I've been going to this place for years with one of my dogs then we got another one and also continued. The service has been exceptional every time and everyone is always super patient with both of our anxious dogs. They always come back wagging their tails smelling and looking amazing. Now with it being a mobile service it's even more convenient for us. Nothing but good things to say about their service.

Karina is THE BEST. We have been using The Pet Parlor since 2020. She's always in time. I never have a hard time scheduling him. Our dog loves her and she is so sweet with him. He smells so great. His nails always look great. His teeth are clean. I love the seasonal bandanas she's puts on him too. We are so thankful for The Pet Parlor.

Nothing special. No scarf after the grooming, no special touch. Nothing cute. Just the bare basics. Took my sweet doggie here because our favorite groomer was booked and he badly needed a grooming. We warned them that our dog gets squirmy with grooming so they can be prepared. Of course, when we picked up our dog, the girl in front said that he was very squirmy. Duh, didn't I just told you that? She also suggested that we take my dog to the Vet next time so they can give him a sedative before grooming. What?! Are you hearing yourself lady? What a very un-smart thing to say on a genetic scale! I am not going to sedate and drug my dog just because you guys can't handle him- maybe you need more training or better yet, skills. I am still giving 4 Stars despite that foolish comment. I like the haircut, they managed to do a great job without cutting him or giving him abrasions. And he looked really clean and he smelled sweet, So there's that.

I was hesitant to bring my dog here after I read the review about Gobi. But I took a chance and am glad I did. My yorkiepoo came back looking sharp and no problems at all. As I was paying, the lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I usually do, but I thought it was weird because I hadn't even seen my Mason yet. I gave $5 and am happy with his cut, but next time I'll ask to see him before I tip.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I took my puppy to be groomed today and she looks so bad. Her haircut was uneven there was no shape in the face. My puppy is sad and so am I. I feel like they just took my money I will never go back. Beware!! Amateurs!!

Our dog had to be taken to the vet after groom. Karina did not advise that there were any issues with his ears til after groom. She cont'd with groom knowing he had an ear infection which caused pain and discomfort along with a 400.00 vet bill. Had she communicated that there was a possible infection..we would have told her not to pull hair. I would not recommend her services.

I had been looking for a decent groomer for my year old husky, straffordshire terrior mix, Luka, that made me feel comfortable leaving him for hours. I finally found The Pet Parlor and I fell in love! I get Luka groomed once a month since he requires deshedding, nail trimming, and a bath. The store is clean everytime I go in and the ladies are so sweet and comforting. They take about 2 hours for Luka and call as soon as they are finished. Last month when I went to pick up Luka they had told me he had a really bad poop accident in the kennel he was in, to which I was so embarrassed but they were so sweet and reassured me that they had no problem and just cleaned him right up. He always comes home with a great smell and so soft. I now am a regular each month! Great place to trust leaving your fur babies with!

Karina came and did a beautiful job on my sweet 13 year old poodle. She did exactly how I wanted it, and for a reasonable price did it all! Paws, nails, ears, cleaned her ears!!! I'm sooo glad I found Karina. Thank you thank you for taking well care of my "Kids" i love love how good they smell, and the cut was perfect. I love that she's mobile. I been looking for a groomer for a while and finally found it. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Karina is the only one I trust with my dog! She is so knowledgeable and has been grooming for years. She has groomed my dog since he was a baby and does an amazing job every time. He is a shitzu and very active so his hair is prone to tangles and mats but Karina gets all of those tangles out and leaves his coat silky smooth and fluffy. I couldn't recommend her more! Her business is also mobile and so convenient. It's nice to stay in the comfort of your home while the pups get their pampering done.

This is the worse place I ever took my dog to. When I picked her up I was completely horrified! They simply said that she wouldn't hold still. I thought, she can't be the first dog who couldn't hold still. I wouldn't have posted a star if it would have allowed!

