Been coming here for over a decade. It's had its challenges as have the owners and staff. But if you haven't driven by here and seen the line outside wrapping around the side of the restaurant you'd be deemed legally blind. It's true testament to the perseverance of restauranteurs. I can't believe we passed by this "Place" so many times. Wow, we were missing out. We just had breakfast here for the first time. The menu had all of our go to favorites. The breakfast classics allow you to get everything you want in just one meal. The food was delicious! The blueberry syrup is a game changer. The price was even a good value for the portions. Ok, in town for the day to get some suspension work on my off road toy and stopped here for breakfast. Had the chicken fried steak and eggs and, to me, best I've ever had. But that's not all...... My server, Holly, was great. She asked me if I liked spicy to which I said "of course." She brought me out the jalapeño gravy which is absolutely amazing! This place is a total hangover place. Once we arrived, we got a table and our drinks. Loved the size of the cups!! No need to worry about a refill. The portions of food are huge. The biscuits and gravy were amazing. The moist dense biscuit never went dry and the gravy had excellent flavor. I did not expect to see a bar in the middle of the restaurant, yet when I saw their breakfast drink menu it looked delightful. I came here because it was had highest ratings but they did not live up to the hype. The hostess was great, the other staff was great as well. I was disappointed a little with our server "Bar", at least that's what the receipt said her name was. The food was good, not great. My biggest complaint was we ordered a cinnamon roll which was very hard. We let Bar know, she took it so I figured they would bring us a new one. After waiting ten minutes she comes back and says it was taken off of our bill. That's fine but what did we sit and wait the ten minutes before getting our check??? Honestly, they deserve 3 stars ONLY because the cook failed to execute half of the food properly. Had he done so, it would have been worthy of five stars for sure!! We ordered Brisket Benedict, Smothered Burrito and Chicken Fried Steak. The good: They have LOT of unique breakfast items. The Smothered Burrito was VERY good - HIGHLY recommend. The red and green salsa was actually surprising tasty! We mixed them. The hash browns were crazy good but DO NOT ask for crispy!! BURNT! The brisket was super brisket smoky and and had good flavor, but dry! The jalapeno gravy was unique and tasty, but we needed more. The dad was very happy with his chicken fried steak. The bad: I asked for crispy hash browns and they were BURNT!! I asked for eggs medium with NO runny whites and it was RAW!! Although tasty and smoky, the brisket was dry. My biscuit made noise when I cut it - it was HARD on the bottom!! Our server was low energy and "out of it" as if her boyfriend dumped her. Our server did not tell us about the specials. We later overheard another. I actually look forward to going back, but they better cook my food properly or I will not return again!! Hash browns were so creamy on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside. The mimosa flight was a really good deal $13 for 4 small mimosas! We love the place. The biggest draw initially was that they have a waitlist which is necessary because they are always busy. For good reason! The food is so good. The portions are huge. And the staff, despite that it's always busy are always friend and jump in to help each other out. So long as you utilize the waitlist, the wait isn't daunting. Definitely recommend! read more

We have always been very happy with the service and our food. Today was a different story. I was there at 2:15 and they close at 3:00pm. I debated whether to go so close to closing. The waitress brought me my drink and the food arrived shortly afterwards. The meal was not made the way I asked. The waitress never came back to check on me to see if I needed anything or if my food was good. She came to drop the check off and I never saw her again. I understand that they closed at 3:00 but that doesn't excuse the terrible service and poor food quality. Very disappointed today. read more
