We've been coming here for a while and love love love it! Their Asiago bagels and their jalapeño cheddar bagels are my favorite. This time I ordered a cheddar jalapeño bagel with chive cream cheese, lox (salmon), & veggies like Tomato & onion & cucumber. Absolutely scrumptious, gets me in a great mood everytime. The service is fast, very straight forward, & the staff is always kind and professional. We notice it gets packed fast randomly and since it's a cozy spot, the line will go out the door. But have no fear, be patient the wait is worth it! Parking can be tricky but again, well worth the time. I am thinking about my next bagel order and can't wait to try new combos. I've had their breakfast egg veggie bagel, & also just a cream cheese bagel too. Everything I have tried is really yummy, and you can also order bagels in bulk & your own tub of cream cheese too which is what we like to do for camping trips or when we're having guests over for a fun brunch vibe. Gluten challenge destination #5. I paid $16 for a bagel with cream cheese and a bagel "eggwich veggie" sandwich. This price is lowkey outrageous. The bagel with cream cheese was good but they were VERY stingy with the cream cheese. It was such a thin layer I could barely taste it. The bagel and the bagel sandwich were both room temperature/cold, not warmed even a little. The sandwich was packed full of red onion and red bell pepper with several tomato slices. The cheese was sparse. The sandwich was very flavorful. The jalapeño cheddar bagel is good because there is jalapeño all throughout, not just on top. That's good because the bagel they gave me 2 of the 3 jalapeños on top were missing; I could see where they had been but they weren't on my bagel. I'd go back but I wouldn't frequent. It's not bad, and I think if I had paid $2 instead of $6 for my bagel with cream cheese and $5 instead of $10 for the sandwich I would be much more enthusiastic. It's just with those prices, I expect it to be fantastic. One other note is they were out of sprouts and to indicate this they put a sticky note on the computer that just said "no sprouts". They were not informing anybody of the lack of sprouts when the orders were placed, but rather shouted across the shop at a woman who ordered a sandwich to tell her by the way, there are no sprouts. ****TERRIBLE MISTAKE**** Went here since I trusted this franchise name since I go to the one in Pleasant Hill by my house. Wow what a disappointment. First of the bagel much smaller than I'm used to at my Posh bagel, & the icing on the cake, the cream cheese or should I say the lack of! You would think these counter girls were paying for the cream cheese themselves. Did the mgrs say, "bonus if you spread the cream cheese extra thin"? I bought one for me and one for my wife. She doesn't care for too much cream cheese and she even said "where's the cream cheese?" Came here on Sunday 7/5/26. Not only was the wait over 30 minutes but the egg on my bagel was frozen cold. I got pieces of bacon bits instead of the bacon strips I paid for. Ordering was a breeze, but they must have been really busy as it took over 40 min to get my order. I love bagel breakfast sandwich's and I'll say theirs is pretty good. Ordered two kitchen sinks with a few modifications, one on an asiago bagel and one on the jalapeño cheddar bagel. The bagel themselves are so good. I asked for lightly toasted and that was just the right amount of crunch to chewiness that I like. I thought the ratio of toppings could have been better. The amount of egg was so little it ended up just being a meat and veggie bagel sandwich. The garlic cream cheese was VERY garlicky which I don't mind, but was a little salty. Driving through the area and stumbled upon The Posh Bagel. We ordered the Slice Lox Eggwich sandwich on the everything bagel, the veggie eggwich sandwich and a hot chocolate. The Lox bagel was fresh and we appreciated that they put a lot of cream cheese inside the bagel and the bagel was soft. I've been going here for years. They have good Bagels. And my nephew loves the nutty strawberry crepes. However Since the new owner took over the prices have gone up substantially while the quality has gone down, as far as the ingredients inside the bagel, they used to put more cream cheese I asked for tomatoes they gave me Two skimpy slices and charged me for toasting. Came out to almost $19 for one bagel and one crepe. That's a lot of money since we also drive from San Leandro. I went into Posh Bagel in Castro Valley Ca to get my favorite Lox, cream cheese bagel with butter added. The Lady Manager stated it's hard to add the butter & cream cheese. Even though I've had it many times there. I asked if I could have half of the bagel fully loaded, leave the other side plan and I'd a side of the cream cheese and butter as I'll added myself. The Lady Manager should have taken ownership for her carelessness and lack of customer service. It's been a while since my hubby and I have been on a date since becoming pregnant. I wanted to go on a breakfast date this beautiful Sunday morning since my pregnancy symptoms got me feeling sick and sluggish and tired. So I found Posh bagel was one of the few places that open pretty early for breakfast. We came at 830 am and it was already pretty busy. Our order all together for two bagels with cream cheese, a plain coffee, and mocha frappe was $16 without tip. I read previous reviews about stinginess on the cream cheese so that was one of my concerns coming in. But I'd say it just enough, I'd expect they should slather it on like NY style it being a bagel place but don't expect that. Coffee mocha frappe was good. Very unprofessional with extremely poor customer service. I ordered a bagel with no tomatoes, but they forgot to remove them. When I pointed it out, the cashier who I believe is the owner opened the bagel, removed the tomatoes, added extra chicken, and handed it back to me. When I opened it again, it still had tomatoes in it. I returned it to them, and no one even bothered to apologize. Despite the mistake, they still charged me for the order even though I didn't eat it at all.