Very disappointed with how they groomed my poodle. I dont know who groomed her but they chopped the top of her hair OFF. She looks butchered. Who chops off the top of a poodle?!?! Almost 60 dollars for her to get butchered. I do NOT recommend this place unless you want a below average groomomg read more

A very sad experience. My male dog received a rash / burn and cups during his grooming. I understand this happens all the time two male dogs. I do feel they had a responsibility to let me know this happened. When I picked up my dog I even asked the groomer how everything went, was told great no problems. At that point they should have taken responsibility for their actions and told me what happened so that I could have treated the issue before it got out of control. Now I have to pay for it a vet bill and medications all because they would not take responsibility for what they had done to my dog. I am giving a one-star simply because I cannot give a 0. read more

I contacted Karina and explain to her I was participating in fundraiser event to raise funds for The Saving Huey Foundation and wanted to create a Dog's basket and wanted to see if they will be willing to give us a gift certificate, she did not hesitate at all!! Came here for the first time and they did a pretty good job on my pomeranian. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get him in within 2 hours. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Dog wash and cut run about $46 but first time customers get a $5 discount so ask for that! They didn't spray my dog with any nice smelling scents but they did put a bandana on him so that was good. The lady who groomed him said he had fleas so she used a flea shampoo. Was hoping they would offer flea meds but I guess they don't carry it. Overall, I was pretty pleased and will likely return. read more

I lost Binky in April. She was groomed many times overthe 15 years I owned her and never had any problems. She did not get a good groom from you. Your excuses are not justified I have a doodle now and will not be bringing her into you for grooming. read more

Absolutely the worst groomer in the county with a horrible attitude! Brought our dog to be groomed and instructed them how I wanted her cut. I had brought her to this groomer several times before due to their close proximity. I always tipped them well! This time the groomer completely ignored my instructions and shaved her all the way down. When I showed up to pick her up, I was shocked. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was treated with anger and hostility. No apology. I chalked it up to a bad day, and I made another appointment with them which they scheduled. When I called to confirm my appointment to my shock they told me not to bring my dog as they will not groom her "because I was mean". They mess up my dog, don't even apologize, and say that I was mean. What a joke! They are a hostile and mean group and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a groomer. read more

I have taken my dogs there several times over the last few years and it has been more than once that they nick one or both. I continued to take them because it was never anything big, and they always let me know if something happened so that I was aware. I appreciated their honesty. This time it was different. This time one of my dogs was bleeding on his paw when I got home. No one said anything to me. I would like to think that maybe they didn't notice but my dog is white and when I got him home and he stepped down on the tile he left a bloody paw print. I immediately called them to find out what happened and not only did i get the run around but then they denied anything happened. I was told that the groomer was gone but that no one noticed blood in the kennel or on my pup. I won't be taking my dogs there anymore. read more

Karina is a fantastic groomer! She's been grooming for over ten years and even used to be a grooming instructor. She has a fantastic eye and her work is always very high end. She just opened her own shop and I know from experience that she takes a lot of pride in her work. Get in before she books up, because it'll only be a matter of time before the word is out. If you're looking for something better than just a Petco/Petsmart experience, come to her. The difference is amazing. read more

Just an updated review, Karina and her staff are amazing very clean and clear when checking you in my daughter has a medium mix breed that she keeps up with him as much as possible because we are aware of the matting problems that can accure when wanting your dog in a longer hair cut it's been cold so we've done the brushing required to do just that! Pet Parlor is excellent with my 15 year old Jack Russel Terrier. I moved from Chicago and was concerned about finding a new caring, clean and gentle grooming service for Pancake. This was the first company that I tried and Pancake was happy and bouncing around after her first visit. They do a professional job and my dog is happy. What else could I ask for. We took our rescue poodle who is about 8 years old here. We had the same groomer for years and they closed down (across the freeway) and then Or mobile groomer lost her truck so we have been searching for a kind and good groomer. We happened upon this shop today - even tho our less than 8 lb guy is as gentle as can be he can get a bit grumpy when it comes to nail trim time (hates his nails being trimmed and he has arthritis so it hurts him on extra cold days A which today was one of those days) She handled him appropriately - he smells and looks fantastic and was very mellow when we picked him up. So I previously was taking my tea cup Yorkie to a groomer by my job, who is very reasonably priced and does a great job. But I recently discovered The Pet Parlor which is down the street from my house.. I took my yorkie in to try them out.. The facilities are awesome, and the staff is great, and it's fairly easy to get an appointment.. so I didn't mind paying more than usual for the convenience.. but recently The pet parlor posted a sign that said "they would be raising their price at the beginning of the year," and so by raising the price it put this groomer out of my price range! Which sucks cause I did really like this place.. so now I'll just have to drive a little out of my way to take my puppy to his old groomer.. read more

