    Eggwich on sourdough Bagel

This is the third location of posh that I've been to and it never disappoints! I tried the sourdough bagel this time and it was good! Service was quick despite being busy for brunch. The selection was great too. Seating was available and it was not loud at all even being full of customers. Great spot!

Posh Bagel is such a cozy and cute spot to enjoy a fresh bagel and a tasty matcha! My go-to order is a classic sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, paired with an iced matcha latte made with oat milk and fresh strawberry purée. It's seriously delicious that I always finish it way too fast! The shop is a bit narrow inside, but still warm and inviting. Service is quick and the staff is always ready to take your order! It's never been too busy when I've gone, probably because most people grab their bagels to-go especially with Golden Gate Park just around the corner. A perfect little stop before a stroll!

With so many newer and fancier bagel places popping up all over the City, I consider Posh Bagel to be an OG at this point. This one on Irving is great, lots of bagel choices and they taste good. Previously when Midnite Bagel moved into what's now the Banh Mi Crunch spot down the block, I thought a bagel fight was gonna happen. But only after a short round, guess who got KO'd! (Just kidding. Good food, good vibes, no violence please.) Staff at Posh is efficient. Also, they were very nice to me and my little fur ball when we drop by to grab some bagel sandwiches, so I appreciate the kindness. Located on Irving Street between 8th and 9th Ave, next door to Starbucks.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so critical. The egg bagel with everything I ordered was amazing. One of the best I've had. The service was fast and the bagels on their own were also warm and delicious. The price is right and although the interior design is a little outdated, it's still cozy and in a fantastic location next to muni and the park. Hard to beat breakfast for 2 at less than 10$ if you're careful.

Great options for bagels, sandwiches , drinks and snacks. They also sell some of their cream cheeses. I like to order bagel sandwiches. I like their bagel's because they aren't too dense. I've tried their hot turkey avocado sandwich which was great and their veggie sandwich, always on a bagel, I loved both of them.

Went to the Posh Bagel on a late Thursday morning and it was not busy at all. The gentleman working there helped me order and then made my sandwiches and coffee promptly. I ordered a Asiago bagel with cream cheese, a lox bagel sandwich, and a Vietnamese iced coffee, which all came out to about $27. They have a large variety of bagel options and sandwich toppings to choose from! My lox bagel sandwich was very good with all the veggies on top as well. The Vietnamese iced coffee was okay.. better than a regular iced coffee, but definitely not as strong as I expected it to be. There is actually a good amount of seating here inside (about half seen in my pic).

Whenever I need a quick sandwich I always end up coming to this neighborhood Posh Bagel. I do like the fact that you can customize your bagle how you want, as sometimes I'll add cream cheese to the garden Veggie bagle. The bagel selection is amazing, but definitely come earlier if you want some of their popular ones! But don't worry, they still have plenty later in the day. It's a very chill spot with no grills, I think most take to go here and enjoy a bagel sandwich in the park. I unfortunately wasn't a fan of their coffee here, but definitely recommend the bagels! The service is kind and fast! Recommend for a quick bagel stop.

I got a turkey bacon bagel sandwich and it was HUGE! Very delicious! They made my sandwich super fast and made it correctly. I would recommend if you're in the area

Ehhhh. I can't say that I fully the bagel sandwiches here. I'm definitely willing to try this place again but I hope I don't get a nearly stale bagel like I did when I first went in. The sandwich was very egg-forward, so by the end of the sandwich I was pretty sick of the egg. Service was quick, so I give them that. I'll have to give them another try!

    Bag fee

I've always come to this place when I go to Starbucks next door. I want to support local small businesses instead of adding the bagel to my Starbucks order. The issue I have is the service. I've ignored it for long enough and today I asked to see the receipt which they never provide. I order the same thing each time and sometimes the price is different. Today's reason for being different is that they charged a bag fee. No big deal I sometimes pay for a bag at trader Joe. I asked them for a receipt and they printed me another credit card receipt instead. They know why I was asking but was acting dumb. When I asked a second time, then she printed the detailed receipt and walked away. I stopped her and asked why wasn't I given a choice in the bag decision. The elder woman said they always charge for a bag. I said I understand you always charge for a bag. But you should always let me decide if I wanted a bag or not. It was more of our interaction that is the cause of this frustration. She could have raised the bagel $.10 and no one will care. But if you add an item to each transaction and not give people the choice and be shady about it, that's when I have an issue.

At 11 am on a Sunday they were out of their best- black sesame Kouign Amann and the Raspberry Almond Croissant, which I took care of by paying a visit to Juniper bakery (sister business) later in the day. The Mocha with the house made nut milk fell flat. It needed something. I am not a fan of syrupy coffees and appreciate the more purist approach but this one just didn't do anything for me. The chai latte which I would never order was actually the best chai latte I have ever had, it was smooth like silk. Maybe I just had the wrong coffee order. Besides that, got the hot chocolate and the coffee tasting. I was surprised there was no explanation provided with the coffee- I figured it's all Honduran but an overview of some sort would have helped. I enjoyed all the coffees in there except the latte. Will visit again, earlier in the day so they are not out of their best sellers and try a different order.

