We had breakfast and it was delicious. We especially loved the pork green Chile sauce and the hash browns. One of us had the huevos rancheros (perfect) and the other had a veggie omelet (yummy). The Place (ha ha) had clean bathrooms, and everywhere our eyes wandered was clean with positive, encouraging signs all over. The prices are like most restaurants nowadays, a bit high. $50 bucks for breakfast with no alcohol and only one beverage is hard to swallow (pun intended). read more

I took mom for Mother's Day breakfast and once again outstanding meal! Mom went with avocado toast with poached eggs and was very happy and I did bacon and eggs and of course hash browns. Perfect! Once I saw that, I had to have the smothered green chili breakfast burrito It was pretty good.... the burrito was big and full of ingredients. The green chili was good but I could have used a bit more seasonings and some kick to it, but still tasty nonetheless. I ordered bacon on mine which was pretty nonexistent and disappointing hence the loss of one star. The biscuit on the biscuits and gravy was huge. The gravy was thick and tasty and cooked perfectly. Finally had the opportunity to have breakfast at the Place. Have been to their other location Mike & Rhonda's Place in Flagstaff. Spotted one of their specials on the way in and it was a no brainier. Had the Pork Belly Burnt End Skillet served with potatoes, peppers, eggs and some other goodies. Served with a hugh homemade biscuit with jalapeno gravy. Coffee cup was never empty. Hanna was our server and was exceptional. Will definitely be back. Put this one on your list if in the area! read more

I would have given it 3-stars except I think her name was "Michelle" stepped in to take our orders, when our waitress wasn't around. She was very friendly and she gave good service. Our waitress was fine but not super friendly and wasn't present much, till they brought our food and boxes and ticket. Lots of good places to try in Glendale- food was decent. I have been going to this place for quite a while but within the last year, I have backed off because the service is not that great I went in for breakfast on Friday morning. I had a loaded burrito and it was horrible. It was very hard to cut. It was like the tortilla was microwaved hardly any loaded sauce on it. I would've said something to my bartender, but she was too busy socializing with the two girls at the bar and some guy so I could never get her attention. She never asked me how anything was never asked me if I wanted another drink and then when I got the bill to my surprise, the loaded burrito is now $19. That's extremely expensive for a breakfast burrito I'm extremely disappointed in this place because their prices used to be reasonable and their service used to be good but not anymore so I will not be coming back. read more

I got there pretty early so it wasn't crowded at all. Everyone from the greeter to the bartender are very friendly. Got a Eggs Benedict with hash brown and it was satisfying and the portion to me is just right. Pricing is reasonable in today's economy. The restaurant is clean, feels cozy and welcoming. Staff was friendly and service was served with a smile by everyone who came to our table. Food was served promptly, correctly, and it was all the perfect temperature. Pancakes were served with very cold butter (and not enough, but a server brought more), that was the only draw back. Not spreadable. We were told they don't have soft butter. My 1st visit and I would recommend to everyone. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast skillet. It was cooked perfectly. Whatever the recipe is, it was delicious. I had kind of come to fear ordering chicken fried steak in a restaurant. There are so many times that they have tasted fair at best. I really enjoyed the country gravy. Some restaurants barely give enough with your order. I requested the gravy on the side. I expected a cup and was surprised to see a bowl. All the food was great. My friend ordered the ham and cheese sandwich. She loved it. She said that it is her favorite order for every visit. The service was good as well. read more

Went with a party of 18 last weekend. We were seated timely but it took forever for drinks, our orders to be taken and the food to be served. I had to rem the waitress 3 times we were ready to order! when the food finally came 2 orders were missing due to not being made. One waitress should have working just our table due to the number In our party. But she had multiple tables assigned to her besides ours. Then when does a waitress not have change for a $20 when she brought one patron his change. I am not sure we will be back there untill they can service large parties better. read more
