Ummmm..... try listening to the consumer. Credit them back the extra they payed that they didn't get. I even tipped $20 cash for just over $100 tab. I'm not driving 45 minutes for a sandwich that could have just been solved with a simple credit back, but sadly, this management is not capable of doing such a simple task. I think there's an option to get congri but you need to ask. Everything was delicious. The rice was quite flavorful and not simply plain white rice. The black beans were cooked well without being mushy but just slightly over salted for me. The pork was solid. I even tasted my friend's cubano and it was well done; a little heavier on the roast pork vs ham if you're curious about ratio. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for cuban food and good service. Will have to try the coffee next time.
