We've been coming here for a while and love love love it! Their Asiago bagels and their jalapeño cheddar bagels are my favorite. This time I ordered a cheddar jalapeño bagel with chive cream cheese, lox (salmon), & veggies like Tomato & onion & cucumber. Absolutely scrumptious, gets me in a great mood everytime. The service is fast, very straight forward, & the staff is always kind and professional. We notice it gets packed fast randomly and since it's a cozy spot, the line will go out the door. But have no fear, be patient the wait is worth it! Parking can be tricky but again, well worth the time. I am thinking about my next bagel order and can't wait to try new combos. I've had their breakfast egg veggie bagel, & also just a cream cheese bagel too. Everything I have tried is really yummy, and you can also order bagels in bulk & your own tub of cream cheese too which is what we like to do for camping trips or when we're having guests over for a fun brunch vibe. Gotta try more at Posh Bagel to give it a fair opinion. Decided to order UberEats on a rainy Sunday (and because I was hungover) since I was craving something carb heavy. Ordering was a breeze, but they must have been really busy as it took over 40 min to get my order. I love bagel breakfast sandwich's and I'll say theirs is pretty good. Ordered two kitchen sinks with a few modifications, one on an asiago bagel and one on the jalapeño cheddar bagel. The bagel themselves are so good. I asked for lightly toasted and that was just the right amount of crunch to chewiness that I like. I thought the ratio of toppings could have been better. The amount of egg was so little it ended up just being a meat and veggie bagel sandwich. The garlic cream cheese was VERY garlicky which I don't mind, but was a little salty. Driving through the area and stumbled upon The Posh Bagel. We ordered the Slice Lox Eggwich sandwich on the everything bagel, the veggie eggwich sandwich and a hot chocolate. Every time I come here, I get the avocado and cheese sandwich on a Posh Popper (a jalapeño cheddar bagel). Walked in and was immediately greeted at the register to take our order. Asian gentleman was a bit on the rougher edge. Not unkind, but also not warm. I felt rushed to give him my order. We ordered three eggwhiches, a twisted donut, and a hotdog...thing ha forgot what it's calledan iced coffee and a jasmine milk tea. The milk tea was subpar. Very unprofessional with extremely poor customer service. I ordered a bagel with no tomatoes, but they forgot to remove them. When I pointed it out, the cashier who I believe is the owner opened the bagel, removed the tomatoes, added extra chicken, and handed it back to me. It's been a while since my hubby and I have been on a date since becoming pregnant. I wanted to go on a breakfast date this beautiful Sunday morning since my pregnancy symptoms got me feeling sick and sluggish and tired. So I found Posh bagel was one of the few places that open pretty early for breakfast. We came at 830 am and it was already pretty busy. Our order all together for two bagels with cream cheese, a plain coffee, and mocha frappe was $16 without tip. I read previous reviews about stinginess on the cream cheese so that was one of my concerns coming in. But I'd say it just enough, I'd expect they should slather it on like NY style it being a bagel place but don't expect that. Coffee mocha frappe was good. Plain coffee good, per my husband, it's self serve. The bagels and cream cheese pretty straightforward. Price is reasonable. Seems to be a common occurrence that they don't actually put lox on the lox bagel sandwich. Ordered one today and got it home to realize there was none on there. For almost a $12 sandwich it was only vegetables and cream cheese. We also ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and they didn't put cheese on it. We tried calling and the lady on the phone didn't seem apologetic and didn't offer any solution. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please bring back old management because why are customers paying almost $10 for a breakfast sandwich and it costs me an additional $2 to add cream cheese to one side of the bagel. If you want both sides of your bagel to have cream cheese (like a normal bagel), you have to pay an extra $4. Okay I'll do it but then I receive the bagel and there is a microscopic amount. When asking the worker about this, she is rude and defensive saying it is a "rule" however this has never been the case in the past 6 years I've been going here. You can see on the receipt it is categorized as "custom" which is just an excuse to up charge. I'm severely disappointed with this management and I've heard the same from many others in Castro Valley.