Kiss of Matcha is a dessert café centered around matcha-based drinks and Japanese-inspired sweets…read more We walked into a cozy, compact space with a focus on matcha flavors, offering everything from soft serve and parfaits to lattes, hojicha drinks, and small desserts. The concept works well for anyone looking for a place that treats matcha as the main ingredient rather than just adding it as a trendy flavor, and the energy of the shop stays calm and inviting, making it a good spot for a focused dessert stop. The biggest highlight is the matcha soft serve, which has a stronger tea flavor compared to many sweeter matcha desserts. We ordered a cup and found the flavor leaning slightly earthy and bitter, giving it a more authentic matcha profile while still staying creamy and approachable. The Kiss of Matcha Parfait is another standout, combining different textures with matcha, toppings, and dessert elements that make it feel more complete than a simple scoop. The layers of the parfait were well composed, with the matcha soft serve, mochi, and crunchy elements coming together in a way that kept each bite interesting. The hojicha options are also worth trying if you prefer a roasted tea flavor that is smoother and less intense, and the hojicha soft serve offered a warm, toasted note that contrasted nicely with the brighter matcha. The menu has a nice mix of drinks and desserts, with items like croffles, mochi, and dango adding more variety beyond the usual matcha latte. The croffle is a good pairing with the drinks since the crisp texture works well with the richer flavors, and we found it held up well against the cream and toppings. There are also non-matcha options like vanilla soft serve, which makes it easier to visit with a group where everyone has different preferences, and the variety across the menu gives you room to explore beyond the matcha offerings. The space is smaller, so it feels more like a quick dessert stop rather than a place to spend hours. Seating is limited, but the cozy decoration and outdoor seating options make it a comfortable spot to enjoy your order when space is available. The indoor area is thoughtfully arranged, and the outdoor seating adds a nice option for warmer days. Service can vary depending on how busy it gets, but the overall experience is centered more around the quality of the desserts, and the staff are friendly and efficient when handling the flow of orders. Kiss of Matcha is a strong choice for matcha lovers looking for desserts with a deeper tea flavor. The combination of quality matcha, creative dessert options, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a spot worth returning to, especially if you enjoy trying different matcha creations. The balance of authentic flavors, thoughtful presentation, and a relaxed environment makes it a destination for a more intentional matcha experience.

They also carry a good amount of pastries (even mid-day, they have a lot of goodies), which I really appreciated. When you order your drink, you have to enter inside the bookstore to wait for your drink to be called, but you can take the time to stroll around and look at their book selection and trinkets. Heads up: the seating here is limited but very lovely. Inside, there are a couple of community tables, but their outdoor area is absolutely magical, with lush greenery and benches for you to enjoy your drinks. This time around, I got one of their seasonal drinks, a honey lavender vanilla latte, and I paired it with an Earl Grey olive oil loaf. Brief Summary: - New favorite place to eat mille crepe cake…read more- Not so sweet, easy to eat - Beautiful and peaceful interior - Near the MUNI N line I was looking for a new cake place to try, so when I searched for one in San Francisco, this one appeared in the first page. It was near the districts I like to go, and because I haven't been there in a while, I thought it was a good opportunity to visit here. This cake shop is very close to one of the MUNI line stops if you take the N line. The store had a sign propped up with the list of the mille crepe cakes and some of the chiffon. The basque cheesecake selection were not one there, so I assume that these are new items. The interior of this shop is so cute. It's as if I walked in a quaint early spring environment. The initial plan was to buy the cakes to take home, but I was now interested to stay to have a drink before buying the cake. There were seats in the further end of the building, so we sat there, relaxed while drinking coffee. I ordered 3 different cakes of different flavors - earl grey mille crepe cake - pandan chiffon cake - tiramisu basque cheese cake If someone asked me which one I liked the most, I would take time deciding because I loved all of them. All of them were not so sweet and also easier to eat; even the basque cheesecake. I showed the basque cheesecake photo to my colleague, and they were surprised: 'it's almost like having 2 cakes in 1!' was the memorable response to it. I also loved the mille crepe cake. This one left a fun and colorful impression of crepe cakes. I got the earl grey and I loved how it was almost like drinking an earl grey tea at the same time. I tasted the bergamot oil from the tea. I also liked how the crepe cake was overall moist and juicy (I wonder if it's because I chose a tea themed crepe cake?) I love the chiffon cake, and this also topped with the bias of me loving pandan. I was also surprised that the cream area was not just cream but packed with coconut meat. It gave a nice chewy flavor in between the cushion soft cake layer. The cake top decoration is so subtle yet gorgeous, it's a great cake to serve on celebrations too.

The nuts were not fresh and crunchy. I liked the tiramisu much better but it's not in anyway better than a real tiramisu cake. It was interesting to eating thin layers of pancakes nicely frosted with cream. It is obviously a labor of love to make. There's a lot of different flavors but I'm on the fence about trying another one.
