I was stuck in Dallas and bored. I called the venue as I saw one of their rooms had no booking for a room starting in thirty minutes. I told the person I was a single player and knew they usually wanted three people for the room. The lady was very friendly and told me the room was very large and that my chance of finishing was very low. I told her I didn't mind but would like if they could accommodate me. She said sure. She booked me for their Wong Chinese Restaurant. The room is huge (like a regular size restaurant) and so amazing. If I hadn't spent so much time looking at the scenery I might have done much better. Even so I managed to solve about 80 percent of the room. The puzzles were clever and my game master Tori was so friendly and helpful. I highly suggest this room to anyone who wants to have a real great day. Thank you to the staff the owners for build a great room and helping to relieve some of my boredom for the day. We did the Pharaoh's Tomb and it was awesome! It was pretty difficult so be prepared to be challenged if you do this one! But none of the puzzles were impossible. They were creative and had some awesome effects! I have done several escape rooms, and have escaped most! This room had some unique features that you gotta check out! We had a great time. This was our first escape room and although we didn't escape in the hour, we had a lot of fun. The guide was helpful and helped us figure out how to play. I recommend bringing your reading glasses and a small flashlight and even magnifying glass if you're over 40 and can't see. I think a pad of paper and pen would be helpful too as you can't use your phones in the room. I had to step out to answer a phone call but it was no problem to do. We're definitly hooked. read more

This was my family and I's first time doing a escape room and it was for sure a 10/10 experience. We were promptly greeted by Tommy and he then explained the whole process. Our group of 8 played the "Wong's Chinese" escape room which was very challenging but fun! Tommy was the perfect guide and if it weren't for him, I don't think we would've made it out. We did the Wong's room, and it was FANTASTIC! We had Tori as our guide and she was AWESOME! Her hints were great, not too much, not too little, and it was obvious she was paying attention at all times, because we never had to wait for a clue/hint. The second we asked for one, she was typing it out! Her post game talk was great as well, she let us know about the other rooms and how great they were also, answered our questions and thanked us for coming. I've been to my fair share of escape rooms and I usually try out different places rather than different rooms. This place is different though. My plans for my future escape rooms is this place alone. The place has great management, the rooms are fantastic, and the game masters make your experience perfect with making your group feel personal as they pay close attention to where you are in the room. I usually have problems with some game masters as they aren't attentive enough to give you a good hint when you finally decide to ask for one. Another problem I have is when you interpret a riddle/clue/problem correctly and you don't find what your looking for at first, leaving you wondering aimlessly of what the answer could be, rather than the game master being able to say "hey, you were right, look harder at the wall". I think I found the perfect game master at this place. Although we only asked for four hints, she was with us every step of the way. This place puts a lot effort and creativity in the rooms. They don't skimp out! I can't wait to try more. read more

This place is really incredible. For my second escape room experience, we came here to do the Pharaoh's Tomb, the newest room they have and already well known for being very challenging! My group of 4 had a blast! Man, this was so much fun, and we successfully escaped the Tomb with only minutes to spare!! I can't stress enough how well done these rooms are, very detailed and the puzzles are intricate and you feel totally immersed in the story. A group of my girlfriend's recently went to this location and had a blast! 3/4 of my group had never done an escape room and we actually decided to attempt 'The Pharaoh's Tomb.' Go big or go home right?! While we didn't successfully complete it and escape, we really had a good time interacting trying to solve riddles and puzzles and maneuver our way through. The young lady there had great customer service and was super friendly and accommodating! She even gave us hints when we didn't ask for them! She definitely saw us struggling! Lol. We held my daughter's 10th birthday party here. A dozen girls in two of the bank robbery rooms. They had so much fun! We were appreciative of the free party room and the staff was kind, fun, and patient. I wish the party room was lighter, brighter, and had more space to move around, but there was a lot of seating and amenities available. The escape room itself was difficult but not too much with all the dozens and dozens of hints the girls asked for. In the end, the other party goers said they wanted to have their party there as well. read more

