My drink was nice and refreshing on a warm afternoon. Everyone else enjoyed their meals (spicy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and short rib cheese melt sandwich). Haven't been in this place since it was Cheeseburger in Paradise, which had great food, thought we'd give it a try. Not much of a selection of food besides sandwiches & fried food. Thought I'd try the zippy chicken, I'm not into spicy food so they did customize it for me. Food took forever to come out & the chicken sandwich was super thin, I pulled out a big chunk of fat & the chicken was so hard it was tough to bite into. My husband liked his burger but it was so small. For the price we paid , we were hungry only a few hours later & the chicken was very poor quality, I'd equate it to McDonald's chicken. Perfectly cooked Pour House Deluxe burger! Excellent burger to bun ratio. Ordered this medium rare and it was so tasty. Upgraded to fries with cheese sauce for dipping. Only had water to drink but have sampled plenty of beers over the years. Friendly staff, waitress easily answered all questions about menu items. Parking lot still has unbearably tight parking spots unfortunately. Still a very reliable dining experience for close to a decade. And still great to watch sports! read more

Out of non-alcohol beers...? We have come here a few times because they have 3 good non-alcoholic beers on the menu -- a couple Athletics and Guinness. That's a nice change of pace from places that either don't have any, or just have something basic like Heineken. So last night we were disappointed when we went in for drinks and dinner but ... they were out of all three of them. Come on. It's not like these are tough to procure. Our first time here! I forget where I read it but it was recommended a couple times as the best place in the area to get a burger. I got the pour house classic and my bf got the BBQ maple burger. He got a gluten free bun, which could be hit or miss but it was a nice size & glad they made the offering!! We really enjoyed our burgers- mine was one of the best and I would definitely order again. Next time I would add LTO to mine. The regular fries that came with it weren't much to write home about.. kind of dry and cold. I would upgrade to something else next time. The husband and I went here for $1 oyster night last night. Along with our oysters we had some $4 Bells Two Hearted, $4 Pretzel Bites, $6 Crab Dip, and their special Siracha Burger. We ordered three of each oyster and they came out fairly quickly considering they l had to be shucked. No one explained which oysters were which so we had no way of knowing which ones we liked best. The pretzel bites were a good snack and the crab dip was super hot and yummy. The server didn't realize that the burger was a smash burger but she came out to let us know this way we weren't expecting a medium rare burger. On a wait bit had open tables. Was finally Sat in a side dining room that was overly hot with zero atmosphere. Local beer selections were lacking. Menu has dried food on it - the server was not excited to be working. Food selections were lackluster and pour like their name. Server has no suggestions, personality was not helpful and could have cared less if I was there. I was hungry but could not wait to leave, could not see a TV to watch a game. Ok, so I am NOT a beer fan. Just not. Let's face it... that first sip of beer that you take as a teenager is YUCKY. Who actually truly enjoys that first ever sip? (Be honest!) Beer is an acquired taste, and I was never one to cave to peer pressure, therefore never needed to drink it to impress and eventually acquire. Hub grumps at me all the time for ordering fish from a steakhouse and mixed drinks from a brewery. Oh well. Fortunately, we had a lovely waitress who thought it was fine and recommended a great mixed drink. Food was good, and had a great time with great service here. My only complaint is the rather short menu with not a ton of choices. read more

This was my first time trying this restaurant/bar. It looks very inviting from the outside, and inside is a nice bar, plenty of seating, and also an outdoor porch with limited seating. Service was a-ok no issue there. The beer selection was a little less than one would imagine but, still enough to please most people. The prices are moderate & affordable. The food, meh, just average. I was a little disappointed because I ordered the Zippy chicken and it was missing the tomato salsa and just didn't have the zip I was looking forward to. I thought the food was a bit too greasy, so set aside the greasy bread and just ate the chicken. The pretzel bites appetizer we're coated with butter or some type of grease too, needed more salt, overall it could have been so much better with just a few changes in the food prep. read more

