    Half club sandwich
    Ivonne G.

Sándwich toooo small for the price. Seems to have quality ingredients but lacking flavor. I order the club, only one slice of turkey in there, simply not enough meat in there. Not enough options of breads, only bagels, white or wheat slice bread. Not sure if I would comeback.

We came during the morning rush Friday morning. Ordered pepperoni pizza bagel. As pictured, it was burnt all around the sides. Not the best but with charring flavor but loves the cheese and pepperoni? Also ordered the breakfast bagel which good.

Avocado & Cheddar Sandwich on a Posh Popper

Every time I come here, I get the avocado and cheese sandwich on a Posh Popper (a jalapeño cheddar bagel). It's got literally everything - mayo, mustard, sprouts, cucumber, pickles, avocado, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and pepperoncini! It is quite honestly one of my favorite foods! They always make the sandwich quickly, and it's just so good every time.

    Cheese and pesto

The best bagel so far. Cheese and pesto with chive cream cheese. OMG so good double toasted. Always quick and faster. I never stay to eat, but it's really nice and clean inside with a little cozy look. I have to remind myself if I do bagels, it has to be once a week or once every other week. If I didn't have a guilty conscience, I could eat one every day. So good

3.5/5. This spot offers a wide variety of options, from bagels and sandwiches to omelettes and crepes. Additionally, there were numerous drink options, including coffee, smoothies, and bubble tea. While the service was decent, the wait time wasn't as quick as I anticipated. Plenty of seating! Tables and chairs. I had the jalapeno cheddar bagel with egg, cheddar, and bacon, which was definitely a classic combo. My only wish was that they offered some kind of sauce (maybe an aioli) to dip it in for extra flavor. Strawberry and banana crepe with Nutella. The fruits were fresh and the crepe was made to order. The whipped cream had already melted by the time it arrived.

Love the atmosphere here. They play a variety of music here depending on who's the dj. The food is just delicious. Great breakfast place to chill and enjoy the start of your day. I want to thank Daisy and Sok for their amazing customer service. They are the best.

To the women who made my chorizo egg & cheese + avocado, I hope your partner treats you well & if they don't I WILL. I've been here hella times & have never wrote a review but this got it for me. $10.95 for this sandwich & absolutely worth every penny. Clean environment, friendly service, great sandwich 10/10 thank youuuu boookies!

Posh bagel does a great job and I would give five stars except for one thing. The jalapeño cheese bagels (they call it the posh popper) always end up missing a jalapeño or three - they look beautiful in the vase but as soon as they cut/toast it all of the jalapeños end up missing.

    Bagel with Plain Cream Cheese

This bagel place sucks. I have never had such a salty, worst tasting bagel with such a skimpy amount of cream cheese in my life. I have always been a Big apple bagel girl and since they're shut down, I decided to try out posh bagel again (I have had chewy bagels in the past which was also disappointing but thought I would give it another chance). My bagel was so salty for a plain bagels and the amount of cream cheese was offensive. I am utterly disappointed that Castro Valley's standards for bagel is this place.

My bf always said this place is sooo delicious that I must try it! I am not really a bagel type of girl tbh, I told him that too. But of course my bf insisted so I finally gave in and man!!! I was in love! We shared a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese in the middle! Man sooo simple yet sooo delicious!! I love the freshness of the bagel. Keep in mind this place is a brunch spot so they are only open during the morning and close like around 2-3PM.

Thought I would stop and get a breakfast bagel sandwich before work and this is literally the driest bagel I ever had.

    Eggwich Special added Sausage

I got the Eggwich Special + add sausage patty. It was about $15 and service was rather quick. The inside of the shop was cute and stocked with drinks and other quick grab snacks. I have to say I loved this bagel. It was soooo good!! I loved the garlic cream cheese. The veggies were cooked well and the bagel was soft. However, I was unable to give them 5 stars as the price of the bagel turned me off. I do feel as though it was very expensive and wish it was more affordable. If it was, I definitely would be back more often!

