Best seafood on the South Shore, The Point Restaurant in Marshfield Massachusetts. Our go-to for seafood. Quaint, clean, cozy restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the marina. Great menu. Excellent service. Tricia our waitress was awesome. Attentive, friendly, courteous and professional. Food was absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly. Best, fresh, generous portions and, did I mention, absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced. Best lobster rolls for sure. Fresh, sweet, tender and enough. Also ordered the fried clams, onion rings, baked haddock, fish tacos, fisherman's platter, burger and lobster casserole.Highly recommend! Definitely returning very soon.

Great Water Front Friendly Restaurant. The seafood was fresh and so good. Everyone needs to start with the calamari mouth watering good. I had the fried clams, they were so good, my wife had a lobster roll and Just as good. The Bloody Mary's are the best!! House made recipe with shrimp and bacon if you choose too, old bay rim. Spicy enough and delicious, it is a must. The upstairs bar is right but the staff and locals are super friendly.

This is one of our favorite summer spots. You can sit outside on the patio, on the upper deck or inside with AC. It overlooks the Marina. Always get a cold lobster roll & it's a great size. The fries are really good & crispy here. We also got chicken tenders for an app that I don't have a picture of. The Bloody Mary is great & it comes with a shrimp on it! We got seated quickly and service was fast despite us going on a 100 degree day. We will be back!

Stopped by after going to the beach this past summer. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Place was hopping when we stopped by but didn't have to wait long to get a table for four. We started off with drinks and Onion rings for an app. The batter was light and crispy. The seafood dishes were fresh and tasty !!! We will be back next time we are back in the area !!!

The place is a gem! The seafood was great, the drinks were fantastic. Obviously a local favorite w good vibes. I recommend the fried clam basket and fish tacos w pineapple salsa. If you're into John Dalys, Jenna the bartender has a secret recipe I loved!

We sat outside in the shade over looking the harbor and harbor masters building. We started with a bowl of clam chowder made with fresh clams and chock full of potatoes and a broth that was neither too thick not too thin. Delicious flavor! Then ate fresh fried clams and haddock with French fried potatoes and onion rings. Very delicious. Definitely recommend this hard to find gem.!

What a perfect spot for some summer eats. Apre golf. Great views. Clean, Quaint, good menu, seating indoors and outdoors. We chose to sit outdoor on the second floor overlooking the marina. Hostess and wait staff are awesome, friendly, professional and polite. Our waitress Madison is the best. Attentive excellent above and beyond. The food was also excellent. Cooked to perfection and delicious. We ordered the Jenna salad with lobster, Caesar salad with lobster, onion rings and the fish sandwich. Tasty and delish. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back soon.

Jimmy and Joey stink their job and cussed me out. They are extremely rude and unkind. The food was terrible because they spit in it.

There are a few picnic tables, but since there was an event today with live music and a beer tent, it was busier than usual (according to my friend who's been there before). Unfortunately we weren't able to find seating, but it was still fun eating our food standing up and you can also sit on the rocks by the water. You can also grab your food to go. They are old school and cash only, and you order at a window, get your little buzzer, and wait to pick up your food. Do I think $58 for a jumbo lobster roll is expensive (regular is around $40)? Yes. Was it the best lobster roll I've ever had? Also yes. It was just a little buttery, with a generous heap of lobster meat that was fresh and juicy, on a nice buttered roll. We had to eat most of the meat with a fork before biting into the roll. My husband and I shared the jumbo roll as well as a bowl of clam chowder, which was delicious and also came with a pretty generous amount of seafood in it. It was enough to fill us up for an early dinner. The pale ales we got were also great. I think they do have bathrooms that are not portapotties but there was a line so I didn't get to use them. Not sure if I'll be in the area again but I'd stop by for a lobster roll if I am!
