A lot has changed over the years at The Reef, and I'm not sure it's all been for the better. Even the drink menu seems to have drifted into "tiki bar on autopilot" territory- less island escape, more umbrella-in-a-glass routine. The food leans on the greasy side these days, though I still hear the steaks are solid. I'll have to put that to the test next time. That said, it's hard to beat this spot in the spring and summer. The outdoor patio is easily one of the best in town and worth the visit alone. One small (but noticeable) suggestion: the glass art piece hanging near the entrance could use a good dusting. Right now, it sets more of a "shipwreck chic" vibe than tropical oasis.

Love this place! The place gave Hawaii vibes. We were immediately seated. We chose the bar and had a great bartender. They also had an open mic going on so that was great entertainment for the night. I ordered myself a slider and it was delicious. The mocktails were great too. It was a great way to end the night. Would definitely come back when I'm back in town!

Service at the bar at 8pm on a Friday was pretty brutal. Then got handed 3 room temperature beers at the bar. Told the bartender and he just got cold glasses that's all to help. Very below average experience here not a huge fan unfortunately and loved the looks of the place when first walking up there.

Step into this Oceania themed restaurant to enjoy great cocktails and fresh, Asian-fusion food. Reef was absolutely delicious. The Hula Hula Chicken was fresh and flavorful, but the horseradish sauce I got for my fries is one I'll be craving forever. Food came out quickly, though it wasn't busy the evening we went. However, prices were a bit shocking.

Great deck, tiki themed, , more of a college crowd but it's a good balance between fun and good food.

The service was wonderful and the staff was super attentive. The drink menu was so interesting and unique too! They have an old fashioned of the day, which my partner got and really enjoyed. We're from Utah and these drinks aren't Utah pours, I'll tell you that much! They were really delicious. I got the aqueduct which had vodka, passionfruit-peach honey, lime, and curacao. I was worried it was going to be too sweet when I ordered it but it was delicious. I also got the Hawaiian Chi Chi which had vodka, macadamia nut liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple, and orange. The macadamia nut liqueur was so unique and delicious, it really added a lot to the drink. Both drinks were amazing, and not too sweet or overpowering in flavor, and I would order them again. They have a snacky menu - we got their chips & queso and my partner ordered their oysters and really enjoyed them. The chips and queso were wonderful.

From the moment you step inside, the place has that quintessential speakeasy feel. The ambiance is dark, moody, and eclectic, with vintage touches throughout. One feature that really caught my eye was a stunning cove-like structure that added so much character to the space. The menu was just as impressive as the décor -creative, varied, and full of unique cocktails that felt thoughtfully designed rather than your standard bar offerings. They even have a few "secret" drinks hidden on the menu, and the staff will happily tell you how to find them, which is a fun touch.Since another reservation was due to arrive in about 40 minutes, we kept it to two cocktails, which was perfectly fine as we were only stopping in for a nightcap. Both drinks were beautifully crafted. I especially loved The Canvas ,it was bright, refreshing, and memorable. My husband wasn't quite as enthusiastic about his cocktail, though he's generally not one to send a drink back or complain. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. Pricing felt fair for the quality of the cocktails and the overall experience.
