What I got : Mimosa Veggie skillet (removed green chili and bell peppers and added extra onions) Every time we come, it's horrible wait times they'll tell us 20 or 30 minutes and it takes about an hour when it's busy Been coming for years my father loves it don't know why but every father says we are here i'm not a big fan of their food mostly because they usually do things in big pieces in which case things don't cook fully through or they just taste pretty bland overall this veggie skillet dish was alright The broccoli that's in it. All I had was just a stump part of the broccoli the whole time and it wasn't cooked threw some of the potatoes were still like raw and my mimosa definitely had some orange juice that did not taste very fresh probably some carton type service is decent just never been a big fan of their food also, it's weird to not have pricing on the drink menu that's very sketchy

Extremely disappointed with the service, quality of the food, and time to get our meal today. We arrived around 11:30 AM. There was no line and it wasn't busy at all. Lots of open tables. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. First, my husband's Dr Pepper was completely flat. He asked for a replacement and it was still flat, but he drank it anyway. The cinnamon roll was just dough and frosting...barely any cinnamon filling at all. The biscuit and gravy... Biscuit was fluffy and flaky, but the gravy taste like it came from a package would be nice if there was little sausage chunks in it. The home fry potatoes were overcooked. The service was mediocre at best, we had to ask twice for the Dr Pepper and twice for a box, it was like our waitress was distracted. I've been coming here for years and it's considerably different than in the past. Hopefully it was just an off day.

Pretty standard breakfast fare here with below average prices. Two eggs, hash browns and two pancakes were under 10 bucks. The pancakes could have been a bit fluffier and syrup was watery. Otherwise eggs and potatoes good. Too many "professional" waitresses here as well.

I have driven by this restaurant many times and always wanted to go in. However it wasn't until a friend invited me to meet there for breakfast that I got a chance to actually do it. I was sad because I hadn't visited before. I love breakfast foods in this place delivers perfectly. It was a very busy breakfast time but we were seated quickly, served promptly, and attended to regularly by the staff. The food was delicious served hot, and fulfilling.

I've been here a few times before today and had always been happy with the service and the food. Regrettably today was a different story. The place was busy but that's pretty par for the course here. Our service was extremely slow, even just to get our beverages. I ordered pancakes and was not impressed with them at all. They were dry and dense side. Honestly I make better pancakes at home. My GF had the Belgium waffle, it had a good flavor. Overall I give this place 3 stars based on today's experience. I will try it again and see if they can up their game.

I love The Place for breakfast ! It's nowhere near our house but it is one of my favorites when I am visiting relatives. It gets VERY busy on weekends so be prepared, we went on a weekday and got seated right away. I went with something totally unusual for my usual tastes. Omelette with corned beef, spinach, cheese and mushrooms and it was fantastic! Has browns were great as well as the toast, my husband had the French toast and a side of two scrambled eggs. Service took a long time I think they were short staffed (still pretty busy for a Tuesday morning) never will go to IHOP, Denny's exc........this is the breakfast place! No pun intended.

Let's start with the service. Haley was fantastic, very nice, and in top of things. Now let's talk the food, very disappointed with the ratings vs the food I had. Chicken fried streak with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and it came with a stack of pancakes. My friend ordered the eggs Benedict sorry did not snap a photo of hers. Steak is frozen and not made in house, so if you are looking for homemade chicken fried steak this is not that. It was not good and the texture of the gravy was very gelatinous and not like a milk gravy. Pancakes were dry and over cooked.the Benedict muffin seemed uncooked and the sauce was not good. The bloody mary was even bad. I would save your money and head somewhere else.

Great food . Huge portions and the service is amazing. Would highly recommend for individuals or family or groups of friends as they have a great drink menu.

The best bloody west of the 51!

Always a great breakfast spot. Gets 4 stars because you get a cranky server every once in a while but not often.

This place is always the best! If you come on the weekend cool, be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a table. But it's worth it!

Ask the Community - The Place

Can I make a reservation a few days in advance or is it just day by day first come first serve?

No you cannot make a reservation at all

Do they deliver or use any delivery services? Just had surgery and have been craving their biscuits but can't drive and was hoping to get it delivered ! From Flagstaff to Phoenix they are still my top breakfast go to !

No unfortunately they do not deliver or have a delivery service. You can order ahead for curbside pickup. They will bring it out to your car for you.…

I know it's a breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot, but do you serve breakfast all day or are there certain times? Thanks! Can't wait to come eat!:)

We serve breakfast and lunch all day

Is the place open for takeout?

With the Covid-19 pandemic going on I believe they temporarily closed.

Is this the same place as the two from Flagstaff?

Yes, same owners different location.

Do they do bottomless mimosas?

No they do not but the mimosa flight is very big servings and you get to chose four mimosas! Very worth it $12

Hi i was wondering if they have a gluten free and dairy free menu?

I remember there being some gluten-free options however it may have been limited. Not sure about dairy-free. Here is the menu link from their site.…

Is the holindase gluten free? I've been to several places who cheat by making it with a roux or use a packet for it that contains gluten?

I don't know what you would put into Hollandaise to make it NOT gluten-free. The basic recipe calls for lemon juice, water, egg yolks, unsalted butter, and seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, cayenne, etc.). None of these would have gluten in them.…

I found this place on Yelp because I needed a quick lunch near my office, and I'm so glad I gave it…read morea try! I ordered online, and my office is only about a mile away. When I arrived, my food wasn't quite ready yet, which honestly wasn't a big deal, but the staff went above and beyond and gave me a complimentary drink while I waited. Totally unnecessary, but such a thoughtful gesture and a great first impression. I tried the cucumber honeydew juice from their juice bar, and it was absolutely amazing--fresh, light, and not overly sweet. It tasted like it was made right there. For food, I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was incredible, along with the pozole. The pozole came with fresh onions, cilantro, and lime on the side, and it was packed with flavor. I also got the potato salad, which was delicious and the perfect complement to the meal. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. Overall, I'm extremely impressed and can already tell this is going to become one of my favorite lunch spots. Highly recommend!

This is one our favorite places to eat for several reasons:…read more1. Very good food with a large variety of items. 2. The prices of their menu items are very competitive. 3. The restaurant opens early for breakfast and is open for when we want an early lunch. 4. The service is excellent. 5. The background music is not loud and it is easy to talk and hear while eating. 6. One of our favorite menu items is the Thai Chicken Salad. It is very reasonably priced with lots of chicken and many other yummy ingredients with the sauce on the side so you can chose the amount of sauce you prefer on the salad. 7. The beverage station is self-serve and bottomless. 8. The restaurant does a lot of food delivery and take-away.