Great brew pub with a lot of food opinions! The restaurant is very spacious and great looking. The night I came there was a singer and he was a lot of fun. I was with a bug party and the staff took great care of us (offered us separate check, sat us quickly, and very friendly! All that I still haven't gotten to the food or brews! My wife and I had dinner here last night. As usual, the service was great and the standards (i.e. burgers, fries were solid). But as a reminder, when you go to a sports bar/type eatery (much like a Friday's or Chickie & Pete's), stick with the staples and don't veer off. Case in point: the Pad Thai Protein Bowl. This was easily one of the worst tasting dishes we ever encountered in our lives. If I wanted to eat something that oversalted and flavorless then I would have dipped my food in the ocean. Disgusting. And what non-Americanized dish would mix something supposedly so healthy with globs of cheese? Even I couldn't stand more than a few bites of it. We didn't ask for our money back or a comp but when the server relayed our disappointment with the dish all the manager could say (through the server) was that they were sorry. As a former long-time restaurant manager I assure you that upon hearing the customer concern I would have been out to the dissatisfied parties table asap. Nothing like taking your customers business for granted. How about bringing back the salmon. It was quite good. No more garbage imitation Thai Bowl. I wouldn't feed it to my cats. We'll go back to eating most of our meals out at Whole Foods. They're worth the price for healthy food that doesn't turn our stomachs, good burger notwithstanding. read more

Was there earlier tonight. From across the restaurant I saw our waitress, Shea, at the bar waiting for our drinks change the liner of a trash can then deliver drinks to our table without washing her hands. I asked her about it and she admitted it. I asked her to take the drinks back and wash her hands. She never apologized and gave us bad service with an attitude after that. Needless to say, she did not get a 20%+ tip that I normally give. I will be on the lookout for her when I return because I love the Pour House Classic. read more

I recently moved to the area and this quickly became a fave - I've been 3-4 times. Their wings are cooked perfectly, nice & crispy though I wish there were more sauce options. I've had the pretzel bites, deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts, pierogis, Mac and cheese - all have been good. I definitely go for the wings and beer, though - they have rotating options that are great and a huge selection. Service has always been phenomenal as well. read more

First time I was ever in a Pour House. The location was cute it's a little loud but had lots of TVs for great sport coverage. We were meeting friends there and that was like a halfway point for us the food was good the children's portions are in the children's menu had plenty to select however the service was terrible not once while we were there did the waitress come back to ask if any of us needed more water or an update on our drinks or anything else. I could totally understand this if they were understaffed we're extremely busy but neither was the case I need just to say it did not leave me with the taste to go back to anyone of them soon. read more

We love the Pour House, great beer selection and great burgers. They have a raw bar but that's not our thing. Celebrated the Eagles Super Bowl here and made friends out of strangers. Usually do. Went inside for dinner during COVID. Spaced nicely. Waitresses wore masks whole time. We wore our when they came by. Beer selection was shorter which is understandable but still larger than most places. Food was great and no health issues. Ordered takeout another time and food was perfect. When you put Smoked Wings on the menu I'm first in line to try them. I make them myself all the time and my favorite are served at Smokey Bones so I know what I'm talking about. The smoked wings at the Pour House have never seen a minute of real smoke. Maybe slow roasted but nothing involving real smoke. Please stop deceiving your customers. They lacked any real flavor and my daughter said the Spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. Service was good and that was why they got 2 starts and not a half star. read more

Three stars could have been at least four! The food; the beer can chicken salad is delicious but first I ordered take out and received 20... no exaggeration 20 napkins and no utensils! Second.. the price was $12.18 and I paid $12.25 and that caused mass confusion! No joke, three people, the hostess and two servers could not figure out they owed me seven cents! Up comes miss snippy pants; also a server who was just rude!! Second reason for not getting a higher rating! She said something like we'll get you your eighty cents all rude and annoyed like I did something wrong! I told her I was not owed eighty cents but she stormed off like it was my issue. Then the manager brought me my food with a dollar in hand. He was so nice and said something like I know we owe you eighty cents so please take the dollar which I refused. I told him about my frustration more with miss snippy pants than anything else.
