooms we were just clueless as to the clues. I am not the world's best escape room person, but I've completed dozens. Hard tasks are good, nearly impossible to figure out tasks are rough, racially with broken down interactions. When this place was new, I bet it was great. For $60 total we were entertained for two hours well enough, but I can't really recommend this place with all the broken and worn down interactions. The place needs a revamp and it could be unique and great!

We had done another escape room and really liked the experience so we had some out of town guests…read moreand wanted to try something different with them. We had the corporate espionage room which was very basic. The decor was absolutely uninteresting and there were very few puzzles. Most of it was password related on a computer which felt a little like it was something I could have done at home. The staff was lovely but very young. Like the both could have been 16. The facility is bland as you'd expect. It's just a small corporate office space. Given our experiences between this one and the other, I think we would prefer Escape HQ. But plot and story to go with more diverse Locks too.