We visited on a whim, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. Wong's Chinese was quite the experience, meshing video, mathematics, patterns and physical arrangements into a puzzle to remember! This was one of the more challenging rooms I've been to (we finished with no clues and 59.99 seconds to spare) but it was incredibly fun. The room itself is incredibly realistic, and I loved the restaurant feel! Industrial kitchens and I have a long lasting, beautiful relationship, so to solve puzzles in an authentic, creative, you-can-almost-smell-the-deliciousness room was a dream come true. Wish I had known not for smalls groups are beginners! Took my teen daughter and was told Obannion's safe was for beginners and they would help to get you through along the way so you wouldn't run out of time on one. Just the opposite the clues given where repeated!! If you can't figure it out the 1st time, give a different type of clue. And if the person has already spent way too long in the 1st room, they need assistance!!! Their was know way you can see tape through a glass window clearly or know to tap and a wall for a key! It was the 1st experience for my teen. We will never go back. It should've been fun for her. I would rather take her to mini. golf, theatrical plays, or sculptural makings, anything!Waste of $60 bucks. read more

I've done all 3 rooms here and they were all fantastic. Each room is different, some are more clue finding, some are more puzzle oriented. None of the rooms are easy, so it's best to have at least a little bit of escape experience. I highly recommend this place, especially the Asian restaurant room, it has a great and detailed set design, really cool. read more

I've been to a couple of Escape Rooms previously but this one absolutely blew me out of the water. I just want to start off also but saying I'm grateful for Anna making our experience private. I agree that more people is always cool but when it's just your own private party it makes it THAT much more fun since you're more comfortable. We did one of the harder rooms, The Pharaoh's Tomb and it was honestly amazing. There were so many moments where our jaws dropped when we figured something whether we were helped or not. The GM was super kind, helpful, and guided us whenever we really needed it without giving up the answer completely. The room itself was very immersive and if you like looking at the bigger picture in terms of problem solving then this is the one for you. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some wholesome fun and I will be back with others to try the other rooms for sure. read more

We visited The Perfect Escape Room in Arlington the week of September 9th and played both the "O'Bannion's Safe" and "Wong's Chinese" rooms. Having done several dozen different escape rooms around the country, I'm confident in saying that TPER offers a fun, engaging, challenging, and unique experience in escape rooms. The puzzles are intricate, but not impossible. Our game master, Taz, was extraordinarily helpful and encouraging. Great guy! The rooms themselves (the ones we did) offer themes that even us as escape room veterans have never seen. We plan to visit Arlington again in the next few years... and when we do, we will absolutely be tackling their third room (Pharaoh's Tomb). Five stars all day long! read more

Came here with our executive team for a much needed team building exercise. We signed up for the Pharaohs room and it was surprisingly harder than any of us expected. Not only did it require us to really use our creative thinking skills, but it required us to learn how to patiently work together. We were all pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the experience. We have veterans on our team that we're worried about PTSD, but everything was fine. Nothing jumps out at you and you're not trapped. Great experience for us and I will definitely be back! read more

This was a really fun experience! My team from work came here, and it was a great opportunity for team building. We had a blast and felt challenged in the room we chose. Loved all of the surprises along the way!! The room was staged perfectly and made us feel like we were a part of the story. My only slightly negative feedback is that the host who worked at Perfect Escape gave us hints without us asking for (or wanting) them. We felt rushed at times. We realized we were running out of time, but we were having a great time working through the puzzles we had to put together, and we were there to have fun. I understand there's a time limit, but there should be some grace in letting people take a little longer if their 1 hour runs out (don't pressure the group to hurry along). This escape room is one of the best I've done, let people enjoy it for all of the amazingness that it has to offer :) read more

This spot currently has two rooms and are adding a third soon, as a newbie or even not a very experienced vet you should go with the barbershop, it is difficult, but Pharos room is insanely hard even for experienced escapers. Absolutely should check it out the guys who run it are cool and down to earth and as always it is a blast! read more

Everything was amazing about this experience. The hosts were great and the business was ran well. The only comment I have is we did the "easiest" room they offered and it was not easy. We did not complete it by a huge margin. I have done many of rooms all around the U.S. and this was the hardest and the only one I didn't complete.
