Ordered from door dash. The bagel was delivered directly to me from the shop but unfortunately it was cold by the time I got it. Little over toasted and a bit smaller than I expected, price $4.99. They were generous with the cream cheese which is appreciated. The fresh squeezed orange juice was decent, little pricey but that may have included the up charge online. The to go cup was about 3/4 full, not sure of sizing as there was only one option, cost $6.49. The outer packaging/paper bag was sealed with staples to prevent tampering which is great. Not sure if the bagel and orange juice being up against each other in the bag caused bagel to get cold. read more

The Posh Bagel has really good fresh bagels, a very large selection , and great customer service as well! I came here on consecutive days this weekend because I was in the area, and I really enjoy their breakfast bagel sandwich. Since it was Sunday morning and I didn't feel like cooking, I decided to get my wife a bagel sandwich as well and we ordered a side of bacon. Because of covid-19 it was set up so you cannot sit inside, but they have an outdoor dining area. The customer service here is really good, they are very polite, efficient, and will ring you up very quickly so you can enjoy your food while it's hot. The bagels are great! I use to go to the one in Modesto and the bagels were always consistently good. I've had a few bagel spots and posh bagels portion(s) are always better, not to mention the bagel itself if very delicious. If you request a toasted Garlic or onion bagel here it will always be some what burnt this is not the employees fault they only have one toaster that's set to work well for most bagels except the onion and garlic ones and turning it down &letting it cool Is not practical as it takes time too many customers the owner should install a second toaster that's set lower to not burn the onion and garlic bagels or stop selling those to avoid customer complaints and having hardworking staff be subject to ridicule read more

Also if you order one bagel with spread as an order, by default they toast it--which I don't actually mind but they over toasted it. I've gotten takeout from Posh Bagel a few times, and it's pretty ok. The bagel is a little shy of a great New York bagel, but it's closer than most bagels I've had on the west coast. The schmears are not as flavorful as I would like. The lox spread, for example, was pretty bare on the lox, which defeats the point of getting the lox spread. But Posh is a convenient, reliable option, which keeps me coming back. read more

While I do enjoy a good bagel on occasion. For the most part i'm indifferent to how much joy I get or excitement I receive from eating a bagel. Having a good bagel experience is like saying I had a really good glass of water drinking experience. You aren't gonna hear me say that often or ever for that matter. To me a bagel is a good quick option for a on-the-go breakfast which 90% of the time is what i need on my job. But at the same time I think the Jews were on to something when they put cream cheese and lox on a bagel. Posh bagel makes fresh, soft, tasty bagels. I was hard pressed to satisfy my bagel craving this past weekend early AM. My regular 'Go-To' spot in Montclair was closed, and other options were just too far to consider. So...I yelped PB and made the drive over to try them out. I am so glad that I did! I come to this place all the time. It's one of the only places I can find of vegan cream cheese and they also have pickles. I know I'm weird. Unfortunately they have just raises their prices by $1.50. When I asked about it, and they were yelling at me. All I wanted was explanation of what the price difference accounted for. It's really unfortunate because I do enjoy their bagels but five dollars for a bagel and cream cheese is way too much even during these times. I resisted and ordered the egg omelette on a toasted whole wheat bagel without sesame seeds. And man oh man was it tasty. I don't know what cheese was melted on top of it but I'm sure it had to be none other than sharp cheddar. The omelette basically consisted of tomato & red onion: in my opinion, a perfect combo with the juiciness of the tomato & the bitter kick of the red onion. It was a bit pricey at $6/bagel but it was definitely shareable. They also had a nice selection of drinks. I opted for the smart water but they carried freshly squeezed OJ. On the side: no card under $5 so make sure you bring cash for those small purchases. Otherwise, you can get cash back at the grocery across the street.