Besides me having to wipe down my own table and not greeted properly but with a bothered face of not wanting to be at work..the food looked and taste decent. First and last time ever coming here

Onion bagel with very little cream cheese. Ordered chive cream cheese and got green onion

I love all places that have a theme that sets them apart from other establishments. Especially ones that have names for their menu items that are jovial. There's ample seating and the place is fun inside, with comic books on the walls, toys displayed and bright colors everywhere it really gives a burst of dopamine when you come in. We were greeted initially by the gentleman at the counter. He was super friendly and asked if we had any questions. Idk bout yall but when we go somewhere and the person refers to you as "boss" you can kinda feel the vibe that you're gonna get good service. And it was exactly spot on. The dude helped us with questions we had and after ordering let us know he'd bring our food to us. We waited a couple mins and our food came out! Initially my first thought was "damn, they're not stingy with their portions here!" We opted for the Goku fries and a regular Deadpool sandwich. It being our first time we wanted to try different flavors. BRUH, that food smacked SO HARD! We slammed everything and kept saying, wow this is good. The ingredients were fresh, the green sauce (whatever it is) was delicious on our sandwich! We will for sure be back & tell all of our friends about this place!

We tried the Ed Edd and Eddy and the Mr. Burns. Both were really good on Dutch crunch. We also customized our sandwiches by adding pickles, banana peppers and onions. I believe the sandwich comes with the standard lettuce and tomato. Easy place to grab a solid sandwich in my opinion. Can't go wrong with any of them. We'll be back to try their fries and other sandwiches.

I most recently tried their peppermint mocha and lavender latte, both of which I got iced. They were delicious!! I'm a really big fan of minty chocolatey drinks and I thought the peppermint mocha was done really well for an iced version. The lavender latte was actually a pleasant surprise for me! I wasn't expecting to like it so much and the lavender and coffee were really balanced. The chicken gyro was good as well! It came with a sauce and was packed with veggies, which I appreciate. I do wish they had cucumbers in their gyros too though. Overall great experience :)

It's a bit tight inside, but there is seating of various configurations. It's pretty easy to find what you need, like utensils, napkins, & water. There is free Wi-Fi & power strips, which are appreciated. The service is friendly and quick. My orders typically complete within 5-10 minutes. The drinks are pretty good. If you've never had any sort of pink chai, then I'd suggest the Pink Chai Latte. I had mine hot, and it was nicely foamed & sweetened. I also enjoyed the Peppermint Mocha, though the flavors were a bit subtler than I'd prefer. The food is fine. There aren't too many Mediterranean options in town (that I know), but you can probably find better if you go farther out. I liked the pita & yogurt in the Gyros (Beef & Lamb) Wrap, but the actual meat & veggies were just adequate. The Saffron Chicken Platter was a lot saucier & more tangy than I was prepared for.. an interesting dish but not one I'd get again.

Just an excellent place to be!…read more A friend had heard rave reviews about their authentic Argentinian empanadas and we were so happy to come and try it out on a Saturday afternoon. Parking was busy (the lot is shared with Trader Joe's) but we managed to find a spot and head into the busy but not packed cafe. There is a large assortment of empanadas, from meat options like chorizo and chicken, to vegetarian like corn and onion, to sweet options too like apples. The menu also boasts lots of great drinks including mate tea! Lucky us, the empanadas we ordered weren't in stock so we had to wait ~10 for freshly baked ones. They came out buttery and piping hot, even with little hand-stamped letters on them so you know what you're eating, and it was so delicious. Most are about $5.50 each. Add oregano chimichurri for a bit extra if you want or pair with a tea, but these empanadas really hit the snacky spot. Lots of wooden tables with fresh flowers make Pampas a great space to chat with friends or to sit and do some work. The most standout feature was the friendly and efficient staff who seem to build connections with everybody who walks in the door. Worth a drive to Castro Valley! Especially if you bring cash for a 10% discount off a dozen :)
