Plenty of options for protein, base, toppings, dressings and garnish. I've genuinely never been this disappointed by a poke place before. I understand there were only two employees working and they may have been stressed or understaffed, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating. The employee making my bowl kept asking what I wanted while simultaneously making another customer's order. When she finally came back to mine, she had already forgotten what I asked for and started putting ingredients in before asking me what I wanted again. I understand being overwhelmed, but at that point, it would have been better to simply slow down and focus on one order at a time. It's okay to have customers wait after you finish your task. For this, it's understandable because I assume it helps with efficiency on their end but it was a little frustrating, especially since her coworker wasn't helping her assemble the bowls. She was nice and apologized about it, but for feedback as a customer, maybe don't do that. But that wasn't what disappointed me. The food handling was what completely ruined the experience for me. Ingredients from my bowl were falling onto the counter, and I watched her pick them up with her own hands and put them right back into my bowl. I'm not sure how sanitized the counters are or her hands, so it felt really uncomfortable watching that. What shocked me even more was watching her reach into an already assembled customer's bowl with her bare hands, grab pieces of sashimi, imitation crab, and other toppings, and transfer them directly into another customer's bowl. She wasn't taking fresh ingredients from the containers--she was literally taking food that had already been sitting in one customer's bowl and putting it into someone else's. Watching that happen right in front of me was honestly disgusting, especially with raw fish involved. On top of all of that, my bowl was almost $20, and the quality and amount of food I received did not come close to justifying that price. For nearly $20, I expected significantly better quality, portions, cleanliness, and service. I'm usually pretty understanding when restaurants are busy or understaffed, but this went beyond slow or disorganized service. Between the food handling, the quality, the portion, and the overall experience, this was easily the worst experience I've had at a poke restaurant. I got the medium size I will say I should have maybe asked for less rice because it was a lot! I couldn't finish it. I also liked that the avocado was not extra. If you are in the area this is a must spot to try out! I was very sad to see another poke place close nearby so this location opening was a breath of fresh air! When I visited, there was no one ordering ahead of me so I went right up to the front of the ordering counter. The employee was very warm and welcoming. For my base I went with half brown rice and half salad but next time I will go with all brown rice because it was absolutely delicious! Best brown rice I ever had. It might have been the sauce too but I didn't notice the rice was made pretty fresh. We get 5 proteins for the extra large bowl (I was sharing a bowl with my husband) so we ordered 3 ahi tuna and 2 salmon. I liked them both! Possibly next time I might do 3 salmon but we shall see. The toppings were also super fresh and tasty. I think avocado was included at no charge but even if it wasn't I was still happy I added it to our bowl. Stopped by this poke place on my way home from work, ordered on a food app so the food was ready by the time I arrived. Overall I thought the poke bowl was decent but I did feel like the portion size overall was small when compared to the price point. I think what stood out was just how shallow the bowl was compared to other poke places. If I compare it to Tommy's sushi just down the street I get a much larger portion size with lots more seafood with their poke bowl. Absolutely loved this place! We were served by Allen, who was fantastic--friendly and attentive. The portion sizes were generous, everything was super fresh, and service was impressively fast. We ordered two bowls (each with two proteins and a cucumber salad base) via Uber Eats and were a bit disappointed when our order arrived. Not sure if it was an off night, but the portions felt skimpy -- our bowls were packed to the rim with lettuce and cucumbers, while the salmon was only about five pieces and the tuna was a very small scoop. The remaining space was filled with the toppings we selected. Because the bowls were so stuffed with salad, it was actually hard to mix everything together and we had to remove some into an extra bowl. I got recommended the Spicy Mayo and Orange Garlic sauce by an employee. Usually at other poke places, the Spicy Mayo barely has any spice, but this Spicy Mayo actually has a kick, and it's so good! My sister got Spicy Tuna in her poke bowl and just like the Spicy Mayo, usually no spice, but here, it actually does have spice! The employees were so kind! I've never been at this specific poke restaurant so I took a while looking at the menu, the proteins and toppings, and I had a couple questions. They were super patient as well. The restaurant is really bright, clean, and it has a ton of seating. There's seating inside the restaurant, and there's seating right outside. There were no people eating inside or outside the restaurant so l believe people mostly grab-and-go rather than sit. I would come here again! I absolutely LOVE this place. One of the things that makes it stand out is the variety. They offer a wide selection of fresh ingredients that you can customize! I cant eat fish, so I really appreciate that they offer non-seafood protein options like Sukiyaki Beef and Teriyaki Chicken. That's something you don't find at most poke spots, and it makes such a difference for someone like me. Most of the time I'd get tofu as a protein choice and my bowl is always absolutely delicious.