Love this place. I stay in Murrieta and make the 20 minute drive because of the wonderful job they do on my Pomeranian. They are the only shop I've been to that has cut his hair to my liking. I def recommend them! read more

I have taken my fur baby here several times and am generally pretty happy. The last time I went, I witnessed 2 dogs on the grooming table unattended. If those dogs try and jump down, they would hang themselves, cause neck or back injuries or worse. Dogs should never be left unattended on those tables and prior to this, they've assured me they don't. If only the owners of those dogs knew the risk Pet Parlor put there dogs in. I'm disappointed, because I was previously pleased, now I'm Not so sure I'd be able to feel good about leaving my dog. The actual grooming this time was poor. The ears were matted underneath and so were the legs. Time will tell I guess read more

Brought my Rocky (shih tzu) to get a cut and everyone was friendly . It was nice to see when it was time to pick up my puppy he was relaxing in the groomers lap . Made me feel comfortable that he was being treated well and taken care of . Can't wait to bring him back read more

Took my bull terrier Lolli in. She was there about three hours and came out clean as a whistle and smelling clean, not flowery like other places. Thank god for that bc my dog has allergies. Price was cheaper than other places I called. Friendly patient knowledgeable staff that didn't get sick of my crazy AF dog. I will be back every two to three weeks and would recommend. read more

Karina and her staff are wonderful with my anxious Golden Retriever. I have been taking my Alice here since the very beginning and I'm so happy I found the Pet Parlor. It's close to home, the most affordable I have found for the top of the line service, and Karina is very responsive and accommodating as she always tries to get Alice in for me. She always answers her Yelp messages for which I'm thankful for. The only thing is they're not open Mondays and Mondays are the only weekdays I have off. Haven't been able to find a comparable salon!! read more

Tyrion has come in many times with matting all over because his fur is too much for us to handle. All of the times he's gone to get shaved, a small grooming or just his coat combed with a bath he's come out really well and smelling good. This past time he got fully shaved and he looks really good! read more

This is the 2nd grooming here and we are really pleased with the job they do. Our Cockapoo looks and smells great. They took time when I dropped our pup off to check on exactly what I wanted done. When I questioned it, he said, as long as they come monthly, the price will stay the same. If you miss, the price may go up. More? Really? I was better off going to Petco. This review is for the Petco doggie self wash station as well as the Groomers who trimmed my dogs…read moreclaws. This is a hidden gem and only certain Petco have them. I'm glad my local Petco has this. You have to pay at the dog groomer cash register. The station itself has 3 tubs and beware the floor's are wet! You will also get very wet even though they provide you with an apron which is nice. They do provide the doggie shampoo but we bought flea shampoo at Petco. The whole process is pretty easy. I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

During our first visit, Stacey did an excellent job, but unfortunately, after her accident she has not been available when making an appointment. This led us to try other groomers. Initially, I was understanding when my dog was shaved down to less than half an inch, thinking it would be a fresh start and that I could manage his coat better with regular brushing. Fast forward almost 6 months, and after diligently caring for his coat, we felt ready to have him trimmed. He had grown back beautifully and was fluffy, with no mats except for a small area under his ears, which we had specifically discussed needing a trim. I personally dropped him off and had a thorough conversation with the groomer, expressing my desire for a trim to maintain his fluffiness. She assured me that it wouldn't be an issue as he looked "great". To my dismay, when I returned, I found that he had been shaved down to less than half an inch again! I was extremely frustrated, especially after our detailed conversation. They didn't even call me to discuss the decision before proceeding. It was evident that they had not followed my grooming requests, opting instead for the quickest and easiest solution. I cannot recommend this groomer if you wish to keep your doodle's coat fluffy. My dog was not matted, and it's clear that they did not even attempt to follow my instructions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It has been a very difficult time for my cat Bastu…read more However, I have found the facility to be very nice, and Bastu received prompt assistance for her problems! First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!

We decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere, and the other veterinarian confirmed our concerns and provided proper treatment. Since then, Romeo has healed well. No pet owner expects perfection, especially in an emergency, but we do expect competent care that matches the cost of treatment. Spending thousands of dollars only to have to seek corrective care elsewhere was heartbreaking and frustrating. I would strongly encourage others to ask questions and consider getting a second opinion if something doesn't seem right.
